Excellent, professional service & ethical company
Excellent service from Classic Journeys! Despite being end of the high season, we still saw plenty. Ruth listened to our needs and make great recommendations to fit in with our wishes and time constraints. Only wish we had a day longer to see more but we had a great time in the Masaai Mara. Everything on our itinerary was as promised. It can be 'risky' paying everything in advance but CJ is a trustworthy organisation. Ruth was in contact via whatsapp and quickly responded to any questions while planning our itinerary. We were met at the airport on arrival and transferred to Wilson airport for our connecting flight. The guide, Lawrence was waiting for our plane and within minutes of leaving the airport we had already spotted some of the Big 5. Lawrence was a courteous and excellent guide and a skilled driver. He was professional at all times and we felt comfortable especially on the drive back to Nairobi when the roads were busy.
Sadly we saw some very bad behaviour from other drivers in The Masaai Mara which was having a negative impact on the animals especially a leopard and a cheetah family trying to hunt. We witnessed vehicles going off road between lionesses and their cubs putting the cubs at risk of being hit by a vehicle. We saw a car damaging bushes in a thicket so the gawking tourist could get a closeup photo of a lion resting. The impact on the wildlife by irresponsible drivers and their guests is very concerning. We were very relieved to see that Lawrence was equally as appalled at the undisciplined behaviour! We felt comfortable that we had chosen a responsible and ethical tour operator who respected the wildlife and their environment.

it was one of a kind experiences i had! i fully recommend it!
awesome help from organisers and help thru all the processes!

A trip to remember
Pickup from hotel was smooth and on time, communication via WhatsApp. George the driver and guide with more than 20 years experience really made the trip memorable. He knew where to spot wildlife before other vehicles did. The first full day in the Mara, 4 of the Big 5 were spotted due to his expertise. Glad I booked the jeep, very roomy and the best option for the rugged terrain. All lodges visited were great, food was buffet style., accommodations comfortable. Amboseli could do with a little touchup. Thanks again George.

Just perfect!
We just finished our 4 days trip to Samburu and Meru with Ways of Africa.
We can just recommend Ways of Africa to everyone.
It was just perfect from the beginning: very professional, transparent communication.
The tour itself was perfectly organised, too. Everything went on time, they chose very nice hotels.
Our drivers did not become tired at all trying to find another animal after another.
So to all, if you look after an unforgettable experience: Book with Ways of Africa!

An Unforgettable Luxury Safari Experience
Our luxury safari experience was truly the best we’ve ever had. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the impeccable service to the expert guides who made all the difference. Their knowledge and passion for wildlife brought the experience to life, making it far beyond just a safari.
We were a group of 8, and without exception, everyone loved it. Since then, we’ve recommended this company to friends and clients, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. What really stood out was the human touch – the warmth and care from the team made our trip feel truly special.
If you’re looking for a top-tier safari, this company is the perfect choice. It’s not just about luxury, but also about creating unique, memorable experiences.

Soul of Tanzania
5 incredible days of Safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro:
It was an unforgettable experience!
Each park had its own beauty and always brought a surprise, mouth-opening moments of admiration. The variety of ecosystems and observing animals in harmony, it's as if you were the "Lion King in HD"!
The 5 days were perfect and enough! We managed to see the famous big 5, we really weren't expecting it!
On the last day we managed to cross off the rhinoceros from the list, although further away.
We saw so many lions, it was not my expectation at all, I thought it would be difficult to see them and that at most it would be from very far away, but the truth is that we saw groups of 7 lions, a lioness with her litter in the shade, a pair of juvenile lions landing next to the solar panel in Serengeti and 5 lionesses resting in the grass in camouflage, and so many others. And those weren't the only cats, a leopard resting in the tree, a camouflaged cheetah and two Serval cats.
We saw many elephants, in groups, others alone in incredible landscapes, in the 3 natural parks!
The animal that stuck in our minds the most was the hyena, with its majestic gait.
And a mental photograph was clearly the giraffes against the light on the road that connects Ngorongoro and Serengeti! A trip full of dust and full of adventure.
Moises, our guide was an incredible driver, we highly recommend any safari to be done with him, Moises had a GPS in his head and knew the tricks of the roads. We saw many cars stuck on the side of the road, sometimes with a flat tire, sometimes with a broken steering wheel. I was just wondering when will it be our turn? The roads are not at all friendly for cars, it takes a lot of esteem in the jeep and driving. It was interesting to realize that I had been going on safaris for over 20 years!
We really liked our guide!
The lunches always tasted good, and the camp experience was authentic!
I didn't expect so much quality and service in the middle of nowhere, it's impressive.
Sleeping with the sound of animals was very beautiful!
In short, a dream trip!
Finally, Filipa Pedrosa from The soul of Tanzania was very friendly and helpful, guiding our questions before booking the experience, which was a crucial point in giving us the trust and credibility of the company, as it is necessary to deposit the money before the trip.

Wow!
We are very glad that we booked the 7-day safari with Lion King Adventures. Our guide, Immanuel Chamboa, was an expert in flora and fauna. He was funny and always shared his experience and knowledge with us. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to see all the animals we had hoped for—even some that are quite rare. We highly recommend Lion King Adventures and our guide, Immanuel Chamboa!

Excellent 10 points
We arrived in Arusha on the 9th, we had three recommendations and we decided on Suricata.
The prices were similar, the experience was exactly as they explained it would be.
We started the safari on the 11th and returned on the 15th, we went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro (inside the Crater) and finally Laguna Manyara.
We slept twice at the Suricata Boma Lodge, SPECTACULAR, in front of the lagoon.
The other nights we slept in very particular and organized camps, guarded by the Masai.
The comfort in those giant tents was incredible.
We had a super friendly guide, DAMIÁN, I think that also makes the difference since it is 5 days of great coexistence, we were also lucky with the other 4 members of the group, very fun people.
We were able to see the big 5 and more.
Personally, I think it's more fun to do it in a group than privately, that's the impression I got.
I must also highlight the great weather we had, I think we went at a good time.
Suricata also recommended a city tour in Arusha on Sunday when we had nothing to do, and it was also a great experience with DANIEL, the guide, very friendly, he knew all the history of the place and took us to interesting places and then we went to dinner, the next day we started the safari.
Beautiful experience
