Hospitality from all people was brilliant.
4/5

Game safari was brilliant, but the walking safari wasn’t really worth doing on the next day. Would much rather do a boat safari instead and pay a little extra. The rooms were okay to stay for 1-2 nights but showers were really bad. The tour operators and transport were all very good and friendly. They made the transport to the park fun.

Friendly and willing to please you and assist you with any matter
4/5

I booked a seven days safari trip with Karumuna Safaris visiting Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi Impenetrable forest and Lake Mburo. Since the first moment I got in touch with Richard, he was flexible to made some changes in the itinerary and made the trip really easy. Due to some personal issues I had to cancel my trip and reschedule it for a month later without any problem.Even having experienced some issues in one of the game drives, spending an hour without any other tourists around with the gorillas definitely made my trip an unforgettable experience.

Fair price paid for an interesting week discovering what Uganda has to offer!

Great experience!
4/5

We had blast time with our excellent guide and driver Raymond! We were lucky to see 4/5 of Big Five and Raymond knew the park well! Camp conditions are pleasant but dont expect too much - there was power outage regulary. When you have an adventurous spirit, you will be definitely fine! One thing to mention is also communication before the take off. We needed to ask and find out then about changed conditions of park fees which would have effected are tour. Luckily we we offered with many options but transparency of prices were a bit lacking. Overall positive experience because the safari itself was successful!

Samson is a good driver and attentive to clients needs
4/5

We went three days on a cultural tour to Hadzabe (nomadic hunters) and the blacksmith of Dagota near Lake Eyasi. Third day we visited Oldapai Gorge and the research after early human live. All the needed guides were organized and we got a good idea of the Hadzabe live. Samson did at beforehand interesting suggestions to get off the beaten track. Third day was so rainy we couldn’t go for the hike. So Samson improvised another geological visit to the moving dunes. If you want something special: go for Golden Trip safari

Recommended but read my review
4/5

I travelled in Kenya and Tanzania in September/October 2023. I booked my Safari with Tourist Line Safaris.
Tourist Line is basically a tourist agency and not a safari company per se. This I hadn't realised initially. My Safari was sort of adjusted to my wishes which I liked a lot. I was tied to more than one groups, changing drivers and/cars frequently. I met many people during my trip, and it turns out out that there are really a lot of agencies like Tourist Line who collaborate with 'freelance' drivers. This was a bit chaotic at times, but everything worked out fine. I would generally expect better organisation and updates/instructions throughout my trip. Things in Tanzania were more obscure than I would have wanted, something that other people that I met during my trip experienced as well.
Generally everything worked fine for everyone in Kenya, but since most agencies are based in Kenya, the organisation is taken over by other agencies in Tanzania. This again I was not aware of. In the end everything worked fine and I did get to do everything I wanted. Tourist Line was very supportive during my trip and we solved any issues that arose. They also made me the most budget-friendly offer for this trip. I would recommend this agency for a Safari in Kenya and Tanzania, but be aware of the above.

You can't miss the gorilla trekking or the impressive Murchison National Park!!. The people are very friendly and usually help you. However, the food is not very varied.

Zimbabwe is a beautiful and peaceful country. We had an amazing time visiting Victoria falls and Chobe. All guides were very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone wanting to visit Zimbabwe not to hesitate.

Awesome- Best Guide ever
4/5

We truly had an exceptional and once-in-a-lifetime experience in Namibia, thanks to one of the finest guides I've encountered during my travels to Africa, Mr. Wilson Garafa. He demonstrated professionalism and shared extensive knowledge throughout the journey, particularly impressing us with his remarkable understanding of wildlife – a true testament to what a wildlife guide should embody. Despite the outstanding experience, my only disappointment lies in Nature Travel Namibia lack of collaboration for a more favorable price. Given its high cost, they sought every last penny from us. If they were more cooperative in this aspect, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to others, given my role as a tour leader in my country.. I also would have given them full stars !
