Amazing Kenya Safari
The tour company exeeded my expectations, all went in order pick ups, the program..thanks to Lucy!we have started from Oi pejeta, Lake Naivasha,Hells gate towards Masaai Mara..But the best part obviously we have had during the tour. We were super lucky to have Ben(Banad) as our guide, he is so perfect to show you all the animals, not only seen big 5 but we have seen them many timesss ,white and black rhinos,leopards , cheetahs every day, lions,giraffes,elephants and much many and I believe Ben is the best 4x4 driver. Thanks a lot for your efforts and time spent with us!

We experienced everything we came to Kenya for.
We had a great trip with Axis and especially with our guide Ben! We have seen all big5 and many other animals. Due to Ben’s experience we saw everything we wished for and more. At one day we were able to see 5 times Lions, cheetah, elephants etc…… Absolutely recommendable!

World class safari
The most exceptional experience of my life thanks to our amazing guide Salehe (kwanza) and Lion King adventures. Living with Crohn’s disease and traveling to another country can be intimidating to say the least. All my fears were taken away from the minute we met Salehe. He took me straight to the grocery store to pick up lactose free milk and assured my mediations that had to stay refrigerated were well taken care of for the duration of our trip. He assured we found spots for my frequent bathroom trips. His wealth of knowledge about Tanzania, the culture, the Massai, and the animals were that of a world class expert. I learned more from him than years of school. I asked a thousand questions and he was able to answer every single one. His expert attention to looking for the big five turned into success and we saw everything a person could hope to see. From the many prides of lions to cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elephants, zebra, wildebeest, hippos, rhinos, monkeys, baboons, hyenas, birds. He made us feel safe no matter where our adventure took us. Salehe is an amazing human being and a person you would call a friend by the end of the trip. In a world where our busy lives take over and don’t allow us to take a breath, sit back or relax. Salehe truly changed our lives and my perspective on so many things that life has to offer. We should appreciate the small things in life and be thankful for humans like Salahe that can show us what the true meaning of being thankful means in a place called Tanzania.

Lion King lived up to and went beyond our expectations. The initial booking process was seamless and Lion King was always prompt and in touch with us, accommodating our requests and tailoring our trip the way we wanted it. Once we landed in Kilimanjaro, everything went according to our plans. Our guide Goodluck was friendly, punctual, patient, knowledgeable, a thorough professional and provided us with exemplary service throughout our adventures in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. With Goodluck guiding us, we were fortunate to see all the amazing wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants, the African ‘ugly’ 5, countless other inhabitants of the plains and the highlands, innumerable species of birds…the list is endless. I was amazed by the richness of the wildlife and the raw beauty of the landscapes. Thanks to the experience of our guide—calm and passionate—we were able to get very close to the lions without ever causing fear, either for them or for ourselves. The lions appeared completely at ease, resting peacefully just a few meters from the vehicle, as if we were not part of their world.
The elephants, majestic and impressive, sometimes moved alone and sometimes in family groups, and observing them in their natural environment was a deeply moving experience. Crocodiles, motionless and silent, blended almost perfectly into their surroundings along the rivers and watering holes, adding an even more wild and authentic dimension to the adventure.
All around us, animal life was omnipresent. Many other animals lived in groups: zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, antelopes, and many other species shared this natural space in perfect harmony. Each sighting was unique, giving the feeling of being immersed in a living documentary. This true immersion in the wild will remain etched in my memory as one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life.

With Seven Wonders Safaris, we had an unforgettable safari in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara). Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient. The most exciting moment was the sight of the mighty lion up close in the Serengeti and their hunt. I was also impressed with Thomson's gazelle. In Lake Manyara, I also saw the beautiful Grey Crowned Crane from the front, which is the pride of Tanzania as the national bird.

A professional and helpful team that gave us an incredible safari experience
We had an excellent experience with Shanjoy, we booked an 8 day safari covering Kenya and Tanzania and everything went well since our first communication for booking and planning, responses were always quick and thorough. Beth and the team at the office stayed in contact with us throughout our trip to make sure all went as planned.
Our first guide on the Kenyan side, Rio, was very professional and knowledgeable, we were able to see a great variety of animals on our first days thanks to his expertise. Besides English and Swahili, he is also fluent in Spanish and German son communication was never an issue.
On the Tanzanian side, our guide Isaac was also very professional and helpful and always quick to spot animals in the bush, he is also a mountain guide so he has a lot of experience in the field.
Back in Kenya, our last guide Tio was very friendly and talkative, and overall all the staff made sure that our experience was excellent in every way.

Fantastic
This year, we got in touch with Tailor Made Safaris at the Vakantiebeurs. We first had a very pleasant conversation with a previous traveller who had booked through Tailor Made Safaris, followed by an inspiring presentation by Geert. After that, Robin took over the conversation with us.
The discussion went very well, and we truly felt heard in terms of our wishes. At that stage, we were still quite open and unsure about what we really wanted to do or where exactly we wanted to go.
We shared all our wishes and our budget, and Robin came up with great ideas and options for our trip. In the end, we were able to put together a beautiful tailor-made journey, made possible by the excellent and ongoing communication.
During our 3.5-week trip through South Africa, the contact with Robin and the other team members remained excellent. All accommodations and activities were perfectly arranged. It was truly a worry-free journey and 100% enjoyment.

In Tanzania, I saw the original appearance of the earth. The phrase "Life is a wilderness" finally took on a concrete form in Africa. Everything here was more magical than I had imagined. Every day, I tried my best to record and experience everything. The Animal World of my childhood was clearly presented before me. So close, I could hear their voices and smell their scents. To describe this place, I would borrow the opening words of the classic BBC documentary "Serengeti": "There is a place on Earth that is still full of vitality, where large herds of animals can run freely. This place is full of life, time seems to stand still, and it has become the last habitat for the largest group of wild animals on the earth. This is the Serengeti savannah."
