So welcoming and informative
I went on one of Herbert’s safaris in June of 2026 and could not fault it! I was part of a group of 21 year old girls and we had the absolute best time! Herbert made everything about the experience so straight forward - from picking us up from our hostel in Mombasa to dropping us off at our next hostel in Diani Beach at the end of the safari. The entire safari was so straight forward to organise thanks to Herbert, and the experience was exactly as planned. Herbert is so informative about the national parks and made us feel so comfortable and welcoming. He had bottles of water on offer throughout the whole thing and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this safari to anyone!

The best safari!
We went as a group of 5 young girls who were a bit wary of travelling alone and getting from one place to another around Kenya but Herbert made all of us feel so safe from picking us up and dropping us off to our next destination and providing waters for the whole weekend. He made sure we went on the best game drives and told us so many facts about each animal! I couldn’t recommend a better company to book your safari through!!
He was very knowledgeable about Africa.
It was the exciting arriving each time we started journeying. I took all the knowledge I needed.

Outstanding Safari Experience with Highly Professional Team
My friends and I had a fantastic adventure organized by Travast Adventures, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The trip itself was wonderful. Our visit to the Masai Mara was truly spectacular, with incredible wildlife sightings and breathtaking landscapes. Lake Nakuru offered a beautiful setting with abundant birdlife and excellent game viewing opportunities, while our visit to Hell’s Gate was an exciting experience, combining scenic views, wildlife encounters, and outdoor adventure. Everything was well organized, and we felt well taken care of throughout the journey.

We had an amazing family safari with Joagro Safaris through Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. The organization was excellent, communication was clear, and everything worked exactly as planned.
A special thank you to our guide Samuel, who made this trip truly exceptional. His ability to spot wildlife was unbelievable. Seeing the Big Five and even two leopards during a 5-day safari felt almost too good to be true! Beyond his tracking skills, Samuel was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. He paid attention to every detail, anticipated our needs, and always made us feel welcome. He was fantastic with our child, answered endless questions with enthusiasm, and shared fascinating information throughout the trip. You can tell he genuinely loves his work and cares deeply about giving guests the best possible experience.

Flexible and understanding
Had some lovely days in Kruger Park with nhalala travel. They were very flexible and can change the trip depending on my wishes. Additionally was my guide Khongi lovely!
The trip as itself was spectacular and can not point out how much worth it is to put som little extra money to go to the hotel Kruger Park Gate hotell. One of the best hotel I have ever visit!

Dav Safaris was the best choice for us.I found the company through internet search;i dint know what to expect but they were very reliable,the management office communicated well through whats up for all i needed to know about the Gorilla tracking.Julios(the bestguide i met) picked me at the hotel and was always punctual and did the best to make the journey feel easy.A very friendly man whos always making fun .It was more enjoyable with Julios he made the travel fun and for sure i will visit again.Dav safaris (julius)is a Star for the company.

Trip of a lifetime
This safari was booked by one of my friends who organised it for a group of 3.
From what I have seen - this company was perfect from start to finish. The communication (while we were in New Zealand) was clear, succinct, timely, informative and polite. Prices were competitive and experiences planned were exceptional. Careful consideration was taken to our wants for what we wanted to get out of this trip.
Through Serengeti African Tours we organised a 6 day Safari going through the Tarangire, lake manyara, serengeti, ngorongoro crater - aswell as a balloon experience over the Serengeti. This was all organised in a mid range package (which felt more than luxurious for us) with great accomodation options along the way.
Our guide - and subsequent friend - Peter, was more than phenomenal for this trip. He did a great job in getting to understand our goals for the trip, had a wealth of knowledge, and made it a personal mission for us to get to see some of the rare sightings in the park. His driving felt comfortable enough for me to enjoy a nap even on the bumpy safari roads. We were also joined by Pastory who added to our comfort, enjoyment and got some unique photos for us to cherish for years to come.
For anyone thinking of getting the most out of their Tanzania trip - this tour group should be a serious contender to help achieve their goals.

Excellent Safari Experience and an Outstanding Guide
We had an excellent safari experience and would confidently recommend this company to anyone visiting Tanzania.
The entire trip was well organized, with comfortable accommodations, punctual transportation, and a clean, well-maintained vehicle throughout the safari. The lodges matched exactly what we expected from a mid-range package, and the overall quality delivered was very consistent with what had been promised.
Communication during the trip was very good, and the team was always available to provide support whenever needed. While there were a few minor challenges during the booking and negotiation phase, everything ran smoothly once the trip started.
The price was fair compared to other companies we considered, and the overall value for money was excellent.
A special mention goes to our guide, Mbwana. He is an extremely experienced driver and guide, with an impressive ability to locate wildlife and position the vehicle in the best viewing spots. His knowledge of the animals, their behavior, and the ecosystem added a lot to the experience. We also faced a couple of unexpected situations, including two flat tires, which can happen on safari roads, and Mbwana handled everything calmly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to our trip.
Thanks to his expertise, we were able to see all of the Big Five, which was one of the highlights of our journey.
Overall, a fantastic safari experience with a company that delivered exactly what was promised.
