Breathtakingly beautiful
What an experience! The communication between myself and the team was on time, reliable and accurate. They were very accommodating to my requests. And everything that was mentioned in the itinerary was as it was and all on time! The staff at the hotel were very friendly, happy and a delight to talk to. The rooms were super clean, well presented and of the highest standard. Safari.. well..... there are no words to describe it! Had a sunset safari on the day we arrived and then a full day safari the next day - both just amazing! Transfer was seamless and excellent! Overall...... highly recommended for anyone - solo, groups or family! Oh... and they accommodate birthday surprises too as I found out for myself - best birthday ever! Thank you Mzansi team (and sweet mike for being an excellent safari tour driver!)

Excellent gorilla tour visit with a fast and informative company
Excellent visit with a fast and informative tour company. We needed a 7-day tailor-made gorilla trip in Rwanda, and we found Augustine Tours online with excellent reviews. Rwanda is an amazing travel destination and from our tour experience, we only had a warm and friendly service. The trip would be recommended to anyone with an interest in the local community and gorilla experience. All the tour arrangements were well coordinated, and the pre-tour information was comprehensive and helpful in all aspects.

We had a great time with Arvind our guide. Very friendly and knowledgable. Even got us a good spot to watch a lion eating zebra. Very comfortable vehicle. We can't wait to do it again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Food, guide, and we saw all of the big five.
Safari was great, much better then we expected. We have seen all of the big five. I regret that we took 3 day safari not 6. Food was really perfect and the atmosphere at the campsite was unforgettable. Stephen was a perfect host. He not only made our safari awesome, but he also helped us in many other things like organizing our transfer from Arusha to Zanzibar and from Zanzibar airport to our hotel. Thank you Stephen for everything again.

Great service, efficient, friendly, experienced
We did the 3 day safari to Ol Pejeta and Samburu. Everything was very well organised and we were very pleased with the driver-guide, the vehicle, the accommodation. And we managed the see the big 5 despite the rainy season, owing to our driver's expertise. We had very informative conversations with him and the drives were great. Great driving skills too, negotiating flooded causeways ! The welcome and farewell committee was lovely too.

Where can I begin? The safari holiday I went on this year with my husband was fantastic. If you are looking for a professional, respectful, welcoming and friendly safari operator- you have found one! From the initial communication months prior to our trip to the very last day of our trip, Jacob was incredible in organising our trip and catering to our every need. His level of service and communication was so brilliant, which is no surprise as after meeting him it is so clear that he is a hardworking, professional and lovely man. I came across Wild Touch Tours online and after contacting dozens of companies, not only was their price reasonable, Jacob stood out from all the rest. We were able to connect over Whatsapp shortly and used this for months to plan our trip. Through my many of messages, questions and changes in itinerary he always stayed professional, helpful and polite. We were greeted by Jacob at the start of our safari trip and also met him for lunch on the last day. Throughout this he communicated with us and if there were any problems which weren't even his fault (weather or traffic) he tried to make amends and accommodate us.
The safari was truly spectacular and was catered to what we wanted to see and our budget. We went from Nairobi- Amboseli- Nakuru- Masai- Navaisha- Nairobi. Each place we stayed was fantastic and our driver also was great.
Jacob also took time out to remind and assist us with visas, things to do in Nairobi and general travel tips. He treated us like friends and I am so happy that we met him. Thank you Jacob and if you ever visit London please get in touch. We will hopefully go back to organise another trip with him.
