From start to finish, the team at Eta Adventure Safaris fully supported the journey, not just the safari itself, but the entire trip, including transfers, drivers and logistics outside the safari. Everything was well organized and thoughtful.
I worked mainly with Derrick, who was incredibly attentive, professional and always available to answer my questions. He carefully considered my preferences, worked within my budget, and helped make sure everything went smoothly.
On safari, our jeep and driver PapaJohn were amazing. He always knew exactly where to find the animals, which allowed us to see the Big 5, a cheetah, and so many other incredible species. His knowledge and guidance made every moment thrilling and memorable.

Every day felt different, every step was beautifully planned and every moment was thrilling
This 5-day Northern Circuit adventure was the best safari experience with HERBIVORE AFRICAN EXPEDITIONS. When we arrived at Arusha the team welcomed us very warmly. And we rested at the hotel that night.
We started our exploration in Tarangire National Park with our professional guide Shuma. Really the place welcomed us with powerful scenes of elephants and vast landscapes that immediately pulled us out of everyday life. Then Lake Manyara offered a gentler pace. The forested areas, bird life, and lake views created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to truly relax and observe. The Serengeti became our temporary home. 3 nights meant we settled into the rhythm of safari life early mornings, long drives, and evenings reflecting on the day. The wildlife encounters felt natural, unforced, and deeply rewarding. Ngorongoro Crater was the perfect ending. The diversity of wildlife in such a compact area was astonishing and emotional. Really it was a big achievement with my friends. We enjoyed every moment and we were satisfied with Herbivore.

Stunning Safari
That were 5 unforgettable days! My girlfriend and I booked a 5-day camping safari through the Crater Explorer website at a good price. The booking process was simple and smooth. Emanuel always helped reliably with questions.
The safari itself was truly fantastic. With our experienced guide/driver Charles, we were able to see and learn about many great animals. Emanuel, our cook, provided us with very good food three times a day and told us many interesting things about Tanzania and his life. (Especially his soups are great). Both are very nice people who made our safari even more special and whom we already miss a bit.
A really good small safari company. I can wholeheartedly recommend Crater Explorer to anyone.

We had booked a 5-day Camp Safari and it was truly beautiful. We always felt safe and well-cared for by our guide "Charls" and our cook "Emanuel".
Charls took us safely everywhere and explained a lot about the animals and nature, and Emanuel cooked the best food for us!!!
Especially his soups are out of this world. Both of them speak impeccable English, which made communication really easy. Thanks to the two of them, we didn't lack anything for a single moment, and I would like to express a big thank you for that.
The organization of the safari was also really well communicated. After we arrived in Arusha, we practically didn't have to worry about anything anymore. I also want to mention that this company has a really fair price-performance ratio. It was worth every cent, and we're incredibly happy to take these memories home with us.

Well Planned , Smart
We had an excellent experience with Essence Ethiopia tours during our Addis Ababa sightseeing tour and our trip to the Danakil Depression and Dalol. Everything was well organized, and the local knowledge shared during the tours made the experience even more meaningful.
When our flights were unexpectedly cancelled, he went out of his way to help us reschedule them smoothly, which removed a lot of stress from our journey. Throughout the entire trip, we felt very safe, well taken care of, and genuinely supported.
