We have travel at Chrimass holidays with Terra Safaris Company where my husband,I and my sisters family were able to visit Serengeti national park and Ngorongoro Crater conservation area.
WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE and I can tell that our outstanding guide Abdulrazak has highly contributed to our unforgettable days. He was really nice and kind, super professional and a great expert of the safari topic, always caring a lot about our safety, confort and enjoyment. Everyday cleaned the car, refilled the fridge with our favorite drinks, kindly answered our million questions and showed up every morning really fresh and with a big smile bringing an amazing energy to the adventure.
Our car (Toyota Land Cruiser) was very confortable and really cared and prepared for the heavy “African massage” ☺️. We didn’t encounter any technical issue during our days.

Our journey began with an awe-inspiring trip to Mabamba Swamp. The boat ride through the swamp was an extraordinary experience, allowing us to witness the diverse birdlife, including the elusive and magnificent shoebill stork. The serene atmosphere and the lush greenery of the swamp were captivating.
Following the swamp adventure, we traveled to the stunning Sipi Falls. At long last we are home. We have enjoyed an amazing time. The absolute highlight for Coral and me was our incredible time in the Kruger National Park. It was, no doubt, a life changing experience. Every aspect of the holiday was exceptional. Your company's help, organisation and communication was so reassuring. Thank you for your clear contacts and kind words. The moment we met Rufus we knew we were lucky to be paired with such a gem. Every day was an adventure. He brought us within touching distance of so many beautiful creatures. He achieved his goal of showing us the 'Big Five' more than once. So many times we were in awe of the majestic elephants, the powerful lions, the illusive leopards, the thunderous rhinos and the herds of buffalo. Friendly n Reliable
Friendly yet professionally delivers its duties . We have a wonderful time with Johnny Jackson as our guide . He not only drive us around but also show us where the animals are this goes to show that he knows the terrain very well . This is important as we come from far to see the animals n landscape just to make sure that we bring back with us a good n exciting memory. This experience alone is worth any penny that we pay for the safari tour which is surprisingly very reasonable . The back end office is also very helpful with Chesi quick response to all the request we had . Highly recommended you will be in good hands !

Very patient and our tour advisor gave us amazing recommendations according to our budget.
Being a family that only thought that Mombasa is the only and best place for family vacations our perspective changed when our trip advisor recommended amazing destinations and camps that are a few hours drive from Nairobi. We settled for Nakuru-Lake Elementaita. We loved the beautiful views of the Lake, the game drive to Soysambu Conservancy and the fun filled activities we did in the place we resided. Our experience with the tour operator was amazing, they considered our Budget and preferences to help us choose our destination. The customer service was good and it was definitely value for money.

We had a perfectly organized trip from the moment we arrived at the airport. We were able to see many things in the country, which we loved. The atmosphere was very good and the communication too. He speaks perfect Spanish.
