We had tiyani as our driver for the shuttle and he was fantastic! Safe driver and well looked after
TIYANI was our driver and he was fantastic! Gave us adequate stops and was a safe driver. There was music on the shuttle bus, aircon and wifi. Everything you need for a long journey.

We were a group of 14 people from India who went for a 7 day safari mid via Akoms.
The group didn’t start out at 14, Initially there were 11 and people kept wanting to join us. Boaz from Akoms was super helpful and accommodative as we made changes to the plans multiple times. He was always clear in his communication and we always heard back from him quickly
Our group was mostly vegetarian and some of them preferred Indian vegetarian. Akoms had worked it out very well with the resorts we stayed in and they made sure that some Indian vegetarian food was always part of the buffet and in some cases it was made just for our table
Masai Mara is always great for a safari and it delivered. The safari jeeps were good and the driver and guides very knowledgeable. It does get very crowded during peak season (like Aug). One day we went to a conservency (pvt reserve) and that was a wonderful experience with much less crowds and great viewing.
On our way to Lake Nakuru one of our jeeps unfortunately broke down (a fuel pump issue). Philip from Akoms and the drivers did a great job finding us alternate transport to get us to the resort and also quickly getting the problem fixed and getting us back on safari.
We found Akoms via safaribookings and they provided the best quote among the multiple ones we reached out.
Overall we had a wonderful safari with Akoms and a big thanks to Boaz and the entire team at Akoms for the great service.

Perfect and easy.
We did a safari tour with this agency last august and was incredible!! We were 6 people and all was fantastic. Jackson was so very nice and reliable from the start of the trip. It's not easy to organize such a long trip miles away, and he is completely available and responds very quickly to any questions. Payments were very flexible. The hotels were absolutely amazing. The price was very good and very reasonable. Everyone who went agreed that it was the best trip of our lives, thanks in part to the organization. Finally, our guide, Hajji, was incredible. He was very respectful of the animals and very experienced, having worked in the sector for 10 years and knowing every national park inside out. In short, a highly recommended experience. Tribon Master Bushmaster Guide to the Stars!
Being an avid outdoor enthusiast from British Columiba, canada i kind of expected a very touristy safari but was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of our safari. I give thanks and all the credit to our Bushmaster eagle eyed guide Tribon who can spot a flea on a lion's ear at 1000 yards! We saw every bird and creature we had hoped for numerous times and even more often so up close and personal we could hear them breath and see the whites of their eyes! From making quick repairs on the side of the road, to jacking the landcruiser off bushroad obstacles and more if you want the real African Safari experiences I strongly suggest this company and if possible ask for Tribon personally and tell him Gordon from Vancouver sent you as he will be dedicated to doing his best you have the best experience possible. Great guide (John Faru) with amazing knowledge on the area and animals. Very enjoyable experience.
Service was great, jungleroam were very easily contactable with fast responses. The guide (John Faru) was really good and knew what he was talking about. He clearly had an interest in the animals and was very knowledgeable in general. I think he was a big part of what made it such a great experience.
The value for money was great as we saw and learnt so much. The accommodation was decent, although the first two nights were a little more ‘rural’ feeling than the safari camping vibe I expected. However the rooms were decent considering the price and I still enjoyed the stay.
Overall it was a very fun trip and it was definitely worth the price. I did a 4 day Masai Mara/Nakuru trip and really enjoyed it.
