Our eleven-day safari was one of the best experiences of our lives. Mr Elvis Masiga of Lulu Safari was very easy to contact and made all the requested modifications to the original offer. The genuine kindness of Ugandan people, the wildlife, the great lodges we stayed at ... these all make up a dream holiday, but the decisive factor was our guide, Audence. We went at the end of the rainy season and had quite a few adventures (couldn't get back to our hotel due to a road completely washed away by rain, fallen tree blocking the road, mudroads impossible to cross), and somehow Audence arranged everything and overcame the difficulties, always cheerful and extremely resolutive. All our requests were fulfilled on the run. He was great at animal-spotting, often better than the official ranger-guides of the national parks, extremely knowledgeable about the plants, birds, animals, food, history and culture of Uganda. 100 percent recommended!

Amazing Experience at a great price
Benaiah and the agency were very helpful throughout our booking and during the safari. We really had a wonderful experience, for a much lower price than other agencies.
One thing to improve (but I think it's the same for all agencies as they are only intermediaries and we are mixed in the car) but the hotels are sometimes very far from each other, you can take up to 1-2h to drop everyone off each evening.
On the agency side, it would be really great to think about this point in more detail for group safaris.
On the client side, I really recommend a private tour if you can afford it.
As mentioned above, and as many agencies are only intermediaries, I strongly recommend Mercy Africa as you'll have the same experience as with other companies with almost 30% off.

A great safari provider
I booked a day Safari with Jonas Ndunguru. Heâs a very nice man, easy to deal with and very responsive. The pretty gave me was quite reasonable. It was actually the same price that I have paid before for similar safaris but for only two guests, and this time there were nine of us!
Our driver guide was Anuar. He is also very nice, well experienced and accommodating with our large group.
We had a great day. Anuar picked us up in the morning and drove us to Tarangire NP where we drove around and looked at the amazing wildlife. In the evening, he returned us to our home.

Just finished the best safari experience we could ever ask for with the legendary Godson!!
First of all heâs a very good person and kind. A professional guide with tons of experience and endless knowledge about anything youâll want to know!
He is very respectful, both for people and the animals, driving carefully and very patient.
He took us to see the leopard when we had the chance although it was late and far from the lodge just that we wonât miss it đ
You donât need to think twice just book with him and you wonât regret it!
