Our 8-day Uganda safari was an extraordinary adventure exceeded all our expectations. From the start, Robert’s prompt communication and seamless planning made everything stress-free. Highlights of our trip included incredible wildlife encounters at Murchison Falls, where we saw lions, giraffes, and elephants, as well as chimpanzee trekking in Kibale and the life-changing experience of meeting a gorilla family in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The accommodations, like Buffalo Safari Lodge and Mahogany Lodge, were luxurious and perfectly located, offering breathtaking views and close proximity to wildlife.
Visiting the Batwa Pygmy community was another unforgettable experience—emotional and humbling, it gave us a deeper appreciation for their culture and history. Our guide, Herbert, truly made the trip special with his expert knowledge, thoughtful gestures, and incredible kindness. From helping us navigate challenging hikes to sharing laughs and stories during long drives, he felt like part of our family. Although the trip involved some long drives and the chimpanzee trek got a bit crowded at times, these small inconveniences paled in comparison to the unforgettable memories we made. The diversity of activities, exceptional planning, and breathtaking encounters with nature made this the perfect trip, and one we will treasure forever.

Perfect guide perfect safari incredible country
We initially selected Uganda for gorillas, but we have discovered a fantastic country with stellar landscapes and amazing wildlife. Organization was perfect with a complete program (Day and night game drives, boat cruise, chimpanzee tracking and especially the fantastic encounter with gorillas.
Lodges were all very good with every time a splendid view.
A very specific mention for Herbert who shared with us his passion for his country and wildlife. He was much more than a simple guide!!!

Great tour
Just came back from a 6 days safari tour to masai mara, lake nakuru and amboseli. Everything was perfect. Dennoh (Dennis) was an excellent driver and tour guide, always friendly and making sure we are okay. We saw the the big 5 and so many more animals.

An Amazing Safari with Genuine Care and Comfort
We chose to travel with Dendea Safaris, and it truly became a trip to remember. We opted for the luxury camping safari, and it was the perfect mix of adventure and comfort—exactly what we had hoped for. Being able to experience the wild while still enjoying some extra comfort really made the experience special.
Everything went smoothly, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing time. The small touches, like making sure all our little requests were taken care of, made all the difference. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole journey.

Efficient and personalised service
We had Beverlyn from Hartebeest plan our holiday for us at Masai Mara.She did such a fantastic job with logistics and accommodation at Nairobi and Masai Mara.
She organised our all inclusive trip at such a great deal. What a fantastic and memorable holiday it was. Will definitely be using her services in our future travels to Africa wherever she can assist.
I had no problems communicating with her as she was always prompt in her reply. Everything went as planned without a single hiccup. Great service.!

"It was a great experience to see various animals
The booking process was smooth, and the response from the person in charge was quick, which was great. Also, Serengeti Smile provided great cars and guides, and their quote was the most affordable among those I received. And the guide made a great effort to help us take good photos and showed us the Big Five along with many other animals
However, there are some disappointing points.
First of all, the person from the office initially mentioned that a tip of 2 to 5 USD per person per day for the guide would be sufficient,
but the guide asked for a tip of 15 USD per person per day.
Secondly, they promised to provide binoculars, but none were available.
Additionally the guide seemed very tired from the long drive, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience together.
Lastly, they didn't inform me in advance that the flight time had changed on the last day even though they were able to contact me by whatsapp.
Aside from these few situations, it was an enjoyable trip. Serengeti Smile made their best effort to provide a great experience, but our trip ultimately depended on the individual guide.
