The tour guide is the core of the entire Safari. Our tour guide is fantastic! He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and anticipated and resolved all the problems we encountered. It was a perfect trip. In particular, Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, has a large slum, and unfortunately, we witnessed a robbery caused by a traffic accident. Our tour guide, Francis, not only successfully drived us two foreigners out of the congested area but also promptly intercepted another jeep that was about to enter a dangerous situation and called the police. He is a true hero.

He would have us look up in books the names of the animals we saw, thereby deepening our impressions, and he also introduced the habits of different animals. He took us to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephant herds up close. During meals, he introduced us to the Big Five of Africa, the Ugly Five, and so on. Very professional operator for safari
Although this local tour operator is small, it is very reliable. The sales consultant Daniel replies to emails quickly, and we visited their office—it is a very formal and standard travel agency.
Our guide Paul was highly professional. He was great at finding wildlife, gave detailed explanations, and could predict animal behavior, which was very helpful for my photography.
Instead of crowding with other vehicles, he chose good lighting and angles, anticipated the animals’ paths, and positioned our vehicle perfectly for them to pass by.
He was also friendly and willingly helped other guides whose cars had gotten stuck.
