Our experience with Crater Safari Tours was truly spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we arrived in Tanzania, everything was perfectly organized. Enmanuel took care of arranging every detail for us, including airport transfers on arrival and departure, as well as hotel nights in Arusha before and after the safari, with breakfast included. This gave us great peace of mind and comfort.
The safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro was absolutely incredible. Everything was well planned, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and the food prepared by Manuel, our cook, was always delicious. We also want to highlight our driver and guide, Charles, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the journey even more enjoyable.
The vehicle was fully equipped: we always had plenty of water, and there were charging ports for our phones, which made the long drives much more comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out to make the experience unforgettable.
In summary, Crater Safari Tours exceeded all our expectations. Thanks especially to Enmanuel, Charles, and Enmanuel (The waitress), who made us feel cared for at every moment. Not only was the beauty of the parks breathtaking, but the professionalism and kindness of the team turned this into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic, safe, and memorable safari.

A life-changing with Kilimanjaro umoja tours
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. There were 6 of us and 27 people between guides, cooks and porters looking after us. Starting with the guides, Asiraji ,Mando and Makata made me feel safe and looked after throughout the whole trip. When I fell behind, I was never alone. Unfortunately, I suffered from altitude sickness and had to turn back halfway through the summit on summit night but unlike other companies, I had two people looking after me the whole time, giving me water, food, reassurance and holding me up when I could walk no more. The porters are simply amazing. They went far and beyond their job description to make us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome at any time. The food was definitely a highlight and the bunny-shaped hot-water bottle at night was a very nice touch. I intend to try and summit Kilimanjaro again since I didn't make it to the top and when I do I will certainly use Kilimanjaro umoja tours. Don't look elsewhere, choose Kilimanjaro umoja tours!

Excellent organization, amazing places, and an unforgettable, fun-filled experience.
Our guide, Norman Tsarara, was absolutely outstanding – always by our side to make sure everything went smoothly. He made us feel so welcome and took us to the very best places, even for food. The manager, Archie, had organized a truly remarkable trip: in just a few days we managed to see all the incredible wildlife, enjoy unique cruises, and visit the top spots. The hotels were fantastic, and overall we had an experience we will cherish forever. We will definitely choose you again, 100%!

He really made an effort to show us as much as he could from the park.

Very organised, everything went smoothly
We had such a great experience with Jocky tours. The communication was really good since day 1, they came to pick us up at the hotel and also kept our extra luggage while we were on the safari what was really appreciated.
Our first guide Joseph was really professional and respectful to the wellbeing of the animals in the Masai Mara park. He could share loads of knowledges about them and gave us such a great experience (we could see the big 5 and even more ! ).
We then had another guide for day 3 and 4, Francis Maina who was also very nice and gave us a close experience with the animals (we will never forget our lunch in the middle of the zebras !)
Just thank you for everything, we will always have a good memories from the beginning of our honeymoon !

Denis is a good listener and really wants to show us the whole park as best he can.
The safari was incredible, the price was worth it, we saw elephants, lions, hippos, gypsies and lots of other animals.

Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience with Leisure Escapes Safaris. From the very beginning, the planning phase with Esther was smooth and absolutely stress-free. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure that all our wishes were taken into account. Communication was quick and reliable, which gave us a lot of confidence even before the trip started.
The tour itself was beautiful, with well-chosen accommodations that made the journey both comfortable and memorable. Our guide Duncan was outstanding – always polite, considerate, and never intrusive. He had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife and made sure we experienced unforgettable moments in nature.
Overall, everything was perfectly organized, and we would highly recommend Leisure Escapes Safaris without hesitation.

Amazing experience for one day gorilla trek
Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and efficient tour. I was super short on time so ended up electing to do a 1 day Gorilla Trek and boy am I glad I did. It started with Alex picking me up at the airport when I landed at 2:00 am (flight delay). We went straight to the Uganda boarder and crossed without issue. Alex was great at helping coordinate what I needed to do. I would have been completely lost without him. He then drove so smoothly to the Trekking that I was able to get some sleep in the car without any problem. The Trekking was absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy that I took the time to make it happen before ending my trip to East Africa. If you are considering it, I would highly recommend you make it happen, even if it’s a one day trip like I did. From there it was back to the airport and flying back home. The communication with Wagatil was great and responses on WhatsApp and email were quick. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a Gorilla Trek.

I went with my mom on safari for the first time and had the best time. We saw so many animals and stayed at really comfortable lodges. Francis made sure we had a safe and enjoyable time.

We had an incredible 7-day safari in Tanzania that exceeded all our expectations. From the start, the travel agency staff were so friendly and reliable — when they learned we had to stay an extra night due to our flight, they immediately arranged it without hesitation. That really showed how caring they are.
Our guide, Benjamin, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for us. Even when there was a small disagreement with another tour group, he handled it with professionalism and kept everything smooth.
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five. The absolute highlight was witnessing the wildebeest river crossing — a true once-in-a-lifetime sight.
More than the amazing wildlife, what touched us most was the warmth and integrity of everyone we met. This is a company we’d wholeheartedly recommend, and we hope they continue to grow and thrive.
