Unforgettable safari experience
Our safari trip was arranged on short notice, but everything turned out perfectly. Our driver and guide, Malisa, was absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, funny, and full of fascinating stories and facts. His deep experience made all the difference; thanks to him, we were able to see everything we hoped for and even more!
This was truly one of the best trips of my life. The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater are unbelievably beautiful - breathtaking landscapes, incredible wildlife, and unforgettable moments.

Wow, a dream came true
We went on a safari with James Gichina, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
James was incredibly kind, patient, and always available whenever we needed something. He shared his deep knowledge about the animals and the parks, made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time, and went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying every moment.
There are a few small things that could be improved:-
1) at the tented camp - there was tow lizard on our tent, there’s a whole a bathroom that can insects gets in.
2)we ran out of water the last day
3) there’s no variety in food in the camps always the same.

Prisca and the company were a pleasure to deal with as it was my first time in Africa. She was patient and knowledgeable for my many many questions and was very quick with responses and changes to my quote as my criteria changed. They were responsible for the airport pickup and dropoff and were very prompt and courteous throughout. The vans were comfortable, and they even helped and waited for me to obtain a local sim card. When there was an issue with my flight, she was immediately on the phone with the airline to help resolve. As well, when I wanted to upgrade my accommodations in the middle of the safari, she was able to find a room last minute. Very reliable service and value for money. As I was a shared tour, I joined others and ended up with another company - Serengeti African Tours - which I will review separately from this.
