Very organized, reliable and flexible tour company. Paul was very punctual for collection of the tour which was appreciated. He was very engaging for the entire time and informed us on the history of Nairobi national park. He catered to my mother (71 Years old) who is living with dementia...he was gentle and also her needs in mind and spoke to her in her cultural language.
Was a great driver, we all felt very safe.
Highly recommend this organization. John facilitated the planning and organized with Paul the day and both provided a fabulous experience..

We did a 5-day safari with Safari Soles and it was honestly one of the best things we’ve ever done. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and every day felt like an adventure. The places were amazing, but what really made the difference were the people.
There are many safari companies in Tanzania, and in all of them you’ll see the animals and the parks. But what really matters is how they take care of you and how they make you feel. When something goes wrong, that’s when you see who truly cares. Safari Soles were always kind, honest and ready to help. They really made us feel safe and welcome from the start.
A huge thank you to Boniface, who helped us plan everything. He was always available and answered every message so quickly and kindly. It really felt like he cared about us.
And also to Chris, our amazing guide. What a joy to travel with him. He knows so much about every animal and every part of the parks, and he shared it all with such passion. He was always smiling, always making sure we were happy and having fun. We learned so much from him.
We also thank Eric, who picked us up in Arusha and showed us around the local markets. Everyone we met was so warm and genuine.
We couldn’t recommend Safari Soles more. They really go above and beyond, and we’ll never forget this experience.

Phenomenal Tour Operator
Working with this group has been such a real pleasure. Our personal tour operators’ name is Margreth and she has been nothing short of a blessing..a real life angel. When I first began the process of planning my trip to Tanzania, I’ll admit, it was a bit overwhelming but somehow I managed to come across Margreth and her tour group and things became much easier. She helped plan a 2 day safari and everything went smoothly as planned, but she didn’t stop there. Margret made sure that all of my accommodations and needs were met with exceptional service and professionalism. If you are looking for someone to take the stress and confusion out of the process of booking a safari and touring the area, I’d HIGHLY recommend Margreth and this group.. they’re the absolute BEST!!!

Everything went smooth, no issues
I created and tweaked my itinerary with Chloe who has been very helpful and responsive.
The resulting itinerary worked out very well for me.
On the ground everything was almost perfect -- I was picked up on time for my activities and transfers and the lodges were very nice.
The only tiny issues, which were sorted out in a few minutes, were the booking at Hwange which they had to look for and the BOMA dinner which they initially asked me to pay although it was pre-booked.

It was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives
We filled our eyes with breathtaking landscapes, saw a lot of wildlife, learned many new things and were pampered throughout the trip by our guide and the various lodges where we stayed. If I could, I'd leave again tomorrow.
The itinerary was well-planned, the program was clear, and communication was always efficient. To organize our safari, we contacted each other on WhatsApp (the number is available on the website) and I received all the information there. Our guide was Reginald: very available, extremely knowledgeable, funny, precise and the best driver.
Our trip, being a honeymoon, was also rich in surprises typical of the Tanzanian spirit of hospitality. We're still moved.
