I really loved my safari adventure with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safari. Joel, Derrick, and Godlove were all incredibly thoughtful and caring. I got sick on my second day of the trip and the team were in consistent touch to support me. I recovered after a visit to the doctor and the adventure continued. We saw so many animals, including the big 5, but also so much more! Words really could not do this experience justice. The most extraordinary moment was sunrise and seeing lions and giraffes from the hot air balloon (which if you don’t book in advance you can book on the spot in Tanzania). The day in Kilimanjaro foothills was also spectacular. The waterfall is stunning! I was blown away by my experience and would highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Adventure Across the Mara driver kikitu
Jocky Tours and Safaris gave us an amazing adventure in the Maasai Mara. Our driver and guide, Kikitu, was friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable about wildlife and nature.
Thanks to his expertise, we enjoyed incredible animal sightings and unforgettable moments. Seeing the Great Migration made the experience even more spectacular.

The highlight of our trip was our amazing guide, Champion. He is, without question, the best safari guide I've ever had! His knowledge of the animals, incredible ability to spot wildlife, and genuine passion for what he does made every moment exciting. He always knew exactly where to go and shared fascinating information that made us appreciate every sighting even more. Rose did a great job of organizing our 11 night / 5 day safari holiday, from pick up to drop off at the airports, and accommodation, it all went very smoothly... our Guide / Ranger was great too making our safari truly memorable

An unforgettable Tanzania safari experience with family!
We went on a 4 day family trip. All the kids and adults had a great time. The guide was amazing - hyenas, giraffes, lions, elephants in every game drive. Being a private tour, we were able to spend time on our own. There was no strenuous activity, so perfect for all ages. Thank you to the Safari360 team. Of course I will go again.

Stunning!
I had a fantastic experience travelling with Theodore. From the very beginning, his communication was excellent, making everything easy to organise. He arrived exactly on time and was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the journey. The drive was smooth, safe, and very comfortable, even over several hours. Theodore is also a great conversationalist, and our chats made the long trip pass by much faster. I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. I would highly recommend Theodore to anyone looking for a reliable driver, and I would be happy to travel with him again in the future.

Serengeti Clarity provided exceptional customer service. Kagoma was very patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns about the Safari booking. Frank, the owner, also answered any additional concerns I had in a timely manner. I mentioned this was a birthday trip during our booking and was disappointed nothing was planned or acknowledged when we started our safari. However, when I reached out to Frank during the middle of my safari, he made a point to have something planned and ready when we returned back to Arusha. I appreciated that. I also liked that we had the option of paying the remaining balance in person instead of before arrival like many other tour companies. They also did not add additional fuel surcharges due to the current world events after the agreed price while I heard other companies did. Serengeti Clarity also offered the best and fair price compared to others.
Our guide Emmanuel was a very experienced, cautious and safe driver. He cleaned the car daily which was much needed due to the dusts. Emmanuel knew all the roads and turns inside the parks without getting lost which was very impressive. He was flexible and accommodating with what we wanted to see and do. He provided education on many animals and other species. Emmanuel was also on time every day for our games. We did games from early morning to late afternoon with no rush to head back to our accommodations. Emmanuel was kind, patient and reassured us that he was able to drive us to the airport for our late night departure which was very much appreciated. Emmanuel provided exceptional service!
We only had one issue which was the car. We were shown pictures of the car beforehand because it was important that we would have a comfortable car for our long journey. When we arrived to pay the balance in person, the office told us the 4x4 didn’t have AC. While the weather was not exceptionally hot, the AC would have been helpful when we needed to keep the windows closed due to the dusts, especially in Serengeti. Instead, we had to keep rolling the windows up and down to avoid dusts or to get air. Also, when we were driving through the clouds on top of the Ngorongoro crater, it was dangerous due to the windows getting foggy without the AC. The seats had no armrests so it was hard to hold on to something when most of the roads are unpaved and extremely bumpy during the games. Most of the seatbelts also did not work. The car was tough though and was able to get through the rough roads and water streams. Again, Emmanuel’s driving skills came in very handy with this car.
The car had a charging station in the front, cooler, backseat pockets, bag for garbage, radio for your music and pop up top for viewing. WiFi didn’t work at the start of our journey but we didn’t really need it because we were busy with the games. WiFi did work on our way back to Arusha.
Overall, we visited Tarangire National Park, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater for 6 days. We saw the big 5, the ugly 5 and many other species. We also saw a kill and feedings. This was an experience we will never forget and we will definitely consider booking with Serenity Clarity again in the future. We met another couple during our hot air balloon ride who shared their negative experience about their guide and tour company and I’m glad we did not have to go through that. We would recommend Serengeti Clarity to others!

They were perfect!!!
We were welcomed in such a warm and friendly way from the very beginning. We were picked up directly from our hotel and enjoyed a smooth, hassle-free transfer to the safari park.
Judith and our driver were incredibly kind and genuinely lovely. They did everything they could to make sure we saw all the animals we had hoped to see. Judith shared fascinating information about every animal we encountered, which made the experience even more special.
They went above and beyond to ensure our safari was comfortable and enjoyable, and they stayed cheerful, friendly, and smiling throughout the entire day.
I will wholeheartedly recommend them to all of my family and friends. If I ever come back, I would definitely want to do another safari with the same team. They gave us an unforgettable experience that we will always remember. We love Judith!! :)
