They skipped the last game drive day 😢😢😢
I really enjoyed the lodgings that we stayed in for the tour, really beautiful and relaxing. However, we were meant to get 3 game drives. On the last day we just drove out of the park without the final game drive which was really disappointing

Organised everything and looked after us well
Norman was a great owner/operator of the safari and organised everything as well as looked after us for both our outward and inbound drive from and to Joburg. He booked our stay the Kruger Gate Hotel and organised our Safaris with SANParks and one of his freelance tour guides. Although at times it was a bit confusing who our guide would be for the day as plans did change along the way, we always felt safe and well looked after and Norman himself was warm and friendly.

An Unforgettable Safari
We did the 4D/3N safari in the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with our guide, Samuel Chege. An absolute 10 as a person, guide, and driver. He was very friendly and attentive, and gave us information about the animals we saw. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. We really appreciate the sense of safety he gave us.
As for the organization, the third day of the tour was the weakest. You spend most of the day on the road heading to Lake Nakuru. However, in the morning we were able to visit a Maasai village ($20 per person). Also, due to rain and muddy roads, we couldn’t make the optional stop at Lake Naivasha. When we arrived in Nakuru, the hotel we were supposed to stay in was full, so we had to be relocated to another hotel of a lower category.
All in all, the experience was unforgettable, and we would definitely do it again because of its great value for money.

Great communication, excellent problem solving and variety
First of all, our trip was 7 days between Kenya and Tanzania, plus 3 days in Zanzibar (beach). We included meals, accommodation, tours, and all ground transportation (inside the parks and cross-border transfers).
My rating would be 4.5 stars, but only allows whole numbers :)
- Regarding the service before the trip, I must say it was a solid 5/5. The advisor (Chanson Kimani) with whom we worked on the quotation reviewed every single detail with us countless times and was always extremely helpful! Even with the 8-hour time difference, we always received kind, clear, and flexible responses. There was always willingness to review budgets and make adjustments—even when we had to change dates due to a miscommunication (things that happen), it was resolved quickly and without any issues. The human quality in Africa is just incredible.
For me, the most important thing was communication: we always had it before the trip, upon arrival, and throughout our safari.
- The agency offers a wide variety of tours, which makes it great for fitting different budgets, and they provide several international payment options or cash.
- The staff at the hotels, tourist sites, and drivers were excellent—definitely 5/5. Always willing to help, explain, and share the wonderful places Africa has to offer.
- Heads-up: the agency works with partner agencies depending on the country. They also provide good service (very kind), but we did experience last-minute hotel changes. Although these were solved quickly and with clear communication, the replacement hotel on our last night did not match the original standard of comfort we expected.
- Suggestion: carefully review the camps according to your needs and budget (ask for photos). For Latin American travelers, it’s important to have a comfortable and clean bathroom. While cleanliness was never an issue, comfort at Niyati Camp (Kenya) was lacking. The construction is somewhat old, and the bathroom showed signs of rust everywhere.
Finally, I recommend checking all required travel items (visas, insurance). In Zanzibar, you must purchase mandatory insurance of about USD 44 per person—even if you already have international insurance. The agency was not clear about this, which caused some inconvenience, but it was ultimately resolved.

Professional
We visited different parks and our guide tried to accommodate the preferences of all passengers, actively looking for the preferred animal of each while doing the game drive.
Lodges were good and we felt very safe all the time.
Very Good
The Guide is Humble and very Friendly and was very understanding and ready to listen to us and share with us as much information as was necessary for our engagement.

Near-seamless organisation, the tour ran as arranged and fairly punctual, quite content :)
We booked a 3-days safari to Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Kilimanjaro and our guides were warm, friendly, and informative with everything we asked him. It felt like traveling with a friend. African hub serengheti arranged everything for us and catered to our every need. Their local wisdom and knowledge about the national parks and reserves was extraordinary and helpful, as it felt like a a journey with true native and local experiences. Tom’s good communication skills and English language allowed us to understand the experience to its full extent. Timely arrivals and departures can be expected and assistance with every wish is taken care of.
The Wildlife in the the crater and parks was spectacular and our guide made every attempt to show us the animals of our choice. We are absolutely content. The budget option stays could provide better food, especially protein rich breakfasts as the breakfast we recieved left us quite hungry. Apart from that, everything was quite nice. Thanks to Evaline for all she's done.

Review about Nairobi National Park by Juan
Nice park right next to the city. It certainly has less wildlife than the other ones but the location works great for a day safari. The best part is definitely the elephant orphanage.

Great country with a lot to offer
Kenya sure is a great country to visit. From hand feeding giraffes at the conservatory in Nairobi to spotting cheetah in the wilderness of Maasai Mara and petting baby elephants at the elephant orphanage it has something for everyone. Definitely a once in a lifetime kind of experience.
Highly recommended.
