The best 5 days safari with Axis
Our guide and driver, Geeman, made our safari an unforgettable experience. He always seemed to be in the right place at exactly the right time and had an exceptional instinct for finding wildlife. Thanks to him, we enjoyed an incredible number of animal sightings, many of them at close range and in truly special moments.
What impressed us most was how carefully Geeman listened to our wishes. Everything we had hoped for on this safari was not only fulfilled but exceeded by far. His experience, calm manner, and deep understanding of nature made every game drive something special.

Before traveling to Ethiopia, we contacted three different tour companies to arrange a 21-day trip covering the country's main highlights. Well organised and fun!
Axis were extremely communicative before and during the safari trip. Rita responded very quickly and was able to accommodate a last minute request to change the itinerary.
All transfers were well-organised and the accommodation was comfortable throughout our trip, particularly Enkorok camp.
For the tour itself we had two guides, Leonard really stood out to us as he was very knowledgable and able to find all the animals for us to see. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even drove us for 11 hours on a full day game drive in Masai Mara.

Pieter is a good guide, he explained everything well and offered us ponchos when it was windy.
We got picked up right on time. We got offered water and there was WiFi on the bus.
Pieter was our guide. I had a great safari experience, he explained everything well. We took lots of photos. We were lucky, as we saw many animals. It was windy, so we were offered ponchos. We had lunch with a beautiful view , the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this safari!

Amos is the BEST- with his knowledge of the animals, Kenya history and geography, and personality!!
We had the best time on our safari with Axis Africa!! we had a huge group of 27, all family, and Axis accommodated us all perfectly! We called our tour guides, the Big Five! Amos was our personal tour guide and driver. We all fell in love with them. He was SO knowledgeable about Kenya - its history and current political/economical/societal state, the geography, and all things about the animals there. We absolutely fell in love with Amos! His positive and fun personality was contagious, and we will miss being around him. Amos made all of our needs were met, answered all of our questions, and got to know each one of our names and things about us.
We visited the Masai Mara , Lake Navaisha, and Amboseli. We spent a lot of time driving, and Amos made it so enjoyable. Amos wasn’t just our tour guide - he became our good friend. (Long live our War Bus crew!)
We loved working with the other guides, and their positivity, camaraderie and kindness is something that we will also be taking away from our experience in Kenya.
