We had such a comfy trip from Jburg to Hazyview. My concern was the duration of the commuting that is a bit long. But the van was comfortable and it was not an issue at all.

Incredible and amazing.
Benson was the best guide anyone could hope for. He found every animal and where they hide and hang out. Much more than the big five. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Benson and super eagles for the trip of a lifetime.

Everything was easy and simple to us and worth for the money.
We booked our safari tour via Serengeti Smile, because we get from there the best customer service before safari.
We decided to go to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara national parks. Tour itself was amazing. We get to see so many animals in many different kind of places. The operator made bookings to lodges of our behalf, so we had only to get in car and enjoy.
At the Safari, our guide Champion, was also the best. He knew right where to go and spot the animals. He also told us not only about the animals, but also the culture in Tanzania. It was really interesting to hear about those things.
It was worth for the money. I recommend Serengeti Smile.
