Good Communication, Disappointing Safari
I had mixed feelings about my experience with Intimacy Adventure.
On the positive side, the company was responsive before the trip, and the hotels were exactly as promised. There were no issues with the accommodation, and everything matched the itinerary.
Unfortunately, the safari itself was very disappointing. Instead of being handled directly by the company, we were combined with guests from different tour operators and assigned to a driver who wasn’t actually part of Intimacy Adventure. Whenever we had a problem, he would simply tell us to contact the company, leaving us without any real support during the trip.
We also lost a significant part of our Serengeti experience because of an issue involving another group’s hotel reservation. Since everyone was traveling in the same vehicle, we all had to wait for hours, which wasted one of the most important safari days.
The biggest issue was the safari vehicle. It was old, uncomfortable, and kept breaking down. I experienced several other safari vehicles on the last day, and they were in much better condition. I asked to switch vehicles because ours was clearly not suitable, but my request was refused.
Sadly, only the first day was enjoyable. The remaining four days were so frustrating because of the vehicle and the poor organization that I found myself counting down the days until the safari ended.
I expected a much better experience, especially considering the amount I paid. Better organization, proper vehicles, and having a driver who represents the company would make a huge difference.

Excellent Hike to The Top of Kilimanjaro
Fantastic trek to the roof of Africa with my son organised by The Adventure People and Almighty Kilimanjaro. Everything was organised to perfection and the guides and porters were excellent. The communication and support was brilliant from start to finish. A special mention must go to Amiri who was constantly checking on me every hour and checking my oxygen levels through the entire night when I was sick on day 4 from the altitude. Also a big thank you to Swalehe who constantly motivated the whole team and supported me the whole way after being sick, even carrying my day pack. I don’t think I would have made it to the summit without Amiri and Swalehe. The other guides and porters were also very helpful and supportive and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely book with this company again in the future.

Nico was an amazing guide
It was a really good tour for 5 days we got to see all the animals we were looking for (big5) and many others! Williamssons were the best in communication prior to booking compared to the others i was in contact with! They were also best in price! So as to the experience it was amazing our guide nico did everything to take us back home even tough we had some problems with the car along the way! And he was also reallly experienced he knew what he was doing for sure!

Excellent, personalized service
I found Serengeti African Tours by a search engine but i’m glad i found them. They are friendly and suggested me different choices for my African safari and islandbb tour. The tour staff, Antonia, Rama and Adrian are excellent in their services. They are patient, showed interest in showing us different places and were super accommodating. I would gladly refer them to everyone I know.
Wonderful Pilanesberg stay, tour and service
Plenty of communication so I was kept informed of the daily schedule. Tlou tented camp was calm and peaceful. The staff were friendly and kept everywhere spotlessly clean. Plenty of delicious food. All the guides were very knowledgeable about the animals and tried to make sure every client had the best experience. Peter was an excellent guide making sure we saw as many animals as possible. I would recommend this tour for anyone wishing to have a relaxing wonderful experience of the Pilanesberg .

Awesome Game drive in Pinanesberg
We made the tour with Peter.
He was absolutely an excellent guide always looking for animals. He respected their "privacy" specially when they want to cross just behind the car. It happened with giffaffe, Zebra, elephant.
But the tour goes beyond our expectations when Peter spot a lion while he was eating and after the lunch a leopard with his lunch in his mouth ! !

Incredible trip with every detail taken care of so we could relax and take it all in.
Frank connected us with amazing guides in all the parks we visited, especially the gorillas in Bwindi where our group of four had exclusive access to a family of 16. Frank customized our experience, setting a pace that worked perfectly. He spoke many of the local languages endearing himself to the guides and his charming personality made our trip very entertaining. This was important considering we spent almost two weeks together. We saw all the animals we could have imagined and had a tremendous visit. Highly recommend!
