Lovely week in Tremisana Lodge
4/5

Kruger Park Tours arranged a 7 day visit to Tremisana Lodge through an agent. All included: pickup, dropoff, food and safaris. It was all well organised. I enjoyed my stay and the way Kruger Park Tours handled everything. They are very prompt in answering when you have a question, always friendly in their mails. I had to change my pickup-location just a week before I started and it was no problem at all!! I love the way they work.

Perfect safari!
5/5

We, 2 adults and our two kids, are still totally impressed.
It was our first trip to Kenya. We were interested by the many positive reviews. Wrote an email and after only a few hours we even received a Watts App call from Martha in the office in Mombasa! From the beginning there was a sound direct information and well-prepared tour to our liking. from very responsible, punctual pick-up to the really remarkable quick reaction after our 8-hour flight delay made us feel safe and secure right from the start. We booked the Comfort Lodges, which were all highly recommended. We have made the deposit by bank transfer in euros and made the balance right before the start of the safari. Everything worked smoothly !! I have to emphasize our driver Pascal here! Human and with lots of background information, he was the perfect companion for our 10-day tour. He has turned his attention to our wishes and made our safari a perfect experience. We opted for the jeep / pop-up roof, built to be sturdy for the roads, recommended for wildlife viewing and comfort. Natural World Kenya Safaris deserves every point and we thank you for a great holiday. At the end of our trip we were personally called by the boss to inquire about our safari and our satisfaction.

Excellent travel consultant: Very flexible & responsive
5/5

Kerry helped us create an itinerary to Masai Mara safaris & Gorilla trekking in Rwanda. Despite multiple rounds of itinerary changes from our side, she was very flexible and helpful in providing information as well as details we need for our trip.

Our trip was amazing and we really enjoyed our time in Kenya & Rwanda. Will definitely come back to Pembury for our next trip in Africa.

Fabulous Experience with First Class Guide
5/5

Mike from Omenzi Tours and Safaris was our Guide and Driver. His knowledge of the animals and their environment was amazing; he had the ability to track animals that many other groups did not get to see, and he always managed to place us in ideal position for photography and filming.
We camped in wildlife filled areas away from other tour groups, had elephants walking around our tents, visits from several species during the nights, two different boat trips up close to elephants and hippos, and many open air game drives. Whilst there was a lot of exciting encounters, we never once felt threatened or in any danger.
I would recommend Omenzi Tours and Safaris, and hope one day to get back to Botswana to travel with them again!

So much work to get our safari!
2/5

We would not recommend Tree Africa Safaris at all. Throughout the booking process, we thought the company was wonderfully responsive—we dealt with Victor Nagol, who told us we would get a wonderful three-day safari, just as we dreamed of. But as soon as we made our 50% deposit, Victor stopped communicating with us. A few weeks before we were scheduled to arrive in Tanzania, we emailed him to confirm our plans—but our emails bounced back, time and time again. Then we discovered that his company’s website was no longer live, and he was no longer advertising on Safari Bookings. Fearing that we might have been scammed, we asked our son (who is living in Tanzania) to visit Arusha (where Victor’s office was) to figure out what the problem was. He wasn’t able to find Victor, but after spending several days in Arusha, dealing with the police and the other tour company that processed our payment, our son was able to get Victor to follow through with our safari. Victor finally outsourced us to another tour operator (who was wonderful, and who gave us a delightful safari), but every part of it that Victor was involved with was a struggle. Our first two nights in Arusha were supposed to be included in the cost of our safari—but Victor did not pay for them; we had to pay for the hotel and wait to be reimbursed by Victor. He didn’t pre-arrange our accommodations during the safari itself—each night, we had to wait hours until he finally communicated with our tour guide before we knew where we would be sleeping each night. And finally on the last night, Victor did not pay for the hotel we were staying in (in Arusha), which was supposed to be included in the amount we had paid—we had to pay for the hotel when we checked out, and Victor said he would reimburse us for the cost. He did so—but it was weeks after we had left Tanzania and had already returned home.

