Mufasa is the real deal!
5/5

Mufasa Tour and Travels I the real deal!
As a matter I fact, as someone who is in the tourist industry in Florida, I must say I’m impressed.
Everything was so professional handled so everything felt really good from the start, knowing that we only had to pay a down payment, and the rest upon arrival. I knew they took credit cards and that there were tons of Google and Trip Advisor reviews that were all good.
Our driver Anthony had an really service minded attitude for all 6 days, was always looking to make sure we saw the most amount of animals, and we just couldn’t have had a better experience. If you have any hesitation as to what company to book with just call Joseph the owner, and he’ll be able to get everything arranged for you via WhatsApp.
Best,
Lars

Fantastic tour to the Hot Springs in Kasese
5/5

We went with the Irembo Holidays to Queen Elizabeth. They arranged both a game drive to the park and a trip to the Hot Springs in Kasese.
The guid was sweet and provided a great trip with culturel information as well as time for enjoyment at the hot springs. To go to the hot Springs with Irembo Holidays is definitely a must for a relaxing day in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

5-days tour in Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park
5/5

Jerome and Robert from Prime Safaris made our trip an experience we'll never forget. The trip with all its details, lunch breaks and over-night stays was planned brilliantly. We visited the Rhino Sanctuary and continued towards the Murchison Falls National Park where we stayed for two nights at the Hornbill lodge, which was a cozy accommodation with delicious food and helpful staff. Then we headed towards Queen Elizabeth National Park with a lunch break in Fort Portal. In Queen Elizabeth we stayed at the Pumba Safari Cottages which had breathtaking views over the park. The staff there was helpful as well, and the food was just as amazing as at the first place we stayed. Jerome and Robert were magnificent guides with knowledge and a great amount of hospitality.

We recommend Prime Safaris with full heart, Uganda and this trip will always stay with us in our hearts and minds.

Excellent in every way
5/5

We had a courteous and highly knowledgeable guide who took us to see elephant, a leopard and lions as well as many other animals.
The organisation was efficient, fitting our budget and our interests. We stayed in a beautiful lodge, falling asleep to the sound of hippos in the lake below.
I highly recommend Buffalo Safari Camps - a great way to enjoy this beautiful country and its rich wildlife.

Lovely 1st Safari Experience
5/5

We were a group of 4 young adults from Singapore who had no clue about safaris! Andre was super responsive and patient through emails and WhatsApp. We took the 4 Day Kruger package and stayed at the Kruger Adventure Lodge. Pick ups and transfer to and fro Johannesburg Airport was smoothly done by our friendly guide, Thabo, and he brought us along the panaromic route too. At the clean lodge, the staff were super friendly and we even managed to catch all the Big 5 in one day thanks to our driver. Will definitely recommend this tour operator as it is 100% trustworthy! Hope to visit the beautiful South Africa again someday <3

We've traveled around the world, and this is the worst travel agency we've ever encountered.
1/5

We went on the 11-day Kenya and Tanzania Safari this August. The itinerary they give you can only be taken as a rough approximation of the actual trip. This company has no concept of contractual obligation whatsoever. We were promised on our contract that our van would carry no more than 7 people, but on the first day we were immediately put in a van with 8 people. Only after we made several calls back to the company did they put us on another van, and the Kenyan portion of our trip had to be completely rearranged. This incident left a bad taste, but when we arrived in Tanzania, things only got worse. Adventure My Take's tour operator in Tanzania is a company called Seven Wonders Safaris. According to our itinerary, we're supposed to visit Lake Manyara, then Ngorongoro Crater, and lastly Serengeti National Park. If you look at the map on our safari's web page (https://www.safaribookings.com/tours/t20766), this route allows the shortest travel time between parks, and it's one of the main reasons we chose Adventure My Take over other companies with similar-priced safaris. When we met with the representative from Seven Wonders, she told us that they don't offer that route and that they never have. When their representative called Adventure My Take to ask why our itinerary was incorrect, Adventure My Take agreed to send a van to take us on a private safari along the route given in our itinerary. Not half an hour later, our contact with Adventure My Take (the CEO of the company, actually) called back to say that she had changed her mind and that since we were unhappy with her company's dishonesty, she would cancel the rest of our safari and refund us for the remainder of our tour. She did not consult us about this decision whatsoever. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Firstly, as a company, if you make a promise to do something, you should do it no matter what in order to maintain your credibility. Adventure My Take did not honor their promised itinerary. Secondly, dropping us in the middle of Tanzania in the middle of our trip is not a solution to our problems and in fact made it much worse. We now had to look for another company to complete our safari and still make it back to Nairobi in time for our flight. Thankfully, the representative from Seven Wonders was extremely helpful since she saw what Adventure My Take did to us, and we were able to rebook with them.

This was a horrible experience. Stay away from Adventure My Take at all costs!
