Everything went very well, on time, very helpful guide (Leonard) with high driving standards. We got a lot of near views of the animals. Hotels comfortable and very wide range of foods in a buffet style.

Our Tour Operator was friendly, good at explaining and spotting animals
Our Tour started from Kigali, we went to Akagera N Park it was a wonderful experience we saw most of the big five : elephants, rhinos, lions ( alot of them thanks to the Tour Guide) , African Buffalo , we also did a boat ride saw different birds it’s was a wonderful experience

I had excellent experience with Spirit of Kilimanjaro, William was very fast and efficient in communication and provided best quote for the trip. I really enjoyed arranged tracking and team was doing best for me. William helped to arrange stay before and after the trekking, as well as additional safari on my free days. Friendly, good communication and honest.
We booked just a day before the safari started. Communication was fast en clear.
Because we were staying in Moshi, a taxi brought us to Arusha early in the morning. They arranged a breakfast for us there while we waited on others to join our group.
Our guide was the sweetest man who was so very knowledgeable about the parks and its inhabitants.
At the end of the day we were mistakenly dropped of at the wrong hotel. When we contacted African Lovers about this, they quickly send a driver to take us to another hotel.
They even gave us an upgrade to compensate for the mistake that was made eventhough it was not their fault.
