Absolutely fantastic our guide Luther was absolutely full of knowledge and nothing was a problem. He went out of his way every time and got us very close to the animals. The safari tent was absolutely amazing listening to the roar of the lions during the night. Highly recommended

Unforgettable trip of a lifetime with Josero Tours!
I would highly recommend Josero Tours for anyone looking for an amazing safari experience, especially in Kenya or Tanzania. When I first started looking to book a safari in January, there were so many companies and it was very overwhelming. But then I found Josero Tours. Henry had great communication and was so helpful every step of the way. From the moment we met Henry and Charles (our safari guide) at the Nairobi airport, every part of our trip was seamless and the level of service was outstanding. Whether we were in a tented camp, lodge, or hotel, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure all our needs were met. Charles was an amazing guide for us throughout Kenya. He ensured we were comfortable, made sure we saw a plethora of animals, and taught us many things about the wildlife, people, and Kenya. Our Tanzanian guide, Nurui, was also wonderful. He was so kind and always in a good mood. He worked very hard to make sure we saw many different animals, that we were safe, and well taken care of. This was a trip of a lifetime and we are sad to leave Africa. As a mom traveling with her two young daughters, we felt perfectly safe everywhere we went and the guides always looked out for our well-being and enjoyment. First class safari.
The service provided by Axis was outstanding. The communications with Rita Wagura were as good as any I had had in many years of travelling: very fast, responsive to my requests, and patient when I asked for changes, all with a personal friendly touch. The icing on the cake was that the quote was quite competitive. The execution of the safari was flawless and our guide/driver Jumbe was very good and knowledgeable and very friendly. Through a combination of luck and his skills we viewed more animals and animal activities than in any of my 3 previous safaris.

This was a superb safari experience. I'm a solo traveller that did this safari, and my guide Felix and the chef made this into a memorable experience. What stood out was the experience of Felix, he really did know his stuff and made sure that I got to experience the best safari possible. Felix and the chef was very nice during the whole safari.
Communication with the whole team was very good, the made sure I got all the information I needed before and during the safari. Service was really good, and everything was reliable, from good safari-car to food and tents and more. Overall I'm very happy I went with Suricata Safaris, and I'm very happy about the value I got for the price of the Safari.

If you're going on safari, ask for Caleb. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide.
We saw the Big Five within our first six hours in the Maasai Mara, and that wasn't by luck. Caleb knows the parks incredibly well and always seemed to know where to be and when. What really stood out was how often other guides were calling him on the radio looking for animals. We kept hearing "Caleb" over the radio throughout the trip, and it became pretty clear that he's someone the other guides trust and rely on.
He's also an excellent photographer. He knew exactly where to position the vehicle, helped us get incredible angles, and took some of the best photos from our trip. Those pictures will be memories we'll keep forever.
We're from Nepal, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was talking with Caleb about the similarities between our cultures. Those conversations made the experience feel much more personal. He's not just knowledgeable about wildlife. He's a genuinely great communicator and someone who makes you feel comfortable from day one.
By the end of the trip, Caleb wasn't just our guide. He felt like family.

Disappointing
Day i got the departure date wrong by 3 days and told the driver it was our fault.had to change the first 5 days of the itinerary to fit thechimp tracking permits booked in March.
Driver late by One hour on first day.
Driver liked to drive fast even on game drives,had to be told repeatedly to slow down .
Wasted a lot ( up to 45 mins) at Park gates on numerous occassions.
Were put in lesser accomodation in Enjojo camp according to our receipt.
Owed one lunch on a long day,just never got it.
Driver was totally disrespectful of my wife,never addressing her by her name and calling her”she”.
On the last night we complained about a wet messy bed and the driver joined the manageress in blaming my wife,straight away with no evidence.(look up Rushaga lodge reviews and see that this had happened before).Ido not think that there is a worse insult to make in the safari world.We are in our seventies and my wife does not “ leak”.
The vehicle had the rear windows(our viewing windows) covered in a dark tint which was hard to see through.Only one rear window was working and the exhaust gasses came in through the tailgate door.

Nice trip！
Raymond was a gem! Short stay in Maasai Mara, but he was spot-on—friendly, responsible, and got us to the epic wildebeest crossing. Highly recommend!
