Goods overall Safari
5/5

We had safari trip for 7 days covering Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and AMBOSELI in December this year. Ramesa arranged all inclusive guided tour. It was wonderful trip. They arranged everything well. Our guide Felix was also very good - courteous, supportive, knowledgeable.
They can arrange and adjust the itinerary based on one’s preferences.
Highly recommended.

Amazing
5/5

We travelled as a group of three girls with our guide Naza. The experience was amazing and we loved Naza's enthusiasm and wonderful facts about all the animals. He also taught us the swahili words for all the wildlife we seen inc elephants, lions, zebra, lizard, leopard, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, impala among others. The added little detail of a glass of wine and a cheers at the end of our game drive was lovely. 100% recommended. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

DREAM TRIP WITH HOOVES OF AFRICA
5/5

We contacted Hooves of Africa to organize our dream trip through Rwanda and Uganda; what can I say... Dickson, the owner, was immediately available with fantastic ideas and suggestions to discover these two beautiful countries. This agency was also very helpful with the procedures to obtain entry visas for the different countries and organizing the various flights, as it was a long trip with many flights and wonderful experiences along the way."
The highly knowledgeable guide who accompanied us, assisted us, and delighted us with information about the history, economy, and politics of these wonderful countries is named Norman – extremely patient and well-prepared."

I highly recommend contacting Hooves of Africa for organizing an unforgettable trip to these countries! Top agency in Africa!

Outstanding
5/5

Everything about this tour was fantastic. Communication prior to the tour was ridiculously fast at all hours of the day. During the tour we had the amazing Kevin as our guide who took great care of us and helped us get the best views. He even showed us a cheetah hunt! We stayed in Sankale camp which was comfortable with hot water and some electricity plus really good hospitality. The optional Masai tour was a bit of a miss for me and a bit overly touristic/souvenir focused. But overall I had a top notch experience and highly recommend!

Unforgettable safari experience
4/5

We booked an 11D10N private budget safari package with Zanzi covering Kenya and Tanzania. Ariana was very prompt in responding to our enquiries and provided suggestions and advises even when we were still deciding on tour companies. Throughout the safari she often checks on us to make sure that we are ok.

The places that we visited were all beautiful and it felt surreal being so close to the animals. It was even more enriching because of our knowledgable guides cum driver cum caretaker.

Titus, our guide in Kenya was very enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask questions. He entertained all our questions even the silly ones. We had fun having quiz sessions with him to test our memories and understanding of what we saw and learnt.

We entered Tanzania through Isebenia where were handed into the safe hands of our Tanzanian guide Hoza. He is a calm and fatherly figure who have a wealth of knowledge and experience and we learnt so much from him. He was also very patient in addressing the many many questions we had. In the Tanzanian leg of our journey, we had our own private chef, Nathan who was amazing. He provided 3 delicious and very filling meals a day for us.

Amazing Namibian Christmas Adventure!
5/5

Embarking on a travel adventure in Namibia during Christmas 2024 was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and warm hospitality of the Namibian people made our trip unforgettable – Especially that of our guide from Nature Travel Namibia- Lucky G (who quickly became part of our family!)

Our adventure began in Windhoek, the capital city, where we travelled through the city to the wide open roads where we experienced mountain passes and amazing food along the way!

During our stay, we journeyed to the breathtaking Sossusvlei region. The iconic red dunes of Deadvlei were an absolute highlight. Climbing the dunes at sunrise was a surreal experience; the sight of the sun casting golden hues over the landscape was truly magical. We also took the time to explore the nearby Sesriem Canyon, a natural wonder that showcases the incredible geological history of the area, all made even better by the knowledge of Lucky, who never left any stone unturned when it came to explaining the geography and history of all the places we visited.

Our visit to Swakopmund was a true highlight -a true coastal gem! We stayed here for 2 nights and felt so at home. We can’t wait to return one day. Here we enjoyed quad-biking and sand boarding down the sand dunes. A real holiday highlight.

Towards the end of our itinerary was the wildlife-rich Etosha National Park. We embarked on exhilarating game drives, spotting cheetahs, lions, and even a rare sighting of the endangered black and white rhino. We spent hours mesmerised by the interactions of various species and our guide Lucky explained in detail about every single animal we spotted. A night spent at two of the park’s lodges was equally enchanting, as we enjoyed a starlit dinner under the expansive African sky.

One of the most interesting experiences was visiting the 5000-year-old rock engravings. The warmth and hospitality we encountered were overwhelming from other various guides we met. Engaging with the communities and learning about their traditions and way of life was a highlight of our trip. We left with a deeper understanding of their culture and a newfound appreciation for their resilience and connection to the land.

Spending Christmas in Namibia was unlike any holiday experience we had before. We celebrated at our lodge in Twyfelfontein, where the staff organised a special dinner featuring a fusion of traditional Namibian dishes and festive favourites. The evening was filled with laughter as we made new memories to last a lifetime. It was a beautiful reminder that the essence of the holidays lies in togetherness, regardless of where you are in the world.

Our Christmas adventure in Namibia was a perfect blend of exploration, relaxation, and cultural immersion. The country’s stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and rich cultural heritage makes it a top destination for any traveller! Whether you're seeking adventure or a serene escape, Namibia offers something for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing this beautiful country with the support of Nature Travel Namibia—it truly was a journey of a lifetime. The lodges Nature Travel Namibia planned for us to stay in were nothing short of amazing. Each with their own unique vibe and experience.

I would like to extend our thanks to Amber and Lucky from Nature Travel Namibia. Our trip was truly made even more special by having Lucky as our guide. We will be forever grateful for this experience. We are already planning our next African adventure!

Thank you,

The Maher Family

Great trip with Home to Africa
5/5

I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for the trip. It was very well constructed and organized. A very big thank you to our guide Vianney who excelled in his job both as a guide and as a chauffeur. He both shoved us and explained everything there is to know about Ugandan birds and animals. We learned about Ugandan traditions, everyday life and cuisines. Vianney listened to our requests and realized them all in real life. We are extremely happy that our dream of visiting Uganda came true. Our most sincere thank you! VITA LAKUTE
