Memorable 25th Wedding Anniversary
We decided for our 25th wedding anniversary to do a safari in Tanzania. After reading numerous comment/advice on TripAdvisor I sent a well thought out email of what we were looking for to 10 different tour operators all from my research, 1 year in advance of our intended travel date. Out of the ten I received 3 replies over a 6-week waiting period. After weighing the pros and cons Easy Travel came ahead. Our contact Lizbeth was the first to reply and I got a very good vibe from her right away. Throughout the whole process of tweaking our itinerary as well as sound advice and her valuable expertise it was a very smooth encounter. We settled on a perfect itinerary of 13-day itinerary including a hot air balloon ride as well as flying from Northern Serengeti back to Arusha.
Upon arriving in Arusha, we were met by our driver/guide with a wide grin from ear to ear. Everest Mboya set the relaxing mood right from the start. Upon our late arrival to African Tulip hotel, we were overwhelmed with our bed decorated with rose petals, nice touch!
As noted, in previous comments for safaris your driver/guide determines the outcome of your adventure. Everest is one of the best in our opinion, his knowledge, politeness, attentive manner, sense of humor, flexibility and his interaction with us. His skills as a guide and network of fellow guides (with whom he was in constant contact over the radio) ensured we had a fantastic time. His head was constantly moving to see things we would have completely missed. We were fortunate enough to see 4 migrations across the Mara River, the last crossing being the most spectacular about 2000 wildebeest. One day we had a picnic lunch right beside the hippo pool!
Loved the hot air balloon ride with Miracle Experience. They offered us coffee while up in the balloon, champagne on the ground and bush breakfast with even a cake for our 25th.
We stayed at 3 of the Tortilis camps (owned by Easy Travel), one lodge at the crater and one other tent camp. Spacious tents with 4 poster beds, private bathroom/shower. It was great to hear Wildebeest outside your tent as well as other animal sounds. Staff were great going above and beyond to respond to our requests. Nice touch on staff singing goodbye song in Swahili on each departure at tent camps.
I could go on forever and cannot say enough about Lizbeth and Everest they went above and beyond, listened throughout the whole adventure. Kudos to all the camps, they were top notch.

Brilliant Adventures & Safaris really delivered a brilliant holidays to my family!
I picked this tour operator because I liked them since the start: the way they dealt with me was always welcoming, professional, responsive and not at all pushy. I felt they were embracing my excitement for the trip, they were always patient with all my queries and the exchanges were just right: not too many not too little. Never I felt I doubt them and since my arrival I really liked the way they accompanied us through the journey. Our guide, Joshua, was a good driver, a great animal guide and a pleasant person to spend all day with during four amazing days.
The package we paid was money well spent and with only compliments for the tour operator, the staff and the planning.
Having described all the good in the organization, I will end by saying that Tanzania is an awesome place with awesome people living in. The beauty of the land is breathtaking and seeing such a diversity of wild animals is a dream came true.

Amazing safari with good service!
They arranged our safari on very short notice so that was impressive. The guides wanted us to have a good experience. On safari the guides told us about the animals and answered the questions we had. They also listened to our wishes in the park. We had a wonderful safari experience in Mikumi park. Would highly recommend this company!

Very attentive and helpful from beginning to end!
My husband and I have just returned from our 3-day safari tour in Entabeni Game Reserve in the Waterberg area in the north of South Africa. Singwe, our tour operator took very good care of us and made sure that we could enjoy our trip. We were booked into a different lodge than originally planned (due to a lack of other guests), but that was no problem for us. In the contrary - the Legend Safari and Golf Lodge is a luxurious place and we were treated like VIP guests there. Our twice-daily game drives were the highlight of our stay in South Africa and offered us a glimpse into the awesome wildlife and nature of this huge country. Staff (drivers, waiters, managers, rangers etc) were really friendly and hospitable wherever we came. And we always felt safe and well looked after. Thank you!

Excellent tour, excellent food and great experience!
We went on a 6 day camping safari with Serengeti Wakanda as part of our honeymoon. The guys have been great from start to finish, we were picked up at our hotel and for the length of the tour we didn't have to worry about anything, they provided water/beer/wine everyday and the food was unbelievable. Many compliments to our chef Sulle who was absolutely amazing, everyday was like Christmas dinner! He also made a personalized cake for me and my wife when he found out we were on our honeymoon. The accomodation is basic but there is everything you need and you're so tired by the end of the day that you will sleep anywhere.
The safari itself was incredible, thanks to our very knowledgeable guide Andrew from the first day we got to see and experience all the wild animals we were hoping to see. From lions, cheetas, elephants, giraffes and even the rare african rhino! Andrew really knows his stuff and you can tell he is very experienced when it comes to the animals and the Serengeti. This was definitely the highlight of our honeymoon and we would love to go back to Tanzania again! Thanks guys!

I wanted to go for safari trip with 2 teenage boys (18 and 16). 4 days trip. I sent enquiries to 15 different companies asking for quotation of a tailor made offer (4 days safari: 2 nights in nyani camp site - Serengeti and 1 night in Kitela lodge - Ngorongoro). Salim (owner of this business) was not only the first to respond but also best in price! The service was beyond my expectations (I did safari before so knew what to expect). Salim booked a very experienced driver (Godson) who was driving fast but safely and carefully. Salim did an extra mile to fulfil my needs (Great migration watching at Mara river) and went beyond: cleaned up the car last day for Ngorongoro, got us extra meal for last dinner (outside of offer) before flight departure and hired a great cook (Adari) always smiling and with positive approach. All in all great business and fully recommended!
