An Awesome, Unforgettable Journey through Uganda with an Incredible Tour Guide
A driver-guide can either make or break a safari vacation experience.
Having Frank as our safari guide made this trip into something truly memorable. From the beginning, he worked with us on all the details of the itinerary, in customizing the trip to meet our expectations as well as making last minute changes that we needed to make. We had so many questions and he was so patient, responsive and accommodating.
When we met him in person, it felt like we were meeting an old friend. He just makes you feel comfortable. Frank is warm, friendly, upbeat and so knowledgeable about the country, its people and especially the mammals & BIRDS! We were not real birders when we first came to Uganda but Frank educated us so much about the beautiful birds of Uganda that we have since become birders!!
Frank is a great wildlife spotter too. He would be driving from one location to another and then pull over to point out a colobus monkey or a long crested eagle as well as spotting lions & leopards etc. He would always position the vehicle just right so we could take our many pictures & even started to take his own pictures and we would compare our pictures. Frank is a photographer's guide. He knows what you want and has the patience to wait for the perfect picture!
We made an ambitious itinerary over 13 days that meant A LOT of driving all over Uganda but time with Frank was so well spent! We had great conversations and we all laughed a lot. Time just flew by. All the details of the trip from accommodations to picnic lunches to boat rides and gorilla trekking were all so carefully planned out, there were no surprises. He's a great guy and he made our trip as memorable and wonderful as it was.
We encourage everyone to plan a trip with Frank as you will not regret the decision. We highly recommend him and would be more than happy to share our experience and answer any questions that people may have.

Bucket List Ticked With Ultimate Gorilla Experience
Our journey began with the wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful Brian who was to be our guide for the duration of our stay in this wonderful country. From the moment we landed at the airstrip for our trip to the Bwindi National Park we were looked after in a very special way both by Brian on behalf of Speke but also by the very wonderful staff at the Buhomi Lodge inside the national park.
The service was impeccable and I would like to especially pick out Julius who made the stay very special. The trip was very well organised and impeccably paced despite the vagrancies of the Ugandan weather but as someone pointed out regularly its a Rain Forrest!
Our trip to see the Gorillas was again very well organised and we were very well looked after on what was a demanding trek and its thanks to the trek team and Steven our guide that everything went so smoothly and our dream of seeing the gorillas was such an amazing success.
I would recommend wholeheartedly Speke to anyone who is thinking of travelling to see these amazing mammals there service and attention to detail was impeccable

Excelent low budget safari
The overall experience was really good. The accomodation are budget tents, but with a reasonable comfortable matress. There is hot water in the showers and electricity is avaliable from 5am to 7am and 6 pm to 10pm.
The seats on the van are not to confortable for the long drive from nairobi but once inside the park you can go standing up and the views are amazing.
Our guide solomon was really good, drivings us to all the good spots and explaning everything.
The only thing was not too good is the food. The lunch is really poor.

Bridget was an amazing guide and friend. She planned an amazing itinerary for me wich until now, I didn't know what to expect and as soon I arrived I realized how beautiful the country is. She taught me many things and wanted I to feel as more comfortable as I could.

Wonderful Brithday Trip
We had a fantastic time with Love Uganda Safaris who took us from the airport, around Uganda and back to the airport in a week. We always felt safe and cared for. We had asked to visit the places my parents lived in the 1950s so we stayed in Entebbe and Kichwamba. The latter has fantastic views of Queen Elizabeth National park and is highly recommended. On my birthday we visited Kilembe hospital where I was born - what an amazing day. Love Uganda had arranged for a special cake to be made and we shared it with the staff and children in the hospital. Overall an unforgettable experience thanks to Love Uganda!!

Every went so smoothly and the accommodations chosen were perfect for us!
Even with the time difference (I'm from the USA) Heidi responded in a timely manner to all of our emails. Each accommodation Heidi chose for us blew our mind in how great the service was, not to mention beautiful! We had many transfers for all of the difference locations we visited, everything went to smoothly and was right on time. I cannot say enough good things about Heidi and this booking company. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Wouldn't use this company again
We were picked up 2 hours late as the owner hadn't communicated the correct pick up date to our driver. The first nights accommodation was absolutely disgraceful. Our driver only spoke when spoken to! He didnt interact with us at all. He was however good at driving and got us where we needed to go. Also at our last camp we discovered the owner hadn't even paid for the camp, poor form.

A Dream Fulfilled- Tanzania WildLife Safari
The trip was very well planned by Maureen , to suit our requirements and needs. We were 4 vegetarian family members., visited in August 2019.
It was 6N/7Days safari tour to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara.
we are photographers from India and it was our dream to visit Serengeti for photographing Wildlife.
The vehicle 4x4 Land Cruiser was in very good condition.
The given accommodation at Country Lodge-Karatu, Hhando Coffee Lodge-Karatu and Green Hills Tented Camp at Serengeti , were very good .The Lodges were clean, provided us with good Vegetarian food throughout our safari tour.
Our Guide Horace was a knowledgeable person having a very good eye for spotting the birds and distance animals. He was quiet and answered all our queries promptly. He is safe driver, punctual and was friendly with us.
Serengeti is Mecca for wildlife/nature photographers. Here we enjoyed all three days viewing and photographing Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs and Leopards. We were lucky to see Lioness and Cheetah hunting Gazelle.
We will Highly recommend African Savannah Trekkers.
All in all it was a Great Experience of Life Time -viewing and Photographing Wild Life of Tanzania!!!

Safe, knowlegeable driver - would strongly recommend
We are a group of 6 that just came back from a 16-day safari with Twins safaris. Our driver was Faustin, and we communicated and arranged everything in advance via e-mail with Anne.
Twins Safaris has always been very clear, quick and to the point in its communication. The safari itself was run flawlessly. Faustin knows his way around in the parks and is surprisingly knowledgeable about the animals. He has also been the safest driver on the road of our entire time in Tanzania.
Would strongly recommend!
