Excellent Guide and Professional Organization
Wish I could give 6 stars: Our guide, Norton was superb, he was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and so full of passion for the animals and natural resources in general. He went out of his way to find whatever we hoped to see (and he found them) I just can’t say enough good things about Norton!!!
The company itself was extremely professional, they contacted us prior to arrival to let us know the pick-up details (we were coming into three different ports and each pick=up went so smoothly. During the entire 11 days we were with them, at 4 different Parks, we knew they had our backs! Even when our safari ended, we extended our stay in Arusha and they handled everything, including hotel and tour. It is rare in my travels to have such a professional, well-organized team. Such a change from our previous week in Kenya with a different organization! Six stars at least!!!

Exciting and a great experience
Really impressed with the tour guide as he clearly was very experienced aswell as passionate about giving the absolute best experience for us Safari-goers. Whenever asked any question he always know the answer and gave us good and exciting facts along the way. But most importanly he clearly cared about the Safari experience and we really had a great time. By the way his name is James Gichina, so if he’s your guide youre in for a great experience :)

Very friendly organisers, everything was on time, easy to contact and no worries at all
The one day gorila tour was perfect. We had the best time. Tour organisation was very easy (we booked the tour last minute and they managed to get the permitions on time, organisers were very flexible with the tour date).
The driver was very friendly, perfect english. The trip from Kigali to the trek place was comfortable and safe.
The gorila treking and all team eho went with us were amazing. We had the best trip in the jungle, they explained a lot about all the plants and animals here.
And the best part of course was gorillas🥰 we went to see family of 13gorillas and saw all of them from a very short distance.
We highly recomment this one day itour for everyone who whants to feel the jungle and have an extraordinary chance to see gorillas👍👍👍

Amazing safari thanks to driver James Gichina
My partner and I was on the five day safari. The experience has been amazing thanks to our driver and guide James Gachina. He really gave life and was so dedicated to giving us the best experience. He was always able to get super close and had great connections with other drivers and rangers. We have seen so many animals, including the big five, and James was also able to provide great information which completed the whole experience. Will recommend!

Titus was responsive to our emails in good time. John was our guide and he was enjoyable to be with and knowledgeable and helpful. The hotels we stayed in were beautiful and we enjoyed the driving between the parks where we could see smiling immaculately dressed children going to school, the markets and the towns.
The parks were beautiful - we especially enjoyed Maasai Mara and Amboseli with the view of Kilimanjaro. I hope to send my children (in their twenties) over to experience what we did.

We left Italy with so many expectations and so much enthusiasm and nothing of what we experienced disappointed us, indeed in many moments our heart was full of joy and emotion, as far as I'm concerned my eyes were often shiny, at times it seemed unreal as incredible as it was. We saw all the Big Five, an incalculable amount of lions and elephants, and even though we were afraid of not being able to see them, 9 black rhinos. Scenes of hunting, mating, resting, everything that usually fascinates you when watching a documentary we experienced it, we were surrounded by it every day. Fantastic!!! The organization was almost always perfect, but Alen, our guide was fantastic. We spent 9 days with him and in addition to being a prepared guide, he always had the answer in his pocket, we met a special, kind, thoughtful and discreet person. We return home with indelible memories and a new friend.. Alen gave us experiences beyond what he was supposed to do and if this experience was WONDERFUL it is above all thanks to him! Right from the beginning, Michael stood out for his attention to detail and willingness to tailor the trip to our specific needs as it was really special trip for all of us. He organized and recommended the best time to visit based on the wildlife we wanted to see (we were especially excited about chimpanzees in Gombe National Park) and advised us on how to make the most of our time during this adventure.
One of the standout features of our safari was the excellent service provided by our guides, Herman during first days in different parks and Hamis with ranger Isaiah in Gombe NP. Not only they were incredibly knowledgeable and respectful about the wildlife, landscapes, and cultural history of Tanzania, but they also had an uncanny ability to spot animals from a distance. It was exceptional, educational, fun, and an experience we’ll always treasure. I will never forget it and for sure I will come back to see you again guys!!!
This was, without a doubt, the best family vacation we’ve ever had. All guides made it wonderful, exciting, and enriching. The combination of expert knowledge, personalized service and genuine passion for the environment and wildlife made this safari feel like it was tailor-made just for us. Moreover, I need to mention also Dominic, our chef for 2 days in Gombe National Park, who made us delicious food and had the biggest and the kindest smile!
