3-day Budget safari
Booked a 3-day Budget Group Safari (in tents) with Shika based on some online reviews. While we experienced a bumpy start with quite a delay – mostly due to other customers not showing up to the trip – once we were rolling, things went totally fine. We ended up having a private safari after all, the drivers were well-informed and showed us some great animal spots, lots of game, the Big Five and colourful birds. Those three parks – Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro – are just unique places. The nights were spent in a simple but clean, friendly and safe Tent Lodge in Mto Wa Mbu, called Fanaka, with good food. Shika is a small, young, African-owned company that competes with big, mostly Establishment-/American-/European owned travel agencies and while honestly not everything went smooth, after all we had a great experience, got a really great value for our money and the guys are nice and try everything to make you feel good.

Great volunteering and safari experience.
Prior to coming on my trip I had plenty of opportunity to speak to the owners to make sure my trip was organised to cater for my wish to combine volunteering at the school and seeing some of the safari opportunities in Uganda. Bunyonyi View Gorilla Packers was a comfortable place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. The setting by the lake is beautiful. Volunteering at the school was a life changing experience and it was great to spend time with the children. While I was there I was able to go on safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park where I saw a good range of wildlife-the boat trip along the Kazinga channel was a highlight. I also had the opportunity to go on a boat trip on Lake Bunyonyi and to take a forest walk. I would recommend this as a great way to spend time with the children and teachers and appreciate their way of life and also to see some of the amazing landscapes and wildlife of Uganda.

Trip in Namibia -10 days
We had a super trip in namibia -4 pax -10 days with Blue Crane Safaris.
Our guide Melican was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and he was a very good driver too.
The road trip and hotels selection was perfect , except in Etoshas park , old resort ....
I would highly recommended Blue Crane Safaris who is very professional agency and I would definitely use them again should I be back in bostwana and Niagara Falls...

Well organized with friendly and knowledgeable guided
Tents were comfortable, food was great, guides excellent and Kruger Park itself is amazing.
Guides made ever effort to show us the Big Five and succeeded in this difficult task considering our short stay (3 days).
A great experience for all the family!

Tydon Safari
The safari drives where so amazing. Got to see so many animals in only three drives. The accomodation was also an amazing experience with only 4 tents and a max of 8 people it was intimate and calm. The only down side was that there was extremely poor organisation traveling to and from the safari. The pick up was awful and I ended up getting my phone out to try and track down where one of the pick up locations would be after we got told we have to get to the airport by 8 to get picked up. We didn't leave Johannasberg for another hour and a half later for one person. Apparently almost missed out on our first drive. Then on the way home we expected a drive in the morning as we had payed for 3 days but got woken at 6 to eat by 7 to leave 7:20. We got to the second base camp to pick up the rest of the guest. We waited 40 mins while they came of of their rooms had breakfast in front of us and then packed up there things. Didn't leave till 8:30. We literally sat in the car ALL DAY! Didn't arrive back at the airport till 6:30 pm.
We spend an exhausting 40 mins at some crappy souvenir shop were I sat in the car. Then equally as crapy waterfall and then gods window look out. I paid for safari drives not a tour around town. It was frustrating. We could have done a drive in the morning and could have been at the airport at the same time.
Raveged by drought
I booked a Sabi Camp for my photography tour I was leading, as I had heard Sabi Sands was the best place in the Kruger area. I bet it is when not ravaged by drought. There was very little to eat for the grazing animals so many had left, the predators were doing well off animals dying from drought. Our camp was only permitted in a small portion of Sabi Sands and I'm guessing there were better areas in the reserve. Although we had some great sightings my photo tour guests and I, chose to spend extra time in Kruger where the Sabi River was still flowing. I will return to Sabi Sands and hopefully next time it will live up to it's great reputation.

Really nice 4days 3 nights safari for an honest price
I enjoyed our safari with aaa express.
Our driver (Julius) was very helpful friendly, good driver and a great animal spotter.
We got a lot of information about the animals, people,culture,..
We choose to visit the Masai. This part was not that interesting.
I would certainly recommend aaa express. Although they could work on their communication.
