The Best professional and the most helpful tour operator that I ever met!!!!
I approached Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris after a deep survey to find an appropriate tour operator who could help us tailor our first safari in Africa. From the beginning, I found a person who put our requirements and willingness on the front and tried all his effort to make us happy and to accommodate what we wanted. I must admit that Webster was almost the only one who read actually what we wanted. Most of the other tour operators just try to convince us to take their already planned tour without the right concern about our needs. For us, it was an actual issue since we came to Zimbabwe safari after one week of safari in Tanzania, where Mr Webster also helped us with his well-connected Africa network. During the seven months after we made the reservation up to the safari date, Webster turned out to be our major consultant for everything we needed.
From the moment we arrived in Zimbabwe one of his team or Webster himself escorted us and took care of everything. When I write “everything" I mean it, it started with the border control, and continued with third-party tour suppliers, like the dinner boat company or helicopter tour. He verified that we would have a VIP treatment in any one of the activities we took.
His team is excellent, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, standing on time, being very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very very friendly.
Webster's unique friendship and willingness to help came to its highest level when we faced difficulties in the airport back home. Not only did he wait in the airport until we ended the check-in, but when he found out that we had a problem and the flight was cancelled, he took us to his office and he and his team worked like crazy to solve our problems with the airline and hotel reservation. This is above and far from any expectation one can find in a regular tour operator. For example, Webster took us to the airline office in another part of the city and helped us bridge the communication with the travel agent in the office.
The customer service we got is second to none.
I highly recommend Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris for any activities in Africa, and we definitely will use their services again and again

I visited Madagascar from September 12 to 25, 2024. I started contacting Theresia to organize our trip, 10 days before our departure. She was the first agency to respond to us first, and we stayed. When we arrived in Madagascar, everything was in accordance with our expectations. We did the North circuit and Nosy be. Madagascar is a developing country, but it is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. I am extremely happy with our trip with Soul of Madagascar Tours. They say there's no such thing as perfection, but I was having fun, excited and satisfied. We saw everything: culture, adventure, the beautiful beach... Very good and comfortable with professional guide
WOA gives us lower price than others but the same quality of service, they have a quick response to our any questions. And even when the tour will begin in less than two weeks, we wants to add one person, they also quickly confirm the states of hotels’ available rooms and make reservations in advance. The guide show a great professionalism in safari. It was a very great tour.

Six years ago, Chris Ronneseth and Safari Partners organized a breathtaking trip for us to Namibia and Botswana. We loved Africa so much that we were determined to return. Chris organized an extraordinary excursion to Kenya and Tanzania in August of 2024. He patiently helped us to plan a trip that we could afford. The camps and lodges were outstanding, and the people were gracious and attentive. All of the transportation and connections went like clockwork. We experienced the trip of a lifetime. To be so close to leopards, lions, and cheetahs and to witness the majesty of the Serengeti met all our expectations. I believe that Africa will call us again, and we will call on Chris to help us plan for the adventure.

Exceeded all expectations I had when booking this trip, an amazing experience
An amazing Safari in Tanzania. Booked with Suricata safari's, we had an amazing guide Barracka who took us round the parks and gave us lots of information on all the animals and what we were looking at, he was patient with us taking photos and did a great job and pointing them out, we got so close to some of them I was not expecting this at all!. our cook Tito cooked us amazing food everyday, the pancakes were a highlight! At the end of our experience we met with Daniel to tell him all about it.highly recommend Booking your safari with these guys you will not regret it!

Had an amazing experience with Suricata Safari! Baracka was a great guide and really took his time with us and Tito cooked us consistently delicious food and plenty of it! Thanks also to Daniel who helped us on our last day! Would highly recommend Suricata Safari to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania and looking to see the big 5!
