Best tour company for Rwanda and Uganda
I would highly recommend booking your next trip to Rwanda and Uganda with Frena Adventures! A friend recommended them also to me and did not disappoint. From the beginning everything was well explained before going on our trip. We discussed a lot of things with Fred, and he answered all of our questions.
The moment we landed in Kigali, we were picked up by our wonderful guide, Ronald. We landed at 4AM, and normally, the tour starts at 6AM, but Ronald was really supportive and understanding and came to pick us up earlier than planned.
We did the golden monkey tour in Volcanoes National Park, a gorilla trekking tour in Bwindi, Lake Bunyonyi, a short cruise on Kazinga Channel and also a short safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park. All of the accommodations were really nice and the people were polite and helpful. We were amazed by the 2 countries and we couldn't have chosen a better company for this trip.
Ronald exceeded our expectations with all the knowledge, happy spirit, and different discussions during our meals together. We had a minor problem with entering Uganda, because at the border we didn't receive the online visa that we applied to. Ronald stepped in and talked to the police officer at customs and helped us with the visa. Also the policeman was really understanding and helpful. There was a system problem and because of the Christmas holiday our visa was delayed. But all worked out good in the end.
We surely made a new friend in Ronald and the only sad thing for us was not having more time to discover more of Rwanda and Uganda. We will surely come back and use Frena Adventures again! A big thank you for both Fred and Ronald! Keep up the good job!

We were in Namibia in June 2024 and it was our 2nd visit to Namibia and with Gazzella tours, now with our twin boys (6yrs) so we were 4 all together.
Petra picked us up from the airport and took us to the car rental. She always checks for herself too, if the vehicle (Toyota 4Runner) is in perfect condition with spare tires and papers. From there on we drove together to Windhoek to our first hotel and together we went over the planned tour with her. Petra is a very knowledgeable and friendly person, we immediately liked her and therefore came back with our family. She knew every single place we went from her own experience and has excellent contacts. We stayed in contact with her, as she helped us get a Namibia simcard right at the airport. So we were online with telephone and mobile data - wherever there is reception in Namibia ;-)
The trip was once again fabulous and Petra and my wife had planned it beforehand with many input from both sides. We got a printout and as well an online travel plan via the tourwriter app. This helped fantastic for everyday - Thank you Petra!
I fully recommend Gazzella tours and Petra Mösslacher and we will book again with her! Namibia is a great country and with only two 14-day trips there is still so much more to see. But no matter what, Petra will know the area and generate a fantastic tour for YOU!

The best company !
Where to start? We're a young couple who've been traveling the world in search of new discoveries for the past 10 years. We always thought that, with the infinite riches of our planet, we'd never return to the same country twice... except this time! We've now traveled twice with Lilian's team, and each time the experience has been perfect. The team's professionalism, constant attention and kindness are second to none.
Our guide, Solo, is a real gem! His kindness, knowledge and passion for nature and animals made for a truly dream honeymoon. Every day was magical, and we felt like privileged guests.
Comfort was the order of the day: a huge private 4x4, details that made all the difference (blankets, fresh water, unlimited drinks), and lunches fit for a king (hot dishes, unlike others who settle for a simple sandwich).
We'd like to thank the entire Zohar African Safaris team for these unforgettable moments. If you're still hesitating between safari companies, I can guarantee that with Zohar, you'll never be disappointed. It's the best company, without a doubt!

The visit to the Nile in jinja
I enjoyed bungee jumping, the stunning view of the Nile,zip lining, white water rafting.

Amazing experience, great people
The Safari experience was amazing and we met lovely people. Thanks to Lenchada Safari, especially Collins and Alex, and to our guide, Papa, for making our safari tour so nice. The communication was very good, always receiving quick answer and support. Papa was a great guide, explaining to us a lot of stories about the animals. In Amboseli he was the only one driving in the right spot so we can see the elephants crossing the road with view to Kilimanjaro. Always helpful, always making sure that everything is OK.
As a less pleasant part, you should pay attention to the accommodations, as the Lenchada Camp does not have wi-fi, they have electricity only between some hours and the breakfast was a bit poor. This was not communicated to us, but we talked with the agency and they made sure that the next locations are good for us. The staff from the Lenchada camp was very kind, we really appreciated their hospitality. We recommend minimum 4 days for Masai Mara, so you can have 2 full days for game drive and more chances to see the leopards. Thanks again for this nice experience!
