Top driver, good price, but be careful about the agents
We made a 3 days safari in October 2025 with jocky tours. The safari was a wonderful experience. Our driver, Moses, was a very skilled driver, he knows exactly where to find the animals and he makes his best to show us the maximum.
Unfortunately, we had a problem with the agent. When we arrived in our lodges, we booked 3 singles rooms with Jocky, but they booked us a triple room instead. So we had to call them and it took like 2 hours to solve the problem. So finally I would highly recommend Jocky but my advice is to be really careful when you make your reservation, ask the agent a proof of the booking.

The kindest guide in Uganda

I had an amazing experience working with Benald, who went above and beyond in helping me plan my Uganda trip. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and informative, answering all my questions, helping me understand my options, and guiding me through the planning process even as I kept changing my mind about the details.
What really stood out to me was that even after I decided not to book the full tour with Nextgen, Benald continued to help me. He went out of his way to make sure I got my gorilla trekking permit, handling everything with care and professionalism. That kind of generosity and dedication is rare, and it meant a lot.
Even though I didn’t end up doing the full tour with them, I would absolutely recommend Nextgen Safaris to anyone visiting Uganda. They truly care about their clients and go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of!

A Journey I’ll Never Forget
I never imagined how deeply an African safari would move me. From the moment we set out across the golden plains at sunrise, I felt like I had stepped into a nature documentary—except this time, I was living it. Watching a herd of elephants cross our path, hearing lions roar in the distance, and seeing the sun dip below the acacia trees was nothing short of magical.
What struck me most wasn’t just the wildlife, but the people. Our guide’s passion and knowledge brought every moment to life, and the warmth of the local communities made me feel truly welcome. It wasn’t just a trip—it was a reminder of how wild and beautiful the world still is.
I came home with more than just photos. I brought back a sense of awe, gratitude, and a promise to return.

Amazing 8-day private safari with Goldfinch Adventures, with excelent guide, Swahibu Othoman, who showed us so many animals and special sightings. Accommodation were fantastic, so were all arrangements done by Brenda. Tanzania stole our hearts - will definately return.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Engaged with Abia to curate the experience according to our needs, budget and preferences - always happy to listen and act on our wishes. The accommodation was great, the safaris were brilliant and our driver/guide was just fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable, fun to be around and also very calm and respectful of the wildlife. We saw all the wildlife we wanted to see and more. Tanzania with this company was the best safari we’ve done out of our 5 safaris in Africa, topped off by brilliant and relaxing few days in Zanzibar.

The route was great; we really enjoyed this experience with King Solomon.
The route we did was perfect — we managed to complete the Big Five! Our guide, Emmanuel, was very friendly and resourceful; he made sure we saw everything we were hoping for and even more. The meals prepared by our cook, Edric, were delicious — he was always kind and attentive. In conclusion, it was an unforgettable adventure.

Custom tailored perfectly for our needs!
My husband and I had a wonderful tour with two children under 8, my mom, and a close family friend. The trip was wonderful from the start. We were picked up at the airport by our guide, Paxton, who was an absolute delight. He shared so many interesting facts with us, was wonderful with our kids, and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see plus more than we imagined!
We had an 8 day safari and stayed at three lodges: 1. Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli 2. The Cliff Nakuru 3. &Beyond Kichwa Tembo Masai Mara. We loved amboseli park but Ol Tukai wasn't our favorite. They charged us for drinking water at every meal. Many times we were tired and wanted to go to bed after the drives but we'd have to wait for our bill for water. We'd much rather have an inclusive experience even if it was slightly more expensive for drinking water. However, the park, landscape and drives were an absolute dream. We'd go back to the park again anytime! 2. The cliff was incredible. The safari was the least exciting but we did a boat ride safari and it was so fun to mix it up. This resort is pure relaxation with a sunrise that cannot be described it's so fabulous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Oh yes, the spa was amazing and the prices were super reasonable! Don't miss the spa:) 3. &beyond Maasai Mara was out of this world. The accommodations and service were top notch. Absolutely incredible. The park and drives were remarkable and exciting. We saw every single cat in a 2 hour span! Just fantastic!
We drove between all locations. While we thoroughly enjoyed seeing more of Kenya, if you can afford to fly, we'd recommend only doing 2 drives between parks maximum and flying the rest. It's still worth seeing more of Kenya and doing a couple car rides, but the drives were super long and we wished we would have splurged and skipped 2 of the long car rides.
All of that being said, Esther was an absolute delight to plan the trip with over a few months. She worked tirelessly to make sure every single detail was taken care of and that our experience was fabulous. We would welcome working with her again on another trip. In addition to safari and accommodations, she planned a visit to see the bead making, dinner at carnivore in Nairobi, a village visit, and kids activities for our children. She was wonderful, our guide Paxton was wonderful, and we are forever grateful for the lifelong memories they helped us create!
