Kiliclimb were absolutely fantastic!
We had an absolutely lovely time with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris, enjoying their four day safari option. We were picked up from our hotel in Arusha at 6:30 on the first day and delivered to our guide, a man named Ludo. Ludo was fantastic and made the first three days of our tour an absolute dream as we explored the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, even getting the opportunity to visit a local Masai Tribe. We camped at two campsites while on the trip, both were clean and perfect for the budget safari option that we had chosen. Our chef for the trip was also fantastic, cooking up Swahili dishes tailored for our Western tastes. We were very well fed throughout the trip. After our three days of safari we were delivered back to Arusha where Kiliclimb met us in a hotel they had put us in. This was where we first met our guide for the next day at the Materuni Waterfall. His name was Godson and he was brilliant. Godson collected us from our hotel early and transported us to and from the waterfall while also expertly guiding us up and down the hour long track. Godson also took amazing photos which we will cherish for years to come. While at Materuni we also visited the Chagga Tribe as they showed us how they make coffee - this was a really underrated part of the trip that we really enjoyed.
Kiliclimb ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable experience throughout our time in mainland Tanzania and even assisted with us booking a trip to Zanzibar afterwards. I would strongly recommend people use Kiliclimb in the future, their personable touch made what would have been a good experience an amazing trip of a lifetime.

How to go on Safari and not worry about a thing.
Discover Africa Safaris made the entire experience very enjoyable. If anything went wrong Dev and his team were on it in moments. Every part of the trip was conducted by professionals from Federal airlines to the two safari lodges. I can't say enough about the Impodimo Lodge. The guide and tracker were excellent in both knowledge of the area and all the different animals we saw. All the meals were excellent and the staff were all so helpful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed sitting each night with our "jeep mates" for a great dinner and conversation. Sebastian, our guide would also regale us with wonderful stories. Sebastian, even ensured we made the last day morning trip because of a chance that there were cheetahs in the area. Sure enough we were able to take numerous photos of the 5 brothers and still make the flight back to Johannesburg. Moving on to Hoyo Hoyo Safari lodge proved to be just as great. Although the meals were structured with only Trish and I at our table, the food was to die for with local dishes and wonderful desserts. Again the staff was of a caliber designated for 5 star accommodations. It also didn't hurt when the afternoon elephant parade interrupted lunch time. I believe the only downside to our entire excursion was the return flight from Hoyo Hoyo as it was a commercial flight. That is how great of a time we had when the only thing to complain about was what every traveler complains about no matter where they are. May I just say that if we were to make another trip I would be hesitant to use anyone other than Devryn and Discover Africa Safaris as our planner for another trip of a lifetime. Thanks to all!

Boni is Calm, punctual, and experienced, he worked hard and treated everyone with genuine warmth.
From start to finish- Safari Goats Adventure were attentive, friendly and added a personal touch to everything. Their deep love for Tanzania and safari brought the whole experience to life. From planning with Amina, being transported and hiking with Collins, making coffee with Ally, and being guided by Boni- it was all amazing. Every conversation was from the heart. Thanks to Safari Goats, Tanzania is forever in my heart - I cannot wait to come back!

Great tour operator, amazing people
We had a great experience with Edwin Safaris! From the start we were in touch with Peter who was so helpful in setting up a great itinerary with all our wishes in it. For every question, he was always sending a friendly, quick and clear reply and tried to help us wherever he could.
On the first day of the safari, Peter, James and Mishak came to our airport hotel to pick us up. They were there already before it was time and all so kind!
We were lucky to have James as our guide and driver as he has such a lot of knowledge to share. He knows a lot about Kenya as a country, the nature and the animals. Every time he welcomed us in his jeep with the warmest smile on his face.
The jeep was very clean, we felt safe during every drive and James is a great spotter for wildlife!
We stayed at Sopa Lodges. The food was good and the lodges were lovely.
We had a 6 day safari and we went to Masai Mara, Nukuru and Amboseli. We had a great trip, but there was a lot of time driving between the parks. Maybe I would advice to change a bit in the schedule to have more time in the parks and a bit less time commuting between parks. But still: the jeep was comfortable and James was great company to tell us more about Kenya along the way.
I highly recommend booking with Edwin safaris!

Unforgettable Experience
We did a 3 day safari to Maasai Mara with Axis and it couldn’t have been better. They picked us up at our hotel and drove us to their office to take care of the logistical issues.
Afterwards, we started our trip with Hassan, our driver and guide, who was very friendly from the start. Despite the bumpy road it is a very beautiful ride and whenever we had any questions, our guide answered us.
That same day we did an afternoon safari, starting at 4pm, where we got to see some animals very close. Afterwards we went to our camp (Sankale Camp) to have dinner and sleep and the food was very tasty and the accommodation was pretty decent. It definitely is an immersive experience, as you could hear the baboons at night.
The second day was a full day safari, where we had breakfast early, and the Camp packed us up our lunch to have at the Maasai Mara. It was an unforgettable day, as we got to see leopards, lions, cheetahs and even a serval cat, which is a rare sighting. Our guide, despite not always communicating to us where we were going, always took chances and search for the best opportunities to see the animals up close. We didn’t get the zebras crossing the Mara River, because when we arrived some zebras that were beginning to cross saw the crocodiles and got spooked up and returned. Despite that, it was still amazing to see all of the action at the river, and Hassan was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the animals we asked him.
The last day we returned to Nairobi, although in retrospect we could’ve done the 4 day safari with Axis and go to Lake Naivasha and Nakuru. Still it was amazing and so much so, we did a second tour with Axis the following day to go to Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island.
This second tour was one day and a private tour, and although I feel we could have spend more time at Crescent Island, it still was incredible. Our driver that day (George) was also very nice and even stopped on our back to have the most beautiful picnic in the Great Rift Valley, you couldn’t beat that view for a lunch!
Axis seems a great young people led company with a lot of concern and respect for their costumers and as Hassan said to us “no game drive is the same”, so we might have not seen the zebras crossing but we saw a serval cat and got really close to some beautiful animals! It was wonderful and a one in a lifetime experience!

Amazing location right on the river with incredible staff
Fantastic location for an exclusive getaway. The main house is great for larger groups. We stayed in a Pukka Chalet which was very comfortable. The staff is just amazing: they looked after our every need. Chobe House offers camping trips, boat cruises, and game drives, and their guides are the best in the business. But if you just want to take it easy, you can just hang out and relax in thier floating restaurant.
