Our recent safari in Tanzania with rover Safari was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously planned and executed.
We were incredibly fortunate to have our guide. He was the heart of our amazing experience. He was a true gentleman—always professional, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. His dedication was evident from the very beginning; he was utterly committed and professional, driving for hours and tracking animals with an expert's eye to ensure we saw the Big Five and so much more.
His experience and expertise were unparalleled. He seemed to have an innate sense of where to find the animals, taking us off the beaten path to witness breathtaking scenes—from a leopard resting in a tree to a herd of elephants crossing the river at sunset. The landscapes he showed us were absolutely stunning, and he always knew the perfect spot for a photo.
Ah, the photos! He was also a fantastic photographer! He knew all the best angles for both wildlife and group shots, often using his own binoculars or spotting scope to help us get the perfect shot through our cameras. We came home with incredible memories, beautifully captured, thanks to him.
We cannot recommend Rover Safari, and especially our guide , highly enough. If you want a seamless, educational, and profoundly memorable safari with a guide who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

Just that extra bit better than other tour operators :-)
We booked two trips with Alistar Expeditions: a half day trip to Nairobi National Park and a three day tour to Masai Mara. Having done many game drives all over the world, we can confidently say, that this was one of the best we ever die (if not *the* best). Starting with the helpful, transparent and comprehensive information provided by Carolyne right after our first inquiry, over the safe and knowledgeable drivers Peter and Philip(p?), who not only knew where to find the best animals, but answered every question in great detail and, most importantly, never rushed us, but gave us ample time to really study the animals and pointed out special aspects that would have escaped us. Not to mention their super human skills to even spot the tiniest birds in the most distant bushes. Last, but not least, Catherine, the owner took super great care of us, even accompanying us to the camp in Masai Mara (which was amazing, too), but also taking her precious time to allow for several extras on the way back, from making special stops to spot attractions (my husband wanted to see a garage and repair shop to take pictures, don't ask :-) ) and even providing us with locally brewed honey beer from her native tribe, so we could taste it.
Tl;dr: great company, great drivers, great game drives. Book you trip with them, you won't regret it

Our 5 days luxury safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro was truly the journey of a lifetime one that will stay with us forever. From the moment we arrived, everything flowed effortlessly, each detail perfectly planned. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our incredible guide, John. His deep knowledge, sharp instincts, and genuine love for the land and its wildlife transformed every game drive into something magical.
We witnessed moments we never imagined we’d see with our own eyes lions and cheetahs with their cubs, a leopard on the hunt, a rhino standing proudly in the distance, and hyenas slinking through the grasslands. One afternoon, we even found ourselves in the heart of the great migration, surrounded by thousands of wildebeest a moment so powerful, it gave us chills.
The lodges we stayed in were not just luxurious, but warm and welcoming each one offering breathtaking views that made us pause and simply take it all in. The food was delicious, the hospitality flawless, and every night felt like coming home after an awe-filled day.
This journey exceeded every expectation not just for the wildlife, but for the comfort and care we experienced, and the deep sense of connection we felt throughout. If you're considering a safari, don’t hesitate. This is more than a trip it’s a memory etched into your heart.

Professional and Responsive
We had a wonderful experience booking our safari through Rodgers. He was very helpful, friendly, and very responsive, always quick to answer our questions and assist with any changes. He went out of his way to arrange a last-minute private transfer from Maasai Mara to Nairobi, which we truly appreciated.
Rodgers proved to be trustworthy and professional — when we decided to cancel an optional activity, he immediately and graciously processed the refund. Our driver, Jim, was extremely knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of the park, making the experience even better.
Overall, it was a great trip, and I would definitely recommend Rodgers and his team to friends and family.

Absolutely excellent
Great comms, answered my many questions on WhatsApp beforehand and they planned absolutely everything.
We were met from our hotel in Zanzibar by a taxi driver, flights included and met by Daudi at the other end ready for safari - v smooth as we didn't have to do much!
Daudi and our cook, DVD, were absolutely fantastic and gave us a most memorable trip. They were fun, generous, and really passionate about us having a good experience. The food was delicious and DVD catered for my gluten intolerance too (which is one of the reasons why I chose them).
We managed to see everything because Daudi worked hard to find different animals, and he made sure we had the best spot once we got there. He also gave lots of info about the animals and the parks and Tanzania etc.
I have to say, it felt more like travelling with friends, which is how I prefer to access tours in different countries, I don't want anything stuffy, I want to have the real experience.
Also could not fault the price, we chose this company because it was one of the cheapest and it matched out budget, but we still saw the same animals as more expensive operators and I noticed a lot of people had packed lunches, but we had a personal chef so every meal was hot, fresh and tasty!

My trip with Wivi Agency was nothing short of life-changing. I went with my family, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated — not just by the breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife, but by the warmth and spirit of the people we met along the way.
Our guide, Shabani, was absolutely extraordinary. His deep knowledge of African history — especially the stories of the Maasai people and the intricate lives of the animals we encountered — added a richness and meaning to everything we saw. He had this almost superhuman ability to spot animals from incredible distances. At first, we honestly thought he was joking — but every time he pointed something out, he was right. It felt like he could see through the savannah, revealing a hidden world we would have missed without him.
We were incredibly fortunate — not only did we see all of the Big Five, but we also witnessed elusive creatures like cheetahs, and to our amazement, a serval cat — such a rare and magical sight. Every moment on safari felt like something out of a dream, the kind of experience that leaves a permanent mark on your heart.
The lodges were peaceful and beautifully designed, the food was delicious, and everything was arranged with such care — but what moved us most was the genuine kindness, humility, and generosity of the Tanzanian people. Their smiles, their stories, their warmth — they welcomed us like family.
This journey gave us memories we’ll carry for the rest of our lives.

Reliable, supportive and welcoming
Incredible tour with Vibeway Safaris. Very supportive with incredible plan that fit into our budget. The experience was value for money. Our guide and driver John was one of the most patient and highly knowledgeable about anything and everything in the Maasai Mara.

They were amazing.
From the airport transfer to our hotel to the trips we booked through Serengeti Sunrise Safaris and the transfer back to the airport we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Maddy who was our guide on the trips to see Stone Town, Prison Island, Maasai World,Spice Farm and Quad biking was amazing with his knowledge, patience and enthusiasm. We had so much fun with him and spent most of the time laughing.
We were accompanied by Maddy to the airport to travel to Arusha for our trip to the Serengeti and the Crater. We met Didas in Arusha and he was a pure gentleman and it was a pleasure to meet him. He introduced us to our guide for our safari who was just as friendly.
Rajab was a great guide. His knowledge was outstanding and his commitment to his job was evident in the way he treated us.
For the two days we spent with Rajab we explored the Serengeti and the Crater and nothing was too much trouble for him. He treated us us with respect and kindness.
I could go on and on about the service this company gave us.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an unbelievable experience.
