Pros and Cons
Go2Africa rep who arranged our trip listened well to our specific needs/desires. We already had several camps in Botswana in mind, and he helped us locate two more, one each in S. Africa and Zimbabwe, both of which fitted well.
Once the initial arrangements for dates and locations were made, we were handed off to another company rep to arrange all of the details. This person was not as helpful as the first. It took us asking many, many questions to obtain the information that we needed. First, much of the information could easily have been posted to their web site, like we saw with other companies' web pages. G2A seems to hold back information and not make it easily available unless you ask. For instance, we were aware from our own research that we would need some vaccinations and some of them needed to start six months prior to travel, yet G2A provided no suggestions or guidance about this until mere weeks prior to our departure. Completely useless info when it was finally... Read more provided.
Second, being a "bespoke" trip planning travel agency, it was disturbing that when we did receive information, it was often very generic and didn't apply to us at all. But we still had to sort through the information and try to discern if we needed to do something, for example.
Finally, we were never invited to review our trip with a staff member, once we returned, so that we could provide feedback on what worked and what did not. We thought that was very odd. We did have some travel issues and would like to have reported them to G2A so that they might be able to talk with their various contractors and avoid similar issues for other G2A clients. But apparently they do not care to know what we liked or where there were problems.
We enjoyed most of our three weeks-plus trip, and appreciated some of the lodgings and guides suggested to us. It's surprising that G2A doesn't want to know the problems nor the good things.

A unique experience
I want to start things off with saying that we saw a lot of animlas, every animal we wanted to see. The organisation and communication was quite ok. We got picked up in front of our hotel a bit later than planned and then droven to the office to pay the rest of the tour and then already headed to Masai Mara and had our evening game drive. We traveled there with our driver/guide Johnny who knows a lot about the animals and answered all our questions. He is a very good drive who has a good sense of when to go where to spot animals. The game drives were always packed with watching and photopraphing animals and admiring Masai Mara. We were staying at the Manyata camp which offers a big tent with a bathroom (shower and toilet) and space for 2-3beds. There's a big dining hall at the main building where we ate our meals (the food was good, hot water for coffee or tea and hot milk were provided). The whole facility looked gorgeous and the staff was nice. One problem was that the toilets were not... Read more flushing, sadly. On the last day we visited Masai village and were shown around by locals. All in all the whole tour was an interesting, beautiful and unique experience I wouldn't want to miss.

Outstanding tour with Serengeti smile
We had a lovely tour with Serengeti's smile. It was effortless to communicate with them, and they were flexible and very professional. We were so happy with our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and attentive. We saw so many animals, and it was terrific.
The reason for the four stars is because of the lunch boxes. The lunch boxes were terrible, and we were travelling with a child. On the last day, we even asked if the kid could get something else, but we didn’t get it.
I would recommend Serengeti Smile, but let them know about your food requirements.

Good tour operatore
Francis was a great guide. He told us many curiosities about Kenya and animals. He can drive very well and is very patient and attentive with the whole group of travellers. The only thing I would like to point out is that the agency asked us for a supplement on site to be able to do the tour with an off-road vehicle instead of a minivan. We had taken this tour thinking of going off-road because this vehicle was in the advertising photos. In the end, however, we chose to pay the extra for the off-road vehicle because it is better off-road in the parks during safaris.

Thanks
I had a valuable experience. We stayed in Masai Mara for 5 days and 4 nights.
The first driver had a lot of trouble and was the worst, but the second driver gave us the best service.
If I have another chance, I would like to visit the Masai Mara.

Quick response, easy solutions and good serviec.
We make 3n Masai Mara + 1n Lake Nakuru. Communication fluent and useful before the safari, good service and guide during the safari, and good value for money and nice hotels middle range.
Just a comment of change on the vehicle when we arrive( from jeep to toyota) but the driver/guide was awesome, so no trouble at all.
Amazing experience in Kenya! what a incredible country.
