Stayed with friends and visited Pilanesberg - smaller than Kruger but still just as amazing and relaxing just to be there

My "go to" place where I can relax
Overall rating
5/5

I have now been to South Africa five times since my first visit in 2012 where I fell in love with most of the places I have visited - some not so much but when it's organised tours you don't have a choice. However this time I arranged it myself and was able to go where I wanted - which was Kruger National Park. That place is just amazing and you can feel yourself relax just being there - if you happen to see the big five every day then so much the better! I can't wait to go back

Brian and Sebastian went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip.
5/5

We went on a 3 day safari to Tsavo East and West. While other groups at camp said they didn't see any elephants, we saw close to 100 of them, including many babies. We also saw a lion, zebras, jackals, hippos, antelope, and many other animals. Sebastian and Brian were committed to ensuring we had enough time to see everything we wanted to, and wouldn't drive until we took all the pictures we wanted or just to watch the animals. The camps they selected were wonderful, including the food, accommodations, and safety.

Perfect Safari for Kids and Adults!
5/5

Our family booked a 7-day safari with Obag Africa Safari, and it was simply amazing! The itinerary was well thought out, balancing travel time with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife. Our children enjoyed the interactive wildlife experiences, and the guides were fantastic with them. They even organized special activities for the kids that made it fun and educational. Thank you Obag Africa Safari enough for this family bonding experience!

Awesome Gorilla Trekking and Wildlife Safari with sasougandasafaris
5/5

I and my friend did the 9 days Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National park, saw white rhinos at ziwa rhino sanctuary, Game Safaris in Murchison, Kibale for Chimpanzees and Queen Elizabeth park for the tree climbing lions with Dona our driver guide. This is my first time on the Safari trip. We had the best experience to see all the Big 5 animals. The fantastic trek for the lovely Nkuringo Gorilla family and Kibale Chimpanzee trek was the top. It was one of our memorable trip ever!.

Amazing Safaris in Kenya
5/5

Was a pleasure to have Dixon as our guide and driver. As a driver, he drove long hours and avoided holes or bad routes for our comfort, and always accomodated our needs like when we needed to stop for the restroom. As a guide, he adapted to our schedule, interests, and made us aware of several options ( paid or non paid) without pushing us for a decision or another, just staying very informative. He was also very knowledgeable about all the animals and nuances between different species, even small birds. He took us close to all the animals while staying respectful to other jeeps and the park, never getting off the tracks like other drivers, which we really appreciated.
10/10 would recommend

An unforgettable trip
5/5

I'm so glad to meet Tshepo today. Although i am the only tourist, he did all the work very conscientiously and responsibly during this half-day trip. During the drive from Johannesburg to Pretoria, he gave a detailed account of a lot of South African history and asked me what I wanted to know and what he could do to help me. Upon arriving in Pretoria, he provided extremely detailed and clear introductions to every scenic spot, possessing a very rich knowledge reserve. He was truly remarkable! Because I was alone without a friend, he was very enthusiastic and meticulous in taking a lot of beautiful photos for me, which moved me very much! In the final museum, he introduced every historical detail on the stone carvings very carefully and accompanied me to the highest point to overlook. On the way back, we not only talked about the itinerary of the day, but also discussed a lot about the history of Zulu. He also recommended many nearby scenic spots to me. Finally, he safely sent me to the hotel! It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, Tshepo!

Well-organized, friendly and professional team

Unforgettable 5-Day Safari Adventure in February!

In February, we had an incredible 5-day safari through Tanzania that was absolutely unforgettable. Each day brought us to a new and breathtaking location:
• Serengeti National Park
• Ngorongoro Crater
• Banana Plantation
• Lake Manyara
• Tarangire National Park

The safari provider organized everything perfectly from start to finish. They arranged transfers from our hotel in Zanzibar to the airport, took care of our flight tickets to Tanzania, and ensured our journey back was just as smooth.

The safari experience itself was stunning—we were lucky enough to spot all of the Big Five! Our driver, who also served as our guide, was incredibly experienced. He made us feel safe, kept the atmosphere fun, and shared so many fascinating facts about the wildlife and landscape.

Accommodation for all five nights was comfortable and well-chosen. Every place we stayed at was clean, cozy, and had... Read more everything we needed to relax after a day of adventure.

Highly recommended if you want an authentic, well-organized safari experience in Tanzania.

Untrustable
3/5

We had a good guide and Masai driver. But our itinerary did not happen. We missed the evening bush walk and morning safari.

Felix kept asking us more money many times. There were all kind of stories why he needed $100 per person more as a loan. Even after the safari he kept asking for money. I felt very uncomfortable about this. I told many times that we are not giving more money.

Accomodations were good. Safari was good thanks to Masai driver.

We took an extra person with our group. But the van was not big enough for the group. The Land cruiser was big enough on Masai Mara.
