Chobe House - the perfect safari experience with a bit of everything
This was a safari with a difference. As well as the amazing game drives each day the Chobe House team arranged 2 different nights camping in the bush, various river safaris and even a day out to Victoria Falls.
The lodge has comfortable rooms, a relaxed vibe and sits on the river where it’s pleasant to sit and relax between safaris The food was excellent and drinks, whilst providing a great range, were reasonably priced. The staff are really attentive, welcoming and well trained in customer experience, and were so friendly that they felt like friends by the end of the trip. The lodge is located in Kasane which felt safe to around and has a new and modern airport.
The Chobe National Park has such a wealth of wildlife – we saw leopards, prides of lions, herds of elephants, a cheetah , crocs, water buffalo, wild dogs, hyaena and so much more. The birdlife was incredible too. It was good to vary tours with drives and river safaris which gives a completely new perspective to the wildlife - watching various animals come to the river drink, wash and play, especially the baby elephants!
The unforgettable highlight was our two nights in the bush, coming across a lone male lion roaring on a night drive, sleeping under canvas, sharing a glass or two by a camp-fire with friends and hearing the sounds of wild animals whilst sitting under the stars.

Outstanding
Thamani safaris provide excellent value for money. The guide was very knowledgeable and showed us all the animals including leopards, cheetahs and rhinos. I will recommend everyone to book Thamani safaris even if you have to spend a few extra bucks

Used this company on the Northern Circuit. We had great communication before we even arrived in Tanzania. Transport from the airport was A1. The hotels were amazing, 3 star before the trip, even had a lovely pool, 4 star after the trek which was beautiful. We were met by the guides at the hotel who checked our equipment, luckily so as i needed better gloves which they supplied. The team work so hard and made us feel so welcome. You never know how good a company is until they have a problem, we had a major problem on the second day, will not go into details however this company were magnificent in dealing with it. Our daily itinerary had to change and this meant a lot more work for the whole team which was done with no malice whatsoever. Special mention to our chief guide called Innocence and his second in command called Walter. The one thing above all is they want you to succeed and their success rate is second to none. Not once did we get down hearten as everything was positive, we always thought we were going to make the summit. Do your homework and check this company out on other sites. Amazing.

Herbert was the perfect guide. He instantly texts back and took care of everything. He even helped me organize my journey afterwards and gave me some good recommendations. He knew all the good spots to observe animals and gave a lot of background information. I saw everything i wanted and more. Really impressive experience, can only recommend.

Thank you for an incredible experience. The city tour was well explained, and the guide made a great effort to overcome the language barrier, as our English is very limited. He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, and we had a wonderful experience.

They have impeccable execution.
We had a great time. The execution by the team was impeccable. Our itinerary included Zanzibar, Serval Wildlife and Serengeti Bushtops. We had smooth transfers throughout the trip and the team made sure to have constant communication through whatsapp.

The guide, Josh, was realy great !!!
He made the effort to find the Big Five and other rare species. He is an excellent driver, navigating every smoothly, he was very flexible and open to our needs and preferences.
His good and friendly personality, his long and deep experience and his endless knowledge made our time enjoyable to the best.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guid under a very good company - Hadzabe Safari Adventure managed by Herman who planed out safari and luxury camps (I would comment that 5 days is a bit short for 3 parks).

I went on a 4 day safari with a group of 7 friends
Amazing value for money, we got the full safari experience without spending too much money. The communication was good, driver picked us up when planned and during our safari our guide talked through the entire itinerary. We saw most animals we wanted to see, and our guide tried his hardest to see the lions and leopards. All in all it was an amazing, unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to everyone.
