Best African Experience
Very grateful with Sandra from Traipsing. From the moment I booked the safari, the communication was excellent, very clear, and incredibly helpful with all my questions and concerns. She provided detailed pre-trip information, making sure I was well-prepared and excited for the adventure. It felt like I was in great hands from the start eventhough english is no my first language. The service throughout the trip was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member, from the lodge team to the safari guides, went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and taken care of. The safari itself was surreal—nothing could have prepared me for the breathtaking encounters with wildlife.

Zero professionalism
We have prepared with them 1 week in kenya. we booked the safaris in Nakuru, Naivasha and 2 and a half days in Masái Mara, we paid everything (1000€) 4 months before being in the country. but it turns out that the same first day of safari that has been in Nakuru, we asked to enter early but did not want to drive at night so we accepted 1h later, there were punctual (we are Swiss) to enter at dawn to the safari and see the animals but it turns out after being waiting 1h and 10 min, we decided to enter and the guide speaks to us to tell us that we were not there and that had arrived on time and without apologizing. After this we talked to Naomi who is the girl with whom we hired everything but they blamed each other and she used personal reasons to excuse. We see that it is not our way of doing things between lies, excuses and victimization and we decide to reimburse everything so that we can hire it with another company. But here comes the surprise. First this girl used the technique to blame the guides, then the victimhood (again) and then already attack against us, when it was decided to make the refund we saw that I had only entered 940 €, I decide to talk to her and buuum turns out that I blocked WhatsApp ( only way to have contact with her). so now all the claim is in the Swiss and Spanish embassy (because we have Spanish nationality) and a complaint made with the insurance we have contracted. are unpresentable, unprofessional and thieves

Excellent organization
We did a 3-day safari with we tour Africa safaris to see gorillas in Bwindi and golden monkeys in Volcanoes National Park. Everything was excellent — the organization was impeccable, and our guide Blair was amazing: very attentive, a great driver, and always willing to help. The gorilla experience was unforgettable, and I definitely recommend we tour africa safaris to anyone who wants to live this adventure.

Very organized, easy and a wonderful experience overall
They made our 2 Day Safari very easy with clear expectations and great communication. Our driver went above and beyond being on time and staying later to make sure we saw as many animals as possible and had an amazing experience. He also helped us find specific animals we wanted to see that were hard to find and was super relaxed and easy going. I highly recommend this agency and tour for anyone wanting a memorable safari experience.

Very informative and thoroughly enjoyable
Pick up from hotel was prompt and friendly. Tour guide was flexible, taking us the route in reverse to avoid the crowds. We were each given a bottle of chilled water which was gratefully received. Lots of information about the Falls, local flora and fauna delivered in perfect English. We requested a different destination at the end of the tour and this was not a problem.
