Excellent Safari Experience!
We had an excellent private safari tour with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris. From the beginning, the tour was well organized with transfers and clear communication. Our safari guide Tom was the best guide that we could have hoped for. We were able to observe more animals than we could have imagined including the Big 5 thanks to Tom, who is very experienced and knows all the Tanzanian National Parks and animal habitats so well. Tom was able to bring us exactly to where we had the highest chance of seeing the animals and was very professional and knowledgeable about the animals and helped us learn a lot about them. I would highly recommend Tom as a guide to anyone as he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had an amazing safari experience. He made sure we had the perfect photo opportunities, including getting us in the best position to see cheetahs and lions hunting. We were also accompanied by Dulla, our personal chef who was an incredible chef, serving us so many delicious four course meals that were diverse and well beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend clients to specifically request Dulla and Tom for their safari! Our tour also concluded in Arusha where we spent the day exploring waterfalls and hot springs, where we enjoyed learning more about Tanzanian culture with our driver Jackson. The vehicles were comfortable and spacious, equipped with charging outlets and wifi. Our accommodations were also comfortable. Overall, we found our Wakanda safari tour to be an amazing experience!

Excellent guide and service
The tour was excellently run by our guide John Walter. He took us on a great 2 day safari where we saw pretty much every animal we wanted, and explained all our questions well. Highly recommend. Communication/service when booking was smooth and helpful with it catered to our needs for our holiday.

Great value for money
Great experience- well organised tour and our driver Godwin really knew how to get us in the right place at the right time to see Cheetahs, Leopards, Rhinos and Lions. You could pay twice as much for a tour and see much less than we did!

Amazing
Martin was amazing taking us (work team) around the park at dusk. We experienced a great sense of team and he was very knowledgeable able the park and animals.
We managed to see lions, leopards, rhinos, zebra, wilder beast and more.

It was an amazing and perfect safari trip！
Calvin Kikeo is the best guide of safari! He knows everything about animals, the name of special type; the ages; female or male and some habits of animals. Besides, he can predict the position where animal will be face to. He always find the difference animals we want to see. And he clears cars every day! Everything is perfect with him!

Very serious and punctual
The company Serengeti Smile organized our family trip for late October and early November 2025.
After landing at the Kogatende airstrip, in the northeastern part of the Serengeti, we traveled south through the park with our ranger John.
The organization was excellent and meticulous, and Erick, with whom we had been in contact via email for several months, was very patient and quick to create a customized itinerary according to our requests. The entire company staff was punctual and professional.
Our ranger John made this trip a truly memorable experience. He is highly experienced, kind, attentive, precise, organized, sensitive to everyone’s needs, and deeply respectful toward both the animals and nature.
With him, we were able to witness the Great Migration and the Mara River crossing, admire unforgettable landscapes, and observe lions, leopards, black rhinos, cheetahs, and countless herbivores.
We will definitely return, entrusting our next adventure to this company and to John’s guidance!

The Best Experience, without a doubt will use again!
We travelled with Patrick and Steve for a 6 day, private tour in northern Kenya and had an unforgettable time. This was our honeymoon trip and we loved how accommodating this company was to our ideas and suggested itinerary for the trip and they had great communication throughout the booking process. We really felt looked after and that the company had thought of everything to make our trip enjoyable, comfortable and special. Steve and Patrick were excellent company and were incredibly knowledgeable about their country and its wildlife and geography. We will be back in the future and we will only book with Shanjoy when we return!

All communications, timing, meals, game drives, everything was just perfect. Our guides were Norman and driver Simba. Always on time, everything seamless. We could choose where to eat, no limits.