We ultimately did get a wonderful safari—thanks to the skill and knowledge of the tour guide that we were outsourced to. But every part of the safari that involved Victor Nagol was hard work for us. We have to wonder if the only reason we got any safari at all was because we had our son there, in Arusha, talking to the police on our behalf and putting pressure on Victor to give us the safari we had paid for.

We cannot in good faith recommend the services of Tree Africa Safaris or Victor Nagol.

About: Namibia
Awesome wildlife in Etosha
Overall rating
5/5

Very good three days - two night tour in Etosha with Wild Cherry Adventures, during the dry season. Lots of tours in the park with a very good guide. We actually spent our days and night in the park, with lots of wildlife sightings. Please note it is true camping (two-men tents), but they provide everything is necessary, including clean bedding. Just bring with you a flashlight and warm clothing, they are necessary during night and in the early morning. The tents are in a fenced campsite with bar, minimarket, toilets, very close to a waterhole where it is possible to see any species a few steps from the tents. During night we heard lions roaring! During day a very expert guide brougth us to different waterholes (every day one tour in the early morning and one in the afternoon): we saw practically everything, even lions preying on wildebeests! Simply wonderful

Kenya has a wide variety of wild animals. I managed to see all the big five except for Leopard which is a shy and rare animal to see.
Beauty was especially in Lk Nakuru National park, Lk Naivasha , I managed to watch wonders of Amboseli as well as Maasai maara and the weather was good 16-29 degrees depending on places and also time of the day. I lastly visited Mombasa and the Indian ocean looks very beautiful. The food is served fresh n delicious... From Naivasha Tilapia was so fresh n delicious. My safari was great...No problems with transport for Bluerange Connect LTD took exellent care of my transport.

Armand from RhulaniSafaris exceeded all of my expectations and I would highly recommend the company.
Overall rating
5/5

RhulaniSafaris is a relatively new company run by Armand Grobler, a young (26 YO) South African who spent his formative years growing up in Australia. He is a wild life photographer who is lucky enough to fulfill a dream of sharing his passion for African wild animals through a personalized and professional safari experience. Armand is highly enthusiastic and passionate about the African wildlife and deeply cares about protecting their future. Everything he did was aimed towards making a truly memorable experience for us. His photographic expertise made him ideally suited to understand our needs and he went out of his way to ensure we were perfectly positioned to take great photographs. This is not just a job to Armand, it’s his life.
My daughter, son-in-law and I spent an amazing 5 days at the Buffelshoek Tented Safari Camp, Manyeleti Game Reserve, Umkumbe Safari Lodge, Sabi Sands and Blyde Wildlife Estate.
I would highly recommend including the Manyeleti Game Reserve in your safari. This is a relatively new public reserve and there was an abundance of animals, including the big 5. It wasn’t crowded with other safari vehicles and we were able to get close to the animals. We were even fortunate enough to see a pack of African wild dogs and to locate their den where there were three ~ four months old pups. It was amazing to see them playing and interacting in a totally carefree manner. The Buffelshoek tented accommodation while relatively basic was more than comfortable. This is a small camp accommodating up to 10 people. The food was superb and the staff were very friendly. Umkumbe Safari Lodge was more “up market”. The food and accommodation were excellent. There was free WIFI with limited data (can purchase more) available between 7am - 4pm in the communal area. The game drives were excellent but we didn’t see as many or varied animals as at Manyeleti. However, we did get to see the big 5 including 2 spectacular leopards. On our last night with Armand we stayed in a luxury house at the Blyde Wildlife Estate. This was a real highlight - comfortable and luxurious. My only regret was that we should have stayed for two rather than just one night. We finished with the Panorama Tour (God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and 3 Rondawels); well worth the drive as the views were breathtaking.
I will remember the memories gained and our time with Armand forever. I could not recommend Armand and RhulaniSafaris highly enough.
