Great safari experience
5/5

Our safari organized by Maila was absolutely perfect. We spent three days in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, and every day was perfectly organized. Maila was always attentive to our needs, had an excellent knowledge of wildlife and local culture, and was consistently kind and professional in every situation.

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience.

Excellent tour operator who met all his commitments
5/5

Our aim was to travel to Uganda and specifically see Gorillas and Chimpanzees in their natural surroundings. We contacted several tour operators. Shuttle Hospitality was the most responsive and provided us with an custom-prepared itinerary that fully met our requests and needs. The flexibility of the tour operator was remarkable. We finally booked a 6 day tour which included reception at Entebbe airport, flights to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and to Kibale National Park , reservations at excellent high level local lodges, local transportation at each site and reservation with the local authorities for the visits within the National Parks. The tour operator kept in touch with us throughout the tour and took care of all our needs. The driver/guide at both sites (same driver who drove from site while we flew) was truly excellent. The cars put at our disposal were first class. The tour was costly, but certainly worth its value. Shuttle Hospitality proved to be highly reliable and the correct choice. We recommend it highly to anyone planning a visit to Uganda..

Our safari was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were completely blown away by all the incredible animals we saw, every moment felt special. A huge part of what made the trip so unforgettable was our guide, Machete. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic, sharing fascinating facts about the wildlife and making sure we didn’t miss a thing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

A Seamless Journey to an African Paradise – 5 Stars for Safari.com!

We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, and I cannot recommend Safari.com highly enough for their role in making it happen. From the initial inquiry to the final boarding pass, their team provided a level of expertise and personal service that is rare to find.

The Booking Experience with Safari.com:
Planning a trip to a bucket-list destination like Victoria Falls can feel overwhelming, but our consultant at Safari.com made it effortless. They offered deep local knowledge, handled all the logistical nuances (transfers, park fees, and scheduling), and ensured we got the best possible value. Their communication was proactive and professional, leaving us with zero "travel anxiety."
The Stay: Victoria Falls Safari Lodge:
The lodge itself is a masterpiece of eco-conscious luxury. Highlights included:

The View: The lodge overlooks a busy waterhole; we saw Zebra, Kudu Antelope, and various birds right from the balcony during breakfast.

The Vulture Culture Experience: A fascinating and educational daily event that highlights the lodge’s commitment to conservation.

The Proximity: It is perfectly situated—close enough to the Falls to hear the "smoke that thunders," yet tucked away in the quiet of the Zambezi National Park.

Dining: Dinner at The Boma is an absolute must-do for anyone wanting an authentic, high-energy African drum and feast experience.

Verdict:
If you are looking for a dream African getaway, do yourself a favor and book through Safari.com. They don't just book rooms; they curate experiences. We will definitely be using them for our next safari adventure!
