We used them to book a "joining" safari and they hooked us up with a driver (Mark) and a group of lovely people from all over the globe. So my our only contact with Joseph was at the beginning but we could tell we were in good hands because he was a lovely person and the driver that connected us with our safari crew was super courteous. Good people know good people. It was a marvelous adventure and I would return to use Josana in a heartbeat.

Good but just visit the Masai Mara
Overall the tour was good.
Email contact was very quick until it came to confirming they had received by deposit. It took 2 weeks and countless emails on my end to get confirmation that my trip was going ahead. I paid the deposit from a US bank account in USD (as requested) and there was a transaction feed that I had to cover upon arrival.
I requested a lift from the airport and my driver was an hour late. I would recommend booking an uber (~£5 opposed to $15)
The day at the Masai Mara was incredible, the wildlife unmatched. Make sure you carefully check you are happy with your itinerary (although it will change) as most days involve 6+ hrs of travel with only 2 hrs of game viewing. I was a solo traveler and everyone I met was very welcoming and from a variety of age ranges and backgrounds. Because I was by myself and the tours vary in days (some are 3, 6 and 7), I was continuously swapped between cars and companies. It was quite exhausting continuously meeting new people just for one day.
The food was good. Every day it is rice, lentils and chicken.
When back in Nairobi there was a clear hierarchy of guest that had to be dropped off in a specific order. Despite our first guest drop off at 12:30, I was dropped off at 3:45.
I would recommend just visiting the Masai Mara as the rest of the week is basically just driving to a new location to spend a few hrs and then going to your hotel.

Great coordination throughout the trip
Initially I had booked only the Masaai mara package with Evaworld travels but later wanted to do Lake Nakuru as well. Miss Everline provided different options for me to choose from and helped to coordinate and put me with another group which was headed to Nakuru from Masaai mara. The transition was smooth and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend to contact Miss Everline from Evaworld tours if you’re looking to make the most of your Safari tours in Africa.

Stanley was incredibly amazing, he put forth every effort to make our experience was over the top!
Stanley was prompt and communicated exactly what we could expect. What he didn’t tell us was how amazingly incredible he was going to make this trip for us. This was my daughter’s first time to South Africa and on a safari so we were hoping to make memories!! Stanley made it so not only did we get to see the Big Five, but we also got to see and learn about so many other animals!! His knowledge of the animals was incredible and very interesting! He was all about making sure we were completely taken care of. Not only making it so that we got to see so many different animals, but also he helped with our hotel room, meals, and even took us to the shops when we asked. His knowledge, experience, and even character are what helped make this a once in a lifetime experience!!
