They were very reliable and organized.
Our driver, Santos, was very reliable and took very good care of us to make sure we had a safe and relaxing vacation. Everything ran quite smoothly once we arrived in Arusha (our bus from Nairobi to Arusha was 2-3 hours late). The driver could have been a bit more enthusiastic and informative during the safari tours, but overall, I have no complaints.

Very reliable, wonderful safari, but jeep is better than van
I booked a safari six months before the starting date. The company is very reliable and I have always received an answer very quickly! Also the conditions and the payment via link were without any problems. The communication was excellent through all the 6 months and also the safari was amazing and the driver caring. Only the van was not really comfortable. The windows were quite small and there was almost no space for my legs. I would recommend a jeep!
Regarding the lodges: Since the daily safaris takes a whole day, there is almost no possibility to use the swimming pool (the Masai Mara Sopa Lodge closes the pool iat 6 pm), and also the gift shop was closed then. So I wonder if it is worth to pay a higher price for a comfort lodge when there is no time to use all the facilities and services anyway.

Incredible 12 days in a wild and beautiful country
The communication with Best Memory Safaris was very easy. Isaac replied promptly via WhatsApp and implemented all are wishes on the inquiry. He was able to set up a wonderful 12-days safari in 7 different national parks even though we requested it only one week prior to arrival and secured the booking only one day before departure! Besides, he did not ask for a deposit. In Kenia, we were picked up from the airport without any incidents and where introduced to Anthony, our experienced and German-speaking driver during the following 12 days. He made all our safari dreams come true - and more. He was always eager to give us the best experience, let us see incredible scenary and all kinds of animals we could not even think of before. He was flexible enough to incorporate our own plans and - above all - was very punctual! Responsible and professional
The agency is very professional and willing to satisfy the client’s requests.
The tour guide Filbert went the extra mile several times to ensure we were having the best experience and was very knowledgeable on fauna and flora.
Overall the experience was very professional and well planned except for one detail while booking the entrance to the Serengeti that made us loose almost half a day of the overall tour, that could have been resolved if the booking was done by head office instead of the tour guide on field. In any case, the tour guide helped adjusting the tour to ensure that we get the best experience posible and trying to recover the lost time.

After search for many agencies the safari that fitted into my budget, one friend of mine told me about Lenchada, as i was in Nairobi i went into them Offices there. It was very nice, they made me feel very comfy, and i reserved the safari with them. It was a good chose because everything was perfect. Even the price ... Thanks to Richar, our guide in the Masai, we can to see the Big Five including the Rhino, was amazing, the best experience in KENYA.

We were with Wilson, our perfect guide. He was kind and very nice. He introduced the wild world to us and explained all the animals we saw. He even saw animals from very far and thaks to his abilities we managed to see almost every animal from big 5. Also the hotels were perfect and the lunch boxes. We are very thankful to meet them.

Most exciting, most beautiful trip
My friends and I had 2 wonderful weeks traveling around in Ruanda and Uganda. Our guide David took care of us at all times, driving carefully even though the streets have been rough sometimes ("african massage") and giving us the opportunity to ask all the questions we had (and we had many ;)). We felt absolutely save all times! The lodges we stayed at were lovely, clean and the staff was very, very friendly. Great food, too! It really felt like holidays!
Most special of course was to experience the nature: Beautiful landscape, the rainforest and amazing animals we haven't seen before. The highlight was the gorilla tracking: quite exhausting but worth every step! Meeting these huge and kind animals in their natural environment was an experience we'll never ever forget!
Me and my friends highly recommend to do a trip like that!!! Speke Uganda and Diamir Reisen organized it perfectly and we want to say "thank you". This trip gave so much to us! We are Africa-Fans now and forever

Wonderful safari, perfect organization, knowledgeable guide
We recently returned from a safari through South Africa and Mozambique, including stops in Zululand and Swaziland. This was our first trip to South Africa, so it was not without some trepidation. Well, our holiday was up to, and actually exceeded, all our expectations. The places visited, accommodations, activities, food and general organization were excellent. Our guide, Clinton J Venter, did everything to make this trip amazing. He was really professional and knowledgeable of wildlife, and at the same time friendly and good humored. A perfect driver.
