they really care about their guests
5/5

We have been guided by Robert Matovu.
He is an excellent tour guide and we had a very good time with him. What I appreciate very much is, that he was always with us when we were sitting for lunch or dinner together. He was part of the group and we liked his humor and his cute german dialect. He was eager to provide as much as possible from the Ugandan wild life and also was the one to care for any logistic challenges.
I really would like to go on tour with him again.
All in all my trip through Uganda was the most exciting experience ever ... and - believe it - I have seen a lot in the recent 50 years!!

Adventure of a Lifetime!
5/5

We just came back from a safari with Williamson Adventures and had an amazing time! William, who helped us with planning the Safari was incredibly responsive, quick to help us customize our trip and offered very competitive pricing. The tour guide we had, Tom, was also fantastic. Tom was very knowledgable about the animals and surrounding habitat. He also helped us to tailor our safari trip to best match our interests. At the end of each day we planned out the next day and he gave us various options!

Very professional and polite
5/5

We had amazing time at this Safari. We handled the booking with Winnie. She was really fast with answers and she was really polite.

Our guide was William and we loved him. He was very professional and lovely. William teached alot about Tanzanian nature and about the culture. William was very good at finding the animals. He always made sure that we were okay. He was always on time waiting for us.

We got to see everything what we wanted. We saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, lion and many more.

We also loved the walking safari. Our guide DeeDee was amazing person and he teached us alot about his culture and about the nature. People should know that the walking safari is more about the culture not about seeking for animals.

The food was great we didn't feel hungry at any point. We got some cold beers after the Safaris, they tasted great.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very polite and nice.

We would recommend this to everybody, thank you very much.

Very knowledgeable guide!
5/5

Did 1.5 days Serengeti, 1 day Ngorogoro Crater and 0.5 day Tarangire Safari with Simon!
Simon was a really good guide with extended knowledge about the animals and showed us the right places. It was an amazing experience! We saw a big group of lions with a lot of babies, a cheetah with babies and the birth of a small wildebeest and of course many more things!

My recommendation, however, would be to do 1 day Ngorogoro (great landscape and density of animals) and use the rest for Serengeti (most interesting animals and biggest variety). Tarangire was not so special but still nice!

If you are looking for the best safari experience, go with Laxa. You will not regret!
5/5

Hello everyone. I want to share our review of the safari with this company.

I was looking for a suitable company until I found Laxa Trails Safaris. I wrote, we immediately agreed and at the same time I made an advance payment, and they respond very quickly.

This is our first experience in safari and in general a trip to Africa.
Before the trip, they were always in touch with us. Upon arrival, we were immediately met and settled in a hotel.
The next day we set off on safari and met our wonderful, and most importantly, highly experienced driver and guide Dennis and Peter.
The lodges with which they cooperate are very cool, clean and atmospheric, three meals a day, a wide selection of food and all this is very tasty, top service.

During the entire time, we visited the Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara national parks, and also went boating on Lake Naivasha.
We were very lucky with our drivers, thanks to their great experience, we saw all the big five, and... Read more we saw white and black rhinos, leopards three times a day and other animals: twice cheetahs with cubs. I think they are professionals in their field. On the last day we had a little time before the flight, so our drivers decided to show us Nairobi, took us to the supermarket, and then took us to the airport.
We were very pleased and will remember this trip for the rest of our lives.
If you are still in doubt and can’t choose a suitable company for yourself, then feel free to book this company. I recommend it!

Trip of a lifetime
5/5

Firstly a big thanks to Audence (Odin) aka "The King of Asgard" for making our first trip to Rwanda and Uganda as memorable as it could be.
We booked a 4 day trip which included 2 days safari in Akagera National Park, Rwanda. Gorillia trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda. And an overnight stay and lake tour on the Lake Bunyonyi.
Odin was a friendly, helpful and well informed guide/tracker who made our safari trips so much more entertaining. He really is one of the best! We were able to see a leopard thanks to him spotting it in the dark! He was also nice enough to teach us how to spot the difference between a rock and Rhino.
As well as being an amazing guide he also helped us with any extra travel or activities even after we parted ways which was really appreciated.
We would definitely recommend him as guide for anyone planning a trip in Rwanda and Uganda.

