Magnificent trip to safari
The trip to safari using Uwanda Tours and Safaris was very well-organized, we had a clear schedule for the days and got to see different points of safari. We had a boat safari tour, village tour and a safari drive which lasted a whole day.
The village tour was a little concise and I wish we would have seen and hears more of the lives of people living there.
On our last day we were supposed to travel to Sansibar from Dar es Salaam via ferry but ferrys were not in traffic that day. Our tour guide, Kapande, was the most helpful and arranged us a straight flight to Sansibar from safari.
All-in-all I recommend using Uwanda Tours and Safaris if you want to have a comprehensive experience and value for your money. Our tour guide, Kapande, was a really professional and welcoming. We got a lot of new information from him about the animals and nature.

unforgettable experience
Communication with the organizer was good from the start. Emails were answered within a day at the latest. It was nice also to get to see their tour operator license before paying the trip.
Our guide Kapande was great. He told us a lot about the animals and nature during the safari. There were no stupid questions. We saw a lot of different safari animals and we got lucky and saw lions. That was awesome!
We were on safari during the riots in Dar es Salaam, which changed our return plans. Kapande sorted things out and arranged a flight for us directly to Zanzibar. So thanks to Uwanda tours and safaris we get safely to our next destination. Thank you a very much about that!
I would have liked more information when we visited Mloka village and It would have been nice to see more of their lifestyle.
Overall the tour was worth of every penny.

Unforgettable Tanzanian Safari Adventure with Lion Motorcycle
I recently had the pleasure of going on a 4-days Safari tour with Lion Motorcycle in Tanzania. Serengeti and Ngoronoro crater. And I couldn't be happier with the experience.
The accommodations were beautiful, clean, perfectly situated and the employees very friendly and courteous.
The first accommodation was an open camp in the middle of the Serengeti, with the wildlife directly in front of the door. One day we had even Elephants roaming freely around the camp. An incredible, breathtaking experience I will never forget.
We saw a wide variety of animals, including elephants, lions and once we even had the chance to watch cheetahs chasing pumbaas. We were also lucky enough to spot a beautiful leopard. Combined with the stunning natural beauty of the African wilderness, it made it a truly memorable safari experience.
The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about sharing the beauty of the African wilderness with us.
I can highly recommend Lion Motorcycle. I spent nearly 3 weeks with them. First on a Motorcycle Tour and afterwards on this 4 days Safari. They have a great, friendly and sympathetic young team.

We were lucky to see so many animals up close and enjoy breathtaking landscapes every single day.

I had an absolutely amazing experience on this safari! Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end. It started and ended with a helpful and informative briefing with Daniel, which made us feel completely at ease and well-prepared.
Our guide Damian was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and always making sure we got the best possible experience. We saw so much wildlife and learned a lot about the area and its nature.

Amazing experience
My recent safari in Tanzania was an absolute dream come true. From the vast, golden plains of the Serengeti to the breathtaking expanse of the Ngorongoro Crater, every moment was filled with awe and wonder.
The highlight of the trip, without a doubt, was the incredible diversity of wildlife we encountered. We were fortunate to witness the Great Migration, seeing thousands of wildebeest and zebra thundering across the landscape. We saw a pride of lions lazily resting under an acacia tree, a graceful leopard draped over a branch, and herds of majestic elephants. The amount of animal sightings far exceeded my expectations.
A massive part of this amazing experience was due to our guide, Walter. His expertise was truly remarkable. Walter had an uncanny ability to spot wildlife that was virtually invisible to the untrained eye. He wasn't just a driver; he was a passionate and knowledgeable naturalist who shared fascinating facts about the animals' behaviors and the ecosystem. He was also incredibly patient, ensuring everyone in the vehicle got the perfect view and photo opportunity. His friendly and professional demeanor made the long game drives enjoyable and comfortable.

Flexible, professional, and great value - an unforgettable safari experience.
We booked a safari + hiking trip through Safari Nuggets[, and it was an unforgettable experience. From planning the itinerary to the organization on-site, everything was handled exceptionally well.
Our route included Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, and the Ngorongoro Crater. We also visited the Olpopongi Maasai Village and did a beautiful hike on the Shira Plateau of Mount Kilimanjaro. Thanks to our guide, we were able to enjoy every moment to the fullest. He had incredible knowledge, was very hospitable and friendly, and always made us feel safe and comfortable. He sensed perfectly when we wanted to stop, spend more time observing animals, felt uncomfortable or ask questions.
The lodges we stayed in were high-quality, and surprisingly comfortable, especially considering our more limited budget. We truly felt we got excellent value without compromising on experience.
We also really appreciated the flexibility: halfway through the trip, we decided to change one of our overnight stays, and it was arranged immediately without any hassle or resistance.
In short: professional, flexible, and with great attention to detail. Thanks to Lolarip and his team, our trip became an experience we will never forget. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and authentic safari in Tanzania, even with a smaller budget.
