Amazing trip, very well organised, great guide
We booked with Patrick from Mateo Travel. From the beginning he was very reliable, always answering and making everything possible. He picked us up on time in Nairobi and we started the Safari with Gordon, an excellent driver, a humorous and warm-hearted person and a real animal expert. He managed that we observed almost all wild animals. We can highly recommend any tour with him.

Reliable and Efficient
Our tour with Lulu was marvelous.
Starting with long and detailed planning with ELVIS who was really responsive and patient with us applying changes 100 times before our arrival.
Our schedule ended up being really tight - we had to squeeze 15 days into 9 days.
It was challenging to make it all happen but we managed thanks to our wonderful guide - DERRICK who went above and beyond trying his best to get us everywhere safely and on time or to arrange a private tours after hours if we didn't make it as scheduled.
Communication was very fast and efficient on WhatsApp adapting the plan daily to changes or challenges encountered on the way.

He’s perfect, and knowledgeable at what he does.
Moses is very articulate, punctual, organized and efficient. There is timely communication/feedback. Activities are executed as stated in the itinerary and also well researched. Not forgetting, he is knowledgeable of all the places visited. My family and I enjoyed our trip to Murchison Falls. He values feedback and is willing to improve where things go wrong. Last but not least, you get to have a photographer as well. He took really nice pictures of our trip.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with African Polecat Safaris
Our guide, Manfred, was simply the best! He catered to all our wishes and answered every question with great care. The communication throughout the entire trip was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious.
We spent 3 days on safari, exploring the breathtaking Serengeti National Park and the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. In such a short time, we saw so much wildlife and created unforgettable memories. My 5-day safari in Uganda was nothing short of magical! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning landscapes and the warm hospitality of the people. The adventure began with a thrilling game drive, where I spotted elephants, lions, and even a majestic leopard lounging in the trees.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park was the highlight of my trip. Trekking through the dense forest to see the mountain gorillas was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—truly awe-inspiring to be so close to these gentle giants.
The journey also took me to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel offered incredible views of hippos, crocodiles, and colorful birds. The accommodations throughout the safari were comfortable and well-situated, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature.
Every moment was meticulously organized, from transportation to guided tours, ensuring I could fully enjoy the experience without worry. Uganda is a treasure trove of wildlife and natural beauty, and this safari gave me memories I will cherish forever. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure!

We traveled around Kenya with Olengugih Safaris from December 30th to January 5th. Everything was perfect, allowing us to experience the true spirit of Africa and live the adventure of a safari. We appreciated both the hotels and the itinerary they suggested. Above all, the friendly and warm welcome from Calvin (the tour leader) and the extraordinary passion and knowledge of Sam (the driver) made all the difference! Communication with them was easy, and they made sure to fulfill every request we had. We had a wonderful time in Kenya.

Great holiday in Uganda
We did a 10 day Safari in Uganda, mainly focused on primates and birds.
Tim is very precise and quick in communication and made beautiful itinerary for us. Our guide, Emma was exceptional. Always very helpful, made us feel safe and never had issues. We had an unforgettable holiday. Thanks again, we will definitely be back soon.

A delightful adventure with lots of customization
Ben and Isaac were such lovely guides, they knew how to find great viewing spots for all animals, were knowledgeable of all the animals we saw, and very flexible with our jet lag! Loved them! Very funny and personable

Agnus and her team were fantastic and made our group trip truly memorable especially over Christmas.
We had contacted Ultra Africa Adventures 4 months before our Christmas vacation to Zanzibar and the Serengeti. The Business has been running for 2 years and Agnus put us at ease with fantastic communication and what ever questions we had she quickly replied. We also did a video call with her a month before traveling to make sure everything was in place. She booked all the transfer flights, accommodation and safari tours guides etc, as it can be a bit of a mine field to navigate especially with language barriers but Agnus took care of it all.
We flew directly to Zanzibar first and stayed in Stonetown for one night which was fantastic and Agnus even helped sort our transfers in an ideal vehicle to cater for 6 people and all the luggage required. She also helped arrange the hotel to hold some while we went to the Serengeti as you don't want to take lots with you unless you are going from one safari to another and more all over Africa.
Our safari journey was in a beautiful area called Seronera and we had two flights to get there. our first stop was Arusha and as we had a three hour wait till the next flight Agnus organised a trip out for us to have a look around and find out about Tanzanite diamonds and the local culture. Mandella met us and was a fantastic host and guide.
Our next flight to Seronera was and hour and the pilot flew us over the Crater where you can see a Masai settlements and see occasional herds of animals (very far away)
At Serena we met Morris our travel guide and Agnus also met us there and welcomed us all with Wine and other drinks plus snacks to introduce themselves which was a lovely start. Then we had our first half day safari and we hit the jackpot straight away with seeing Lions, also a male lion who had just made a kill. We saw so much then made our way to the hotel we had chosen called Serengeti Serena Safari Lodges it was stunning and what a view to wake up to in the mornings. The food, service and hospitality was truly wonderful.
The next two days were Christmas Eve and Christmas Day both full day safaris and Morris was an excellent guide full of knowledge about the animals. Again we managed to see pretty much all of what you possibly wish for in the Serengeti (Lions, Leopard, Cheetah, Buffalo, Giraffes, Zebra, Monkeys and Spring bock plus many more) We all had a mesmerising experience as a family with them.