Lulu's was a great booking platform, they were very informative with their quotes and were happy... Read more to alter things if needed. The staff were very much on hand to answer any questions whenever I needed it, whether it be via email or WhatsApp.
The accommodation Lulu's provided on the trip was always high standard. The rooms were amazing and the food was also great.

Something i would suggest that Lulu's do would be to send out an email a week or 2 prior to the start of the trip. As it can be a bit daunting spending so much money on a trip and then not hear anything prior to the booking starting.

I would definitely recommend booking with Lulu's. The experience was amazing and that definitely wouldn't of been possible without Audence/Odin our amazing guide.

Thank you again for the trip of a life time.

Unforgettable 5-Day Safari in Tanzania
5/5

Our 5-day safari in Tanzania, exploring Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, was an unforgettable romantic escape. Tarangire set the tone with its tranquil landscapes, majestic baobab trees, and close-up encounters with elephants, creating the perfect setting for a peaceful start.
In the Serengeti, we witnessed the wildebeest migration, and spotted lions, cheetahs, and even a leopard. The sunsets were magical and made for intimate moments in the wild.
Ngorongoro Crater, with its lush greenery and stunning wildlife, was a serene and awe-inspiring experience, complete with rhinos and a pride of lions. Our guide Samwel was exceptional, offering insightful knowledge while allowing us time to relax and soak in the beauty around us.
The accommodations were luxurious, providing comfort after each exciting day, and the overall experience was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation—ideal for couples seeking a once-in-a-lifetime getaway.
We are grateful to Nihapa Tours... Read more for organizing the perfect itinerary, ensuring everything ran smoothly and allowing us to focus on making memories.

Super nice 3 days trip from Nairobi to Amboseli
5/5

We (a couple) had an amazing three-day safari in Amboseli. Everything was super well-organized, from being picked up at our accommodation in Nairobi to being dropped off again after the trip. The staff was incredibly friendly, reliable and made everything easy.

We stayed at Kibo Safari Camp, which was really calm and relaxing after a long day in the park. The restaurant was great, with Indian, European, and Kenyan food, so something for everyone. After 9 hours of game drives, the pool was the perfect place to cool down. Also here the staff was super nice. It was luxurious. Just a quick tip—check your lunch-to-go box beforehand to make sure it has what you like, but they’re happy to make adjustments if you ask - or come back to eat lunch there because it’s nice and our experience was that in the morning and in the evening you see the most animals.

Our guide was fantastic: super experienced, flexible, and really great at spotting animals. Thanks to him, we saw so much wildlife:... Read more hundreds of elephants, two cheetah brothers hunting together, a female cheetah with her five cubs, hyenas, lions, hippos, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, monkeys.. tbc - and so many birds. Almost every moment was incredible.

We highly recommend Jockey Tours as a local tour company. It was worth every penny. They were professional and the guide knew the area very well. He also respected what we wanted from the trip. It felt very personal and not just like a standard tourist package.

Amazing trip, super helpful team, easy process and unforgettable experience!
5/5

The whole experience from start to finish was professional and easy. The team from Kruger Safari Co explained everything about the trip on a call before booking which made us super excited and also gave so much reassurance. We stayed at the Greenfire Lodge which is amazing!! I could not recommend it more. It is absolutely stunning, the rooms are clean and beautiful, overlooking the river bed. We could see elephants from our room which was so amazing. The food was also great and the guides were knowledgable and fun. The whole team at Greenfire were lovely and hospitable.
I would definitely recommend The Kruger Safari Co for their expertise and fluency in organising trips. Every detail was taken care of and we had a great time.
