Organized and knowledgeable
Our trip was great. We traveled as a family with a 5 year old and an 8 year old. Our guide Dickson was wonderful. He was a skilled driver, punctual and knowledgable. He was patient with us and our children. We all enjoyed his presence his conversation on our trip. It was a pleasure to see Kenya through his eyes. I highly recommend requesting Dickson. We saw so much wild life, lions, cheetahs, rhinos, hippos, hyenas and more. We have great memories and took great photos.

Outstanding Service from start to finish
It was incredible. We were picked up and delivered safely back to our digs in Zanzibar after the trip with all the work done for us. The safari was amazing, our driver and guide, Efraem was superb and clearly passionate about the animals and thier welfare. He drove us safely and knew exactly where to drive us to find all the animals. Our trip organiser, Elvis was great. He did all the hard work for us and organised the perfect trip. The accommodation and food was all included and was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone. Well done guys!

Knowledgeable and funny
We did a safari as students of the architecture class, with over six people. We had long waited to do a trip after the end of our final presentations at our School of architecture. We were thinking of going to Jinja for a 3 days trip but were completely unaware of any tour and travel company around Kampala that would bring our imaginations to reality at a friendly budget. However, when searching on the internet, we landed on a safari operator called Roads of Adventure Safaris which we decided to give a try. Mr. Eria advised us that a trip to Murchison Falls would be the best option and memorable basing on the description of our expectations. The view of the falls was probably the most spectacular, and the experience of the sound was surreal.. We also spotted crocodiles during our game drive; we were all astonished at how calm they look despite their reputation. The bush breakfast was quite a unique experience; quite new to most of us. Our guide also showed us a lot of wildlife. Their care and timely communication is unmatched in my opinion.

I enjoyed a short group budget safari to Masai Mara from Nairobi organised by Edloce Safaris. It was a great safari experience with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Planning the trip in advance was made easy by the Edloce team, and it was good to have a friendly and knowledgeable driver on the trip too.

Flexible, knowledgeable and thoughtful
We created a custom itinerary based on one of the prepackaged safaris. BK was extremely knowledgable and flexible on creating the experience that we wanted, which was to see multiple different ecosystems. We planned this over a year and always found we never had to wait more than a week for a response which was great! The experience itself once we arrived was beyond my expectations by far! This was a Safari that was just booked for two of us and my friend has been to Africa many times, but this was my first time outside of North America.
The entire experience was amazing, and BK was incredibly flexible as we had flight disruptions that caused us to arrive late, and then requested something additional that was booked quietly in the background and inserted seamlessly into our trip! Our guide, cook, and the camp staff were incredible, and our guide in particular quickly learned our preferences and helped make the experience even better.
As with any adventure Safari, there were some adventures along the way, but they were handled with the minimum disruption to us as possible, and accommodations were always made to keep us comfortable and taken care of.
For me personally, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Some of the days were long, but we saw something amazing every day, which apparently is not always the case.
The only thing I noticed was that transit times were generally almost double what had been listed. I’m not sure if this was because the road conditions were much worse than expected, but it did make a difference to the length of our days. However, every day was amazing and brought new plants animals and birds as well as great local information provided by our guide.
We very much appreciated that BK focussed on using providers who were local, not owned out of country or big companies. For us this was very important and much appreciated!
I would highly recommend this company, particularly with group of support people we had!

Climbing Kilimanjaro was an incredible, life-changing, and rewarding adventure. Our hosts at Zara Tanzania Adventures handled everything, removing any stressful, unsafe, or emotionally draining moments from our trip. The crew was excellent, from the guides and porters to our cook, Stephen. They were all stand-up gentlemen who took our safety, comfort, and successful summit attempt seriously.
