We took a private tour with Aanika Karibu and Mr. Harun was our guide who took us on the whole tour. He was very professional and Helpful.
There was an issue with the hotel booking and until it was sorted out he did not even go away although it was late night. Helped us even in speaking to the hotel and travel agent with his own telephone. The games were organized very well and he has a very sharp eye on recognizing where the animals were located. We will recommend him and this company to everyone.

For our 1st safari safari experience in Tanzania with Great Day Safaris, we wanted something meaningful, and Tanzania delivered more than we imagined.
We spent 4 days exploring Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and each day filled us with excitement and gratitude. Tarangire was peaceful and charming, with plenty of elephants and stunning scenery. The Serengeti took the adventure to another level. There's something incredible about seeing wildlife living freely - lions stretching under the sun, wildebeest gathering in huge herds, and giraffes walking gracefully through the grass.
Our final stop was the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen. The view from the top looked like a postcard, and the wildlife inside was unbelievable-a true sanctuary. Our guide was passionate, informative, and made us feel like friends rather than tourists. The food were lovely, making the experience comfortable and romantic. Tanzania gave us joy, connection, and memories we'll carry forever.

Best Customised Samburu and Reteti Trip
Booked via WhatsApp from Australia. Elijah was very good with communication, understanding of our needs including our 13 year old son. Elijah emailed various options and quotes.
The trip went 100% to plan.
Evan our driver was very skilled in game drives and was also happy to stop when we saw goat herders on the side of the road.
Elijah met us at the start and finish of our trip to ensure we had everything we needed.
He provided us with great hats and a coffee mug.
The cost was very good and the vehicle was comfortable

The team did a great work on our safari. Paul was always very flexible on our itinerary and always on solving all the issues. Our guide was very friendly and knowledge on the animals and birds. The hotels were also clean even if we did an economy range. We will always recommend this company for any one wishing to do the safari in kenya.

My incredible tour of Ethiopia
I come to Ethiopia for business conference and my friend recommended me that i have to do the tour like Bahirdar, Gondar, Lalibela and Omo valle he had good experience with this company. the tour was absolutely amazing and i didn't expect to be so moved by the place and the people.

Flexible, safe, well organized, comfortable, excellent for kids
We are a family of two adults and two kids (10 and 8) with little experience with Safaris in Africa. Serengeti Smile exceeded our expectations.
- During the booking phase, Eliad was very responsive, flexible to our needs for our itinerary, and provided guidance to help us with the payment process. I was positively surprised how quick and thorough his answers were.
- Once we arrived at the airport, Wisdom was there to pick us up in the middle of the night. He was also our driver for a couple of days when we did some shopping and sight seeing in town. He was very professional, attentive to our requests, and excellent with the kids. The kids still ask about him.
- During the Safari, Pius was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We felt we were part of the team with him, adjusting our days as we went depending on the energy level of the kids.
Overall, the Serengeti Smile team was a perfect match for our team. We fully recommend this tour operator.

Rewarding gorilla trekking experience
