Beautiful Experience in Tanzania
My family really enjoyed our 7 days Tanzania tour to Selous, Mikumi and Ruaha National Parks. We appreciate the work Amos and his team did to give us such an incredible experience. You made sure that everything went smoothly from transfers, accommodations, game drives and food. We were lucky to have Erasto as our guide, he was interesting giving well informed explanations to our questions. Tanzania is a beautiful country and Erasto was a perfect guide tracking different wild animals, explaining the history, behavior, habits and culture of communities that we met. When we look back at the photos brings back fond memories of the wonderful experiences in Tanzania. We would recommend you fully to anyone who is planning to experience the wildside of Tanzania

We choosed KiliHolidays because it is a local company and therefore it is a way to invest your money for tanzania people. The result: we loved the service and company of KiliHolidays. Richard was our guide for one day to the mountain, Thomas was our guide during the safari for about a week and David the chef that cooked delicious food during the whole trip. They were all very welcoming, kind and friendly and what I valued a lot, is that they have absolute respect for their country and its wildlife. I could see that KiliHolidays is an experienced and respected safari tour in Arusha and I absolutely recommend them. If we ever come back to Tanzania, we will for sure contact them again.

Amazing!
There are many good experiences through out with Katona tours.
But for me the highlight was getting to have Kenneth as my driver/ guide.
Planning the trip went very well. I have contacted numerous companies for gorilla trekking but Katona was the only company who reply fast and through WhatsApp. Planning went smooth with Jackie and she was always available to talk and answer my questions. She was also willing to tailor the way I want the tour to be.
I forgot informing the flight details to come pick me up at the airport but it was done perfectly regardless of my last minutes notice.
I was greeted by Kenneth by his hand written welcome note at the airport. He explained so well about the genocide memorial and the history. But what I was so impressed was the knowledge he has for national parks and for animals. He was working as park rangers for 12 years and he has so much stories to share. Gorilla trekking itself went incredible and I am still amazed and still find it hard to process the fact I saw gorillas!

KWESA IS THE BEST
My wife and I recently took the 7 days Northern Tanzania Classic Safari Tour with Goodluck of KWESA and he was exemplary. The hotel and lodges and food provided on tour were all nice and better than we expected. Goodluck let us spend more time following the migration in Serengeti. We saw all the animals in our wish list save for the wild dogs and took some great photos to keep the memories. We would recommend KWESA to all interested in exploring Tanzania.

We had wonderful time with Lenchada Safari
We joined 4 days Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru budget tour and saw all big 5! We spent two nights glamping experience in Masai Mara and it was clean and comfortable. It was my mom’s first time staying in the tent and she was surprised how comfortable it could be. Our guide/driver Raymond (Koth Pesa) was really helpful and with great knowledge about where to take us for animals. Overall, great tour and quality trip! Highly recommended!

It too good to be true
It was a perfect trip. Thank Serene East Africa Safaris for its integrity and meticulous arrangements.Special thanks to Lucy and Linus .Most people in China travel to Africa will not choose "www.SafariBookings ",because of poor English and too much worry .We're also trying for the first time .We sent our trip to more than a dozen local agencies.we choose Serene East Africa Safari company,Because it's cheap And vehicles use land cruisers .But because it's Christmas, 70% of the money is paid in advance ,And by electronic wire-transfer.This is not used to Chinese people ,After all, it's the first time we've been Cooperation with a completely new company. But Lucy always responds to her emails quickly，We believe in the sincerity of the company.
Our flight is so early ,But when we get out of the airport, Lucy is already waiting.We were moved and all concerns are gone .Guide and driver Linus is funny and sincere.Our English is very poor,Along the way Linus patiently explained animals and... He turned up every morning looking like a hobo .
Extremely poor customer experience. . He was extremely unprofessional and arrogant on at least 20 occasions. Clive looked like a Hobo every morning. He made many promises as to timing and service levels that were a complete lie . I will list these travesties over a 10 day period. We pulled out early due to his extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Mala Mala . A guide that took us close to a White Rhino ( 20 feet ) and it was going to charge . Clive did nothing and said nothing ??? He thinks that , TIA , This is Africa , is an excuse for condoning exploitation of animals . He asked us to arrive 3 hours early to Joburg Airport on our way to Victoria Falls airport so he could secure seats right up the front because he spoke the local language. He being the tour leader took the 1B seat on the bulkhead and his clients got the 63 row . He constantly crapped on about being shot 9 times when he owned a farm near Krocodile river when in in reality he was shot once with a shotgun with SSG nine... Read more ball . I have 2 friends that have been shot by 9 ball shotgun. 1 survived , one didn’t and he carried on like he was special. A Racist cunt and I have recordings of you . We were promised the Okavango Delta but were not even taken close . Nwambe Lodge was a no electricity, cold water , cluster fuck .

What a nice surprise!
My wife and I did 3 days safari with Lion King through Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. We are very pleased with all the journey, that began months earlier with all the e-mails changed with Lion King regarding our hotel reservations. Also our guide, Saleh, was very kind and looked after everything to turn it perfect.
We recommend Lion King!
