A safari beyond expectations
After careful selection, we chose Africa Celebrity from several companies. The entire trip was extremely satisfying. From the initial communication during the quotation phase to the subsequent days of our itinerary, the staff were highly responsible. Midway through our journey, we lost some items at a hotel in Naivasha, but we managed to retrieve them the next day with the help of the driver, Mossis. Throughout the journey, Mossis was diligent, punctual, skilled in driving, and adept at locating animals. He provided detailed information about the habits and types of animals, which greatly enriched our experience. We would recommend this tour to our friends.

Flexible pickups, Excellent Communication and good tour choice options
I chose Nhlalala travel because they were the only tour company that allowed me to choose my pickup time instead of having to stick to a pre-defined pickup time. They were very good responding to questions and were good value for money. However, I was not too happy with the fact that the advertised price of the tour changed after I had paid my deposit in that VAT was added on at that point. I was also disappointed in that it was difficult to get information about inclusions and exclusions - I wanted to be able to easily see each day what was planned, the times and which meals were included and which meals needed to be paid for by us.
Our guide Konghi was amazing, from picking us up at the airport and driving us out to our first hotel. He kept up a good conversation throughout the 5 hour drive and we were able to share ideas and knowledge with each other. He took us to amazing places and made each experience a fascinating adventure and over the 5 days we felt as though we had gained a good friend. We felt respected and that it was all about us and what would be the best experience for us. I give him an 11 out of 10 ..

Trip of a lifetime!
We have just finished a week safari with Meektrail Safaris and it was excellent in every way. From planning, to pick up, to drop off we were so well looked after. James, our wonderful driver, was patient, kind, knowledgable and THE BEST driver imaginable in the difficult terrain of the Parks, as well as the drives between the Parks. We saw the Big Five and more! Could not have imagined a better trip! We will remember it forever! Thank you James, Charles and Meektrail Safaris!

Spot on on the knowledge of every single thing, from the history of Kenya to the animals and threes in the Masai Mara.

I will never forget this trip also because I turned 30 celebrating in the best way possible…in the nature with my family an amazing guide (Rodger) and so many amazing animals and scenaries to discover!
