Tour guide #1 … caring supportive, helping where he could…I had stomach issues the entire trip, so he adjusted some drives to help. John made sure he found the animals … even in what seemed barren, he made the drive worth it not coming up empty. John, you are the BEST!!!

Jackline was really fast in giving all informations and tour was well organized.
Communication with Jackline was really great, fast and accurate. They offered pick up on airport and transfer to accommodation that was really helpful. Although tour is expensive it offers good value for money. We had minor changes in accommodation spot on tour but in the same category so was acceptable. I would recommend them as your tour organizer. I would suggest only that they should warn travelers to take warmer clothing if staying a night at NgoroNgoro camps. We have spotted all big five and landscape’s are really beautiful. Prepare for long distance driving because Serengeti is huge and relatively far from Arusha. It is worth to take part in this adventure. All the best
