Review about Amboseli National Park by Angela Metcalfe
There were not as many animals as I hoped, but sometimes that’s how it goes.

Amazing people
Due to a terrible mix-up and unbelievably useless immigration officers at the airport, we had to cancel our holiday to Ethiopia, but I'm writing this review because I was impressed with Hailemeskel from Finot Tours' support and patience during our planning process.
There was a lot of back and forth from our end before we finally agreed on an itinerary, but
Hailemeskel was more than accommodating, he was quick to respond and helped answer many questions I had.
And he put together an itinerary that included all the hot spots we wanted to see. We were super excited to visit this amazing country.
And when we arrived in Ethiopia, he waited for such a long time to pick us up, as we tried to get our visa issue sorted. He was more than understanding when things unfortunately transpired as they did and we had no choice, but to cancel our trip in the last second!
He was the only friendly voice that was comforting while our first impression of the country turned out to be less than satisfactory.
We are not sure we will attempt to visit Ethiopia again after the way we were treated at the airport, but if we ever did and to anyone who doesn't have to go through the hassle of getting a visa online, can't recommend anyone better to explore Ethiopia with, than Finot Tours.
Best of luck Hailemeskel and team.

Nice relaxed expeirmce
We flew for a safari in May 2024, just after the floods in Masai Mara. We opted to stay at Mara Sopa Lodge. We booked with Jocky Travels. Overall, experience, however, things are a little bit more laidback. They picked us up from the airport, we went to the office, when we finalized our booking, and then set off for the Safari. The trip to the national park took about 6 1/2 hours, when we reached, we had lunch, and relaxed for some time. At the Lodge, they switch off electricity between 3 PM to 5 PM, on a daily schedule, which results in Wi-Fi, lighting, and hot water being turned off.
The next day, we set off, Shortly after 7 AM, and had a full day safari, where we saw animals we were expecting to see. We returned to the lodge around 3:30 PM, and did the same thing the following day. On the next day, we did a mini game drive, and then drove back towards Nairobi. Overall, a good experience.
Our driver and guide, Dickson is highly recommended, He knows a lot of spots where the animals are, and was able to give us some good insight. He was also able to spot animals from a great distance, and key in making our trip more enjoyable.

Very special and impressive
We did a 4-day tour, visited Tanrangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater, which was really great. We went with 2 children aged 16 and 20, who also enjoyed it. Even though there was a rainy season, we saw and did a lot. Many thanks go to the staff of Serengeti Africans Tours. Very nice and helpful. Made an unforgettable trip.

Good and respectful Kruger tours!
I really enjoyed my time in the Kruger area, especially our guides: Mr. Lambs was very resourceful with finding wildlife in Kruger, and Stanley helped us have a great panorama tour. I do wish some accessibility issues had been better-communicated to us in advance: those with mobility issues should be warned that the optional Panorama tour, while lovely, has several stops that are extremely difficult for people in crutches/wheelchairs to fully access. But overall good experience that we didn’t have to worry too much about, and that respected our time! :)

Good and reliable Service
We made with family a safari with White Stork Safari tour to tsavo east and Ambroseli for 3days. Our guides name was Mahmut. He took us from Mambasa hotel on time and we told him what we wanted to see. the camps where organised by him and he also accepted our propositions for the camp im Voy (Manyatta camp) in Ambroseli he choosed the Sentrim Ambroseli. Both camps clean good food, Pool and good service. On the way to tsavo he made a little pause and after the entry of the parc he showed us the first animals so did he all afternoon. Very interresting explinations about the wildlife and landscape were made by him, so was the second day. In Ambroseli he also showed us places with animals where we went alone and not with all the traffic. We saw Lions ,Gnus ,Giraffes ,gazelles etc. and naturally plenty of Elefants and small lions. Mahmuts carefull and save way of driving gave us a secure feeling, if we saw how others drove. His comments about land and animals are precise and very detailed. We enjoyed the trip with him and can recommend to book White Stork. The trip was a little to short We came before to Kenya but this was our best Safari for a resonable price. Always again with Mahmut

Experienced, high-quality and good value for money tour operator.
The experience I had with Karibu Safari was overall satisfying. From the beginning it is easy to communicate with them and their response is always prompt and clear. The tour is well-organized and worry-free with everything being taken care of. We booked a private 6-day safari tour starting from Nairobi and ending in Mombasa. The tour meets our expectations and the accommodation provided is pretty good in terms of comfort and safety. The guides are ok. They did a good job looking after us but we felt a bit awkward when one of them tried to ask for the watch and binoculars from us. Some roads are in really bad condition but they tried hard to make it less uncomfortable for us.
I would recommend taking the tour with them. They are experienced, reliable and meet the general expectations of a high-quality safari tour.
