This was the most AMAZING experience with the BEST guide in all of Tanzania (Damien). Suricata Safari is nothing less than world class and you know you’re in good hands right away. From their customer service, briefers, handlers, guides, and those who work at the Suricata Boma Lodge which is also a lux resort with amazing views of Lake Manyara. You feel secure and well taken care of from the jump. We did the mid range 4 day safari staying at the Suricate Boma Lodge, Tanzania Bush Camp, and Ang’ata Lodge and each one was unique, clean, excellent service and beautiful. The staff in each lodge was spectacular! We will be bringing family with us on our return safari trip and we will definitely be going through Suricata again and requesting Damien as our Chief of Safari!! Overall v good experience. Friendly staff.Guides were knowledgeable. Hotels were all good. Bookings were all done as discussed. Reliable staff. It went all smooth. We enjoyed yhe service. (Abdul and Peter were very good guides. Knowledgeable, helpful.) Couple of times we had to ask the operator about the next day flight and divers info was not provided. So little communication gap. Twice they forgot to book vegetarian meal for us! Otherwise it went well overall

I traveled to Tanzania with my husband for our honeymoon. We had the most AMAZING experience we could’ve imagined. The accommodations and the food each meal was perfect. Each place we were greeted with kindness and smiles. Ray at the Tanzania Bush Camp was above and beyond! She even sang to us during dinner. We were afraid to come in the rainy season for fear we wouldn’t see any animals but we saw EVERYTHING. Even baby cheetahs and the elusive Black rhino. Our driver, Damien, was beyond expectations. He was an extremely skilled driver and very knowledgeable to every animal! The other drivers from other safaris seemed to rely on him to find the best sights. He knew the patterns of every animal and where we had a good chance of finding them. We joked that he was famous because every driver and every person we passed knew him. He strategically maneuvered through rough terrains and we always felt extremely safe. When we come back we are 100% requesting him!! Our experience was definitely elevated specifically because of Damien. You cannot go wrong with Suricata Safaris. The attention to detail to each guest is amazing. Thank you Suricata Safaris for the best honeymoon!

A wonderful safari experience!!
Our visit to Tanzania was truly an exciting experience. The entire trip was very well organized, with every little detail taken care of. Our guide Michael was amazing; his in-depth knowledge and love for animal conservation impressed us. Every day was a new discovery—from watching lions hunt in the Serengeti to enjoying the beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater. Our stay was also comfortable, which was really relaxing after a long safari drive. It was a dream-come-true experience that I would recommend to anyone!!!

I went to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks. The crater was a small company, and we were jointly toured with other tour companies in one car, but overall it was a great experience. We were able to see herds of wild lions, wildebeests, and zebras, and the guide shared the location of the animals and quickly took us there if there were any rare animals.

Our dream Tanzanian safari – again
We went on safari with Jaribu Africa again, and wow! They really know how to make a trip special. We saw amazing things in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti – like tons of animals and beautiful views. Joseph and the team made everything easy, even when we changed our plans. Our guides, Julius and Emmanuel, were fantastic! They knew so much about the animals and made our trip super fun. If you want a great safari in Tanzania, go with Jaribu Africa. We can't wait to go back!
