Perfectly organized, very kind and knowlegeable guide
The pickup and dropoff in Nairobi worked perfectly. We saw three different national parks and spotted all animals we could imagine. Our guide Teddy knows a lot about nature and wildlife and shared very interesting informations not only about animals and plants but also about Kenya in general. Also the selected Hotels have exceeded our expectations. Overall, we can highly recommend a Safari with Teddy.

We have saw many magical animals that we had never seen which appears in the geography book. From the elephant herds in Amboseli and the wildebeest in Masai Mara to the flamingo paradise at Lake Nakuru, every scene left us in awe.

We got good accommodations which offers a swimming pool,gym and a buffet. It perfectly blends the simple wilderness with comfort. Whether the foods at the resort or the casual meals at safari, they all suit our taste.

The itinerary is balanced and flexible. Although we get up very early every day (around 6 o’clock),we also arrive at the hotel early, so that we got a full rest. Whether it’s Amboseli,Masai Mara or Nakuru Park—each location gives us enough time to immerse ourselves deeply. It does offer an unhurried journey that connects us with nature and life.

By the way, our safari vehicle is good. It provides sufficient space for activities, take photos and have a rest. And every morning we see it clean and tidy.
Our deepest appreciation goes to our guide-TOM!! He is not only a skilled”captain of the savanna”,but also a walking encyclopedia of wildlife. He consistently located rare animals for us. We will always remember how he helped us find the lion on the vast savanna and occupied the best position to take pictures. His professionalism and enthusiasm are impressed us deeply.
This extraordinary journey transformed our understanding of Africa from documentary footage into lived reality.

Fantastically knowledgeable and accommodating!
Oscar and the team at Zambezi Expeditions were incredible at what they do. They were helpful in communicating with me while I was organizing my trip and while I was there, and were very helpful in navigating my lower budget for a tour. They also have great connections throughout the Southern African region with incredibly knowledgeable guides, and great workarounds for avoiding the crowds. I got to visit Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana with them, and I loved every moment. I'll skip the descriptions there, because that you'll have to see for yourself! Considering the amount of time I spent and how often I had spaces to myself and the guides, I felt the value was exceptional and the ZE team quite reliable. I would recommend doing some of your own research on border requirements in advance of the tour, though they have all the information you'll need. However, it's always better to ask! It would be great if that info could be added to the quotes for the trips. Besides that, everything was fantastic. Thanks Oscar and co!!!

Everything about Serengeti Smile is professional from first contact to final drop off. Pre trip they were incredibly attentive and responsive, designed a tour exactly as we requested.
Our tour guide, Champion, is simply amazing, knows his wildlife (birds too), where to find them and has a tremendous depth of knowledge. Plus, he's one great driver.
Special mention, too, to Jonyo in the office, nothing was too much trouble.
Wouldn't hesitate to use Serengeti Smile again or recommend them to friends.

I've traveled with this agency between Victoria Falls, Kobe National Park, Elephant Sands, and the Okavango. We saw many animals from jeeps, boats, and even mokoros. The stays were good, although we weren't looking for luxury accommodations. I must emphasize that we had the company's support throughout the entire trip. Before arriving, we arranged everything with Silende Takaedzi, who was very efficient and quick in responding to our requests. During our stay, Oscar's help was also invaluable. In Botswana, I highlight the friendliness and local knowledge of our guide, Gee Sekonga. Thank you very much for everything.

I booked a 7 day mid-range price safari with Go Makini, starting and ending from Arusha, which included Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara and the Materuni Waterfall + Coffee farm tour. All of the services including coordination by Nancy and tour guide/driver, Laurence, where very good! They were helpful, friendly and always provided what the guests needed for a comfortable trip. I was also very happy with the accommodations, all of which had great food and amazing staff - Suricata Boma Lodge really stuck out as the best stay of my trip. I would recommend this package to others!

I absolutely have to praise Kiliclimb – our safari experience was fantastic from start to finish, thanks to the outstanding organization and amazing people: Naite, Zulfa, Manuel, and the rest of the team.
We chose the 4-Days Tanzania Budget Camping Safari (Joining Group) package, which included visits to three national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. From the first contact, the communication was quick, clear, and very friendly. Everyone was super helpful and responsive, guiding us through the options and helping us book the trip smoothly.
Once in Tanzania, we had a scheduled pre-safari meeting with Zulfa to go over the trip details. Due to travel delays, we arrived over two hours late — but she waited for us patiently with a smile on her face. That kind of service really stood out!
The safari itself was incredibly well-organized and the team took great care of us throughout. We traveled with three other people from Germany, the USA, and China, which made for a diverse and fun group.
Our guide Manu was extremely knowledgeable about African wildlife and nature in general. He knew the parks like the back of his hand and often took us on less crowded routes, which gave us unique and intimate wildlife encounters — from a group of resting lions, a close-up view of an adult crocodile, to spotting a leopard without any other jeeps around. We were even lucky enough to see the Big Five – an unforgettable highlight!
Our chef was also very friendly, and the food was delicious. While we were a bit nervous at first about camping in the wild, it turned out to be an amazing experience. The local team knew exactly what they were doing, and we felt completely safe the entire time.
The 4 days and 3 nights flew by, and I would happily do it all over again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kiliclimb and would definitely book with them again.
