Amazing Safari with Planet Africa Safari
Thanks to Planet Africa Safari, we organized our amazing honeymoon in Tanzania (10 days in the mainland, 8 days in Zanzibar). We stayed in 3 different Asilia Africa's lodges: Oliver's camp in Tarangire, the Highlands in the Ngorongoro and Ubunti in the Northern Serengeti. We also stayed in other two amazing lodges partnering with Asilia, Kisima Ngeda in Lake Eyasi and Plantation Lodge in Lake Manyara. In Zanzibar, we stayed at the amazing Xanadu Private Villas.
Overall, we could not recommend more Planet Africa! The accommodations exceeded all our expectations (we are talking about luxury lodges or tents) and the organization was simply phenomenal: superb guides (with great knowledge and experience) and lovely camp staff!
I would definitely recommend 100 times Planet Africa!

What a Fantastic Trip
Stunning Safari, nothing was too much trouble and everything went very smoothly. Thanks to Ben and Aurélie for all the preparation, guidance and planning which ensured we had a fantastic safari followed by a relaxing break in Zanzibar. We were collected from Nairobi, and our guide Jonathan Maina, went out of his way to ensure had a fantastic few days at Old Peteta Sweetwaters Conservancy, proving to be really knowledgeable about the animals and surrounding area. Everything was well planned and we thoroughly enjoyed the game drives. We then moved onto Maasai Mara where Benard Njinu was equally skilled at keeping us informed about the large variety of wildlife and was great at locating the animals when we would have missed them. We stayed at the Eden Camp, which was great, with Hippos wallowing in the nearby river. Again nothing was too much trouble. It was sad to move on, but a week relaxing in Zanzibar before leaving for the UK was a great way to finish the holiday
I can't praise the whole experience highly enough, everything was organised for us with us only booking flights to and from the UK. I would recommend E-Trip Africa to anyone and hope to do a further trip with them before very long.

Super Amazing Trip to Kenya
Every detail of our trip to Kenya was taken care of with great detail by Daniel. All our accommodations were outstanding especially in Maasai Mara.
We were very fortunate to have Tony as our guide. We saw the "Big Five" several times over. Tony spotted animals for us at amazing distances and drove as close as possible, taking into consideration the light and angles, so we could take really good photos. He was super knowledgeable, professional and at the same time very friendly. We always felt safe and at home with him. We have so many great memories! Transtrek Safari made our experience in Kenya an amazing one. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

If problems come up they just ignore you
We booked the 10 day tour that includes safaris at Kenya and Tanzania. The only positive thing that has happened with this agency was that we had Aruni the first three days as a driver (he was 10/10). But, since the beginning, the programme you are supposed to follow is not followed at all, and they skip several game drives during those 10 days. Our big problem with the agency began when we arrived to Tanzania and we tried to contact to the agency because again they were skiping the morning game drive at Manyara Lake. Although at the beginning they answered back, they did not give me any solution, and that same day they did not amswered until now. They were supposed to provide me a transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport the last day (paying 40 dolar). I messeged them by WhatsApp to see if finally they will provide it or not. They did not answered. I asked then the Tanzanian agency with which they cooperate and the said that they will arrange the transfer for the airport for me. Suddenly, when I was expecting to pay for that transfer, our guide and driver at Tanzania, Joseph, said that his boss wanted to talk to me by the mobile. His boss told me that Karibu would aford the payment of the transfer to the airport, although personal of Karibu did not inform me about that by WhatsApp. They were supposed to pick us up at 4:30 am. Noone appeared at the hotel. At 4:45 am we calles for a taxi. I have contacte to the hotel once we have arrived to Zanzibar and they have confirmed that no driver went to the hotel. This agency is no serious, so don't waste your money with them. Some times low proceso become expensive and a headache!

Trip of a Lifetime
This was truly a trip of a lifetime. Liz worked with me to select the perfect trip and activities for my husband and I. I can only describe Zambezi Safari and Travel Victoria Office staff (Liz, Chris and Jane) as professional, courteous, prompt and patient. We truly enjoyed working with them. Our trip to Zambabwe, Botswana and South Africa was perfect!

Wonderful experience
The communication with Roho Ya Chui was very good. They are very quickly to answer our questions and at the time you make contact via e-mail or WhatsApp they return to me. The service is the best. I don’t have any prior recomendation of that company but I confirm that they are serious and reliable. Everything was very good: the transfer, the Safari,,the lodge, the Guide. I recomend this company.

Excellent arrangements, exceeded all expectations
Bestday Safaris organized a seven-day safari for me and my mother. Since this is my third safari, I had high expectations and I'm pleased that the Bestday team delivered. I'm grateful to Peter Charles for putting together an excellent team whose members are all professional, efficient, kind, and environmentally-conscious. Our guide Jackson is excellent, dynamic, knowledgeable and worked hard throughout the trip. He has collegial relationship with other guides, national park and hotel/camp staff which without a doubt enriched the whole safari experience. Amongst all his good qualities, he ensured that my 70-year old mom felt comfortable and well-taken care of all throughout the trip. My mother and I very much liked staying at Tukaone, a charming tented camp in central Serengeti which is owned by Bestday. I'm already saving for my next safari with Bestday!

Wonderful adventure with a local company
I’ve spent 5 nights in Tanzania with this new local tour company run by passionate young guys. They did everything very smoothly from airport pick-up to drop-off.
I’ve been to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro NP. When visiting these national parks, you get to join with other people booked through all different tour agencies and they put you in a group. If you want a private tour you can also ask for that.
This was my second safari tour after Masai Mara. Different from Kenya, what I loved the most was serene scenery of the “endless plain”. Seeing real Masai people living on the way was impressive too. And of course, wildlife is always amazing. These 3 national parks had a charm of each.
For the tour, I specifically asked for a tented lodge with hot shower because I thought I would really need a nice hot shower after a whole day dusty drive. They offered me mid-range lodges with reasonable price. I didn’t have big expectations because it was way cheaper than other tour companies that I asked through this site (mostly Europe based) however all the accommodations turned out to be fantastic. Especially I loved the Domel lodge. Too bad I cannot find it on google map.
Above all, for me, the most impressive thing was people! Bernard, Lucas, Andrew and Carlson. These friendly guys made my trip very special and memorable. Although I’ve only spent time with them when I was in town, I learned a lot about there life and culture, and some Swahili as well.
On my last day before heading for the airport, they offered me a free tour of Arusha town. We visited some nice places where they like. Such as a short hill hike where you can see Mt. Arusha and going to a nice local restaurant trying their matori tori.
If you are searching for a safari tour and reading this review, I highly recommend you to just trust them and go with them. Please don’t pay ridiculously high price to other global companies. I really don’t want your money end up in the wrong hands.
Tanzania has a lot of resources but the infrastructure and industries are limited. When you visit Tanzania, you will understand what I mean. I hope you make a wise decision.

Excellent 2-day package, which exceeded our expectations.
Our 2-day tour was very well prepared from start to finish. In the run-up, Rwanda Eco Company and Safaris communicated better than other tour operators. We were very pleased with the driver/tour guide the company provided, an excellent off-road driver and very careful with the safari vehicle. Accommodation at Akagera Lodge, part of the package, was outstanding (ongoing construction of another wing didn't disturb our stay). Sightseeing and wildlife picked up on the 2nd day when we entered the northern half of the park.
Thank you, Fred (manager) and Cyprian (guide) for an excellent tour!
