Best trip to Lamu
4/5

We have travelled most of the times with Acheche and we have always been suticcfied. Also this last trip to Lamu was goodly organised. The hotel was very accommodating, the food was delicious. We didn't have any problem of the organization. Acheche Tours is serious agency . We didn't have any problem on paying, the staff was available at any time. Thank you for your hard work and we will use this agency for any other trip

An Adventure with My Parents
4/5

First of all, Giltedge Africa (formerly Southern Africa Travel) was referred to me by a friend, and nothing beats recommendations from sources you can trust. More importantly, i was not disappointed.

Planning and booking - Monique was the best. A comprehensive itinerary which catered to our specific requests resulting in a bespoke trip. Planning phase was overall smooth and good.

On the actual trip itself, Sabi Sabi and Desert & Delta Safaris were very professional operators and the trip was good overall. I had brought my retired parents on this trip, and would say they thoroughly enjoyed it.

Couple of feedbacks would be i) temperatures gets a bit more chilly than expected, and for folks coming from tropical weather, they may not be as well prepared, so some reminder would be helpful; ii) the Victoria Falls segment was slightly rushed and could perhaps have been better with half a day to a day more. In addition, got the impression that Vic Falls would be better seen from Zimbabwe side.

Nonetheless, from Giltedge perspective, it was enjoyable and met our expectations. Definitely worth it and would recommend to friends and family.

They exceeded expectations of my team.
Their prompt communication and having someone on call greatly helped ease the inquiries and information sourcing process.

Best holiday trip yet with family
4/5

Aloboo Safaris went beyond our expectations in our last family trip. We had an excellent trip experience to Nakuru, Maasai Mara, connection to Mombasa and back and to our drop off in Nairobi. The package was also very good. I highly recommend them.

Excellent but crowded
Overall rating
4/5

The Ngorongoro Crater offers both amazing experiences and large crowds due to its smaller size. It's one of the best places in Tanzania to see rhinos, and in general the wildlife is very accustomed to vehicles so you can get a close view of interesting behavior. On the downside, everyone makes it a stop on their safari, so it can get quite busy. We had a rhino near the road on our trip, and I counted at least 35 vehicles jockeying for position to see it. Certainly not a feeling of being out in the wilderness!

Nature friendly and relaxing!
4/5

We had a very nice time on our safari. East African & Touring company offers a very friendly and trustfull service. They look what they can offer for every budget. Our guide took the time for visiting the park and let us look to the animals how long we wanted. They have very nice accomodation, nature friendly and relaxing! We had the best dinners ever! What a great time! :)

They are very efficient, friendly and helpful.
4/5

We had a very nice experience with Magical Retreats. From airport pick up to drop, the communication and service was very good. The personal touch in every aspect is really amazing! Safari at Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara was really good with whole day and early morning drives. Catering to the customers needs according to their budget is one the plus point too.

Lovely safari, well organized and budget price
4/5

Just came back from a wonderful 3 day Safari to Ngrorongoro Crater and Serengeti with Best Day Safari. Peter, the manager, was incredible helpful throughout the organization. He replied to all our questions (believe me there were a lot of emails!) and was extremely flexible to adapt to what we wanted and even making last minute changes.
The safari vehicle was super comfy and our guide Louis was a great driver. The accommodation selected was perfect and just as described. Overall the safari was perfect, everything had already been previously organized by Peter so we just had to relax and enjoy.
Maybe one suggestion; we were told as we were heading back the second day from Serengeti that we were doing a "morning drive" which turned out to be just driving 40 minutes from our lodge to the gates, not an actual game drive. We were a bit disappointed since we were expecting some extra time in Serengeti not a free afternoon in Arusha. Nevertheless, a great safari, would totally recommend it.
