Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Sean W Ryan
Beautiful scenery, especially at sunrise, but we were mobbed by peddlers at the gate. This, however, was quickly forgotten when we saw the amazing variety of animals there! It definitely exceeded my expectations!

Nice, accommodating, knowledgeable
I had a really good time. Masai Mara and Amboseli are stunning and truly hard to describe in words.
The hotels were all nice.
The drivers, Raymond and Kevin, were both very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them!

Very professional and has great customer service..
Dingan tours is an affordable way to tour the Zambezi. We did the sunset cruise and it was quite nice. As you come on board, you are provided with some cocktails to welcome you on board. Simple cocktails but it was a nice gesture.
The boat was clean and the customer service was good. We were served some nuts, drinks and some snacks later on, the snacks taste very good.
We spotted a few animals on the cruise and the operator stopped and went close for everyone to get a good view.

incredible wildlife in Kenya
I visited several national parks to enjoy wildlife which was incredible. They all had precious resources of wildlife which may be important properties of Kenya. Regarding tourism, the accommodation and access to the tourist attractive spots are very important. The quality of accommodation inside the parks should be improved as good as the one in Southeast Asian countries. The roads near the parks should be paved. I suppose there will be more and more tourists visiting Kenya, so we as the citizens of the world should keep these pearls of nature as one of the best parks in the world.

Friendly, reliable and responsive.
The tour organiser was extremely responsive and accomodating, as she made her best to answer our numerous questions and offer a tour that would be the most suitable for our needs (travelling alone with my 5-year old child).
The driver-guide was friendly and reliable, although not very talkative (which I personally prefer to a guide who is too chatty). His English was good and he was rather knowledgeable about wildlife, regularly checking information in books to offer us the most accurate knowledge.
The accomodation was on the overall good value for money and the minibus was quite comfortable, it just didn't have a very sophisticated air conditioning system, which meant we had to keep windows open (and thus let the sand in etc..) if we didn't want to suffocate from the heat.
The tour was quite a budget for us, but it was worth the financial effort because the opportunity to see so many wild animals is such a unique treasure which we will probably still remember in many years to come.
