Earthwings was absolutely incredible. They are highly professional, great communicators, and took us on the best safari. My partner and I booked a private jeep tour of Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, and we had an amazing time. Our guide, John, is very experienced and taught us so much about the nature, animals, and region. He was the reason our experience was so fantastic. The camps booked for us through Earthwings were great and we felt very taken care of. We loved our time on Safari through Earthwings, and highly recommend them. We will book with them again if we have the chance.

My wife and I had the privilege of going on a safari in Tanzania, and I wholeheartedly recommend our guide, Stanley at Shengena Adventure! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely exceptional, thanks to Stanley's expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication.
Stanley's deep knowledge of Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu, Lake Manyara, and the surrounding areas was truly remarkable. He seemed to know every corner of the parks and had an incredible ability to spot wildlife, ensuring we always had front-row seats to the wonders of the wild. He is also an excellent driver, skillfully navigating challenging terrains while always prioritizing our safety. Beyond that, he shared fascinating insights about animal behaviors, habits, and conservation efforts, enriching the entire experience.
The accommodations arranged for us were outstanding—comfortable, of high standards, and perfectly suited to the safari adventure. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned, making our journey both seamless and luxurious.

The safari was great but service could have been better
We were fetched by the driver (Smiley) At 4:30 in the morning, he was driving so fast on a dirt road it felt uncomfortable.
Going from our hotel (Higrove) to the Kruger lodge where he was fetching other passengers - he stopped about 5 times as he was speeding the car top kept opening
He was good in knowing where the animals were and we saw 4/5 big 5's.
The only issue was that he was condescending in his responses to whenever we asked a question which I found disrespectful
My partner gave him R100 as a tip at the end of the tour - his response was that half a bread is better than nothing... can you imagine post a terrible service he gave us
So yes - he was great in getting the animals but customer service could improve

Nothing better
It is inconceivable to us that there could be a better tour company,and more specifically, a more informative,affable and instinctive tour guide than Ewin. His knowledge and perception of where animals will be that you want to see I suspect is unmatched. Edwin is the man you want to guide you through such an experience, chose nothing lesser, accept nothing less.

For the Tanzanian part of our trip, everything was perfectly organized. The transfers were always on time, and the drivers were so kind and friendly (Specially the driver that pick me up from the airport and my hotel in nairobi!
Overall, this safari went over my expectations and the price are very good. I am grateful for how well we were taken care of. I really recommend!

Best experience ever
Hey, our guide was Elias and we can not wish have a better guide. Always do everything for that we will be see everything and didnt miss anythingee. We had the safari tour for 5 days and i can really recommend it was our best trip ever. All the company was always helpful and answered all my questions.
