Great. From communication to value for money. Cancellation policy is good and important. 4 days tour is intense but it contains all you need and it gives you the time to see all the big 5, at least. We were lucky and we got to see the big 10. Included food is good and more than enough. Cars are 4x4 comfortable and big, they host 7/6 people. Resorts are nice and bush camp is an experience you have to try. Charles, our guide, was special. Very straight to the point and friendly.

A wonderful experience. I felt so taken care of all along the way. Our guide Charles worked hard to make sure we saw every animal on our list and we had close encounters with all of the big 5. Booking was very easy and flexible. They will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, with a hotel in Arusha before and after safari. I would definitely choose Suricata again!

Had an amazing time at the Safari with Charles! He did an incredible job getting us to see all the big five and big ten and more animals! He went so fast to get us to see the animals and we will always remember this time. Did the 3-day Mount Meru trek with Kilimanjaro Winners and Safaris in August 2026. Physically it's tough, especially the summit push, but that's exactly what makes reaching the top worth it. The views from the crater rim at sunset or sunrise made up for every step.
Our guide was excellent throughout: professional, attentive and genuinely friendly with the whole group. Everything on the logistics side ran smoothly, no confusion about huts or meals. For what I paid, the value was really solid.

Driving in Tanzanian National Parks
Our first safari experience was extremely enjoyable. Apaisaria managed to arrange everything, and was extremely kind in driving one of us personally (who lost the first flight) the day after the official pick up. Miko took care of us for our five days of safari, driving us through Tarangiri, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We saw a lot of wild animals. The country is huge, and going from one place to the other takes time. Sleeping in tent in the middle of savana was unexpected, yet a special feeling to bring back home. And Apaisaria came back our last day to say goodbye at the airport! It was really appreciated.

We enjoyed magnificent safaris in four national parks: Masai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo - East, and Taita Hills! Our guide, Chem, was fantastic—highly competent, experienced, and friendly, with a keen eye for wildlife and for the perfect spots to capture romantic moments. Even when there weren't many animals to be seen, the drives through the parks at sunset were an amazing experience in themselves. I don't think it was a coincidence that, at sunset, we always found ourselves in parts of the park where no other tourists were around; he knew exactly the right places to go. Chem ensured we safely reached all the beautiful sights and highlights. Thanks to him, we saw elephants, giraffes, lions, antelope, hippos, monkeys, cheetahs, crocodiles, and much more. He always seemed to know where the best sightings would be. The night safari in Taita Hills National Park was also spectacular; a staff member from the Salt Lick Lodge joined us to help spot the animals. Every activity was conducted safely, reliably, and punctually. An unforgettable experience—highly recommended!

We had an awesome time with Mineh and Jocky Tours. Our guide Kikitu seemed to be well connected and we found a lot of great spots before the mass arrived. This way we even saw lions multiple times. Kikitu was reliable and punctual and organized the group very well.
