Excellent and flexible organization with professional guides
We spent two perfectly organized weeks in Madagascar based on our previously given ideas. After a week of truly adventurous safari, we rested our fatigue on beautiful tropical islands. Our guides always looked after us, we felt safe despite the often wild and romantic environment. It was a fantastic adventure with professional help. The price/quality ratio of the accommodations was also appropriate. In short, we really enjoyed it and a thousand thanks to Soul of Madagascar Tours for everything!

Review on Fancina Africa Tours and Safaris
Our 14-day safari with Fancina Africa Tours and Safaris was an unforgettable experience. The trip was very well organized, and the team took excellent care of us.
We were very blessed to witness so many amazing wildlife moments,like watching elephants crossing road, zebra elegantly walking and eating bushes, spotting cheetahs, lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos and all kinds of birds in their natural habitats, including seeing the spectacular Great migration twice in Masai Mara and Serengeti! Every day brought new adventures and breathtaking scenery.
Our guide Glenn was knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife. He worked hard to find the best animal sightings while sharing interesting information about the animals including all kinds of bird,their behaviors. His experience made our safari even more enjoyable.
The boss Boni is easy to communicate with, he drove us to another city tour upon our request and stopped by grocery store to let us buy some famous local coffee as souvenir.
Johnathan was very nice to pick up from airport and welcome us nicely.
During trip, every meal was covered by the tour , including breakfast , lunch and dinner, we would have a lunch box from hotel or camp while riding the jeep in the wild. We didn’t have to worry about where to buy food at all. We enjoyed food very much more than we expected!

Excellent, Reliable, Worth-it
It was just me and my mom. Our 1st time in Africa. From booking with Nelly to end of tour, it went smoothly. Nelly was very accommodating in our customized itinerary. Our route: Jo'burg-Victoria Falls-Jo'burg, Hazyview safari, Cape Town. All our transfers were friendly and give much info for us first timers. Victoria Falls was absolutely breathtaking and our guide Innocent was so enthusiastic in giving us some interesting facts. River Cruise and Dinner & Drums at the Boma were unique experiences.
Drive from Jo'burg to Hazyview was long but we didn't actually feel it to be that long. Emmanuel served also as a tour guide. We were able to make most out of the drive before sundown.
Kruger National Reserve is of course the highlight of our trip. We got to see 5 out of the big five (elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard, rhino) and a lucky sighting of wild dogs & hyenas.
Cape Town is worth the visit especially their bays. If we stayed longer in Africa, I would have extended at Cape Town. Faldie was great in letting us know where to go and what to see.
Overall, I wish I could go back to South Africa (even Zimbabwe or Zambia next)

An amazing experience
My friend and I went on a 12 day safari. We had a lot of fun activities planned and each were more than we expected. We quickly warmed up to our tour guide Brighton who had similar sense of humor. He handled challenging situations very well while being professional. We both highly recommend a walking safari in Lake Mburo and the night drive. Hiking to see the gorillas was definitely challenging but definitely worth it.
Unsafe, careless, irresponsible driver.
Our driver Tiyani made my trip from OR Tambo very uncomfortable. I felt unsafe for the majority of the trip. For the first 30 mins the driver was regularly turning his head to chat with his female acquaintance. I had to ask him to keep his eyes on the road while conversing as I felt unsafe with his bad driving habits. After our first stop he ate his KFC and chips whilst driving. He often had 1 finger only on the steering wheel. He regularly drove 20kms over the limit and crossed continuous lines. His driving around the mountains was unacceptable.
All in all it was a very unpleasant and at times frightening trip.
I would not have him as a driver of my company, unless he adhered consistently with safe driving practices.

Driver "TIYANI"
Very poor driving, dangerous at times.
Speeding, 115kp in neutral downhills
80 in 60 zones... roadworks .
Rolling thru stop signs.
One hand on the wheel.
Constant talking to front seat passenger until asked not too. Very distracted.
Should not be driving a taxi/bus
Vehicle in generally good condition.
Overall a very unpleasant journey.
