We had a wonderful one-day safari to Ngorongoro Crater with this tour company. They arrived right on time, from the beginning the team was friendly, professional made us feel welcome. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience everything was well organized, allowing us to relax and take in the incredible wildlife and breathtaking scenery. From start to finish the experience was impressive, Jessica put together the perfect itinerary to suit our timings and budget; instant responses via email to smallest of queries too. Gama, our guide...was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble, his advice and expertise throughout the trip kept all of us captivated, and that is not easy with 2 teenage boys on long drives, every day was an adventure that led to us seeing the Big 5 and so much more. His knowledge is truly impressive. All the accommodation and food exceeded our expectations too. Left us wanting to continue for longer!

I had a concern on the first day, and although resolving it wasn’t easy, he handled it promptly and made sure I was completely taken care of.
