Problem 1: Communication breakdown. I repeatedly asked for two rooms when getting the quote, yet at payment I was told the price was wrong and I had to pay more. When I tried to talk to the boss, she was inflexible and refused to negotiate.
Problem 2: No credibility. An activity we had agreed on was cancelled when we arrived at the hotel; when I asked the boss, she simply said the contract was mis-written and refused to honor it, again with a hard-line attitude.
Problem 3: I understand it was a group tour, but the bus was packed to capacity and crammed with luggage, leaving no space to move or take decent photos— the travel experience was extremely poor.
Problem 4: The driver’s attitude was terrible. He wouldn’t allow photo stops; you could only stop where he thought it was okay— you weren’t allowed to suggest where you wanted to shoot.（this is real， we tried to ask him to stop so we can take photo ，and this is how he refuse us

The BEST
This safari was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized — and our driver, Isaac, made the entire experience even more amazing. He was so much fun, full of energy, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
He navigated the rough terrain with ease, pointed out wildlife we never would’ve noticed on our own, and made sure we got the best possible experience with the gorillas, chimpanzees, on the Kazinga channel, and at Itambira Island.
You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience and safety — checking in often, keeping us hydrated, and making sure we were enjoying every part of the journey. By day two, we were traveling with a friend rather than just a driver/guide.
We are truly grateful the owner, Simon, included an opportunity to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial and to visit the Ruhija Vulnerable Children’s orphanage. The experience was humbling and offered powerful insight into resilience, remembrance, and the strength of the human spirit.
I can’t recommend this safari enough! We really appreciate the thoughtful itinerary Simon put together for us. If you get the chance, ask for Isaac for your driver — he’ll make your adventure unforgettable.

Eli worked hard to plan and execute an amazing trip for us. The communication through the planning phase was excellent. We wanted a diverse trip in various areas and we were not disappointed. Clearly they listened to our requests. All of the lodges including luxury tented camps were wonderful. Great staff and facilities. Our guide Salehe was as good as they come. He knew the areas, animals, birds and more. He dealt with any issues we had and was focused on making our trip the best. We were truly pleased with the cost and the value provided. My Safari to Ngorongoro and Serengeti Nationalpark with Making Memories in Africa was amazing! Even before the Trip started, they helped us with individualizing our tour so that we could see all the spots that we wanted. The communication was easy and reliable. Also I could not find a better price for what we got at on any other website. Food was good all trip, our guide was very experienced and we see plenty of animals and had a beautiful time in the Parks.

When enquiring about planning this trip ,Tony was very responsive, informative and. answered all our questions as we went along .When my suitcase didn't arrive in Madagascar Tony sorted it for me and negotiated with the airline on my behalf, going above and beyond and was very much appreciated
Our guides were all knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole trip both fun and informative. The itinerary was perfectly balanced — we saw all the major highlights without ever feeling rushed, and there were plenty of opportunities to take photos, ask questions, and just soak up the atmosphere.
The transportation was comfortable, everything ran smoothly and on time, and as it was a private tour we were able to spend as little or as much time at each place as we chose. Every stop had something unique to offer, and the insider stories and local tips really brought the culture to life.
It’s rare to find a tour that gets every detail right, but this one truly did, guides were on time , transfers were smooth, everything was flexible to our wishes. Hugh thanks to Tony, Sidney, Princee and Nico. The drivers were all awesome and we always felt safe despite some roads been very African massage- bumpy ! We left with amazing memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for the country. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience.
