The tour owner had no control over self planned / sub contracted portions of the tour.
The tour started on a wrong note and things went south from day 1. Internal communications or lack thereof led to confusion and ultimately exclusion of agreed upon destinations (Equator). The tour was plagued with lesser number/s of rooms being booked (for a party 30 strong) which led to endless arguments and compromises wherein the tour operator took a back seat and 'never' stepped in to take ownership of the situation. On multiple occasions the party was starving for food with the last meal having been taken 10 hours or so back. There were tourists with medical condition/s (diabetes for me) which literally put us at huge risks all due to the lack of planning and foresight of the tour operators. The balloon ride was booked for 28 people only whereas our party was 30 strong. Here again the operator just took a back seat during the proceedings and we finally had a couple of volunteers who gave up their spot/s for the rest of us. No compensation was offered to the folks who gave up their seats. The tour was in the planning for almost a year and the end product was flawed all the way thru. The tour owner met us on day 1 and then on the last day whereas during the planning phases he had committed to being with our party on all the days. The tour owner was also not 'Contactable' throughout the ordeal. The scant respect and lack of support to the touring party is the worst I have seen in my lifetime and believe me I have seen a few in all of my 65 years.

Idrissa is a master chief, he makes a variety of delicious meals. Benji is a passionate guide, he takes time to show us savanna scenes, answer our questions and share his knowledge. Thanks to him, we live 5 intense days with exchange, humour, african music and games

1 day safari to Nyerere park
It was a unique short but very intense experience .. we had a jeep all to ourselves with two fantastic guides who allowed us to see many animals in their natural habitat (lions, elephants, wildebeests, giraffes, monkeys, zebras ecc)

we did a 15-day safari through Uganda in which we really saw everything. Our guides Solomon and Abraham have ensured that this is truly an experience we will never forget.
in addition to what they promise to show us in the document you put together with them, they do their best to go the extra mile. they want to give you a real uganda experience with local food, community tours and are always ready to answer your questions. they know where the good places for tourists to spend the night where you immediately feel comfortable and safe. communication went well and if any changes had to be made, this was communicated well.
in short, I recommend everyone to book his or her trip to East Africa with SCB tours and travel, they are good at what they do and do just that little bit more than what you expect, so they deserve this good review.

Once in a lifetime experience !
Everything was perfect ! We were with Ezekiel and he was one of the nicest person I have ever met. He was absolutely perfect as he was kind, gentle, patient, helpful and always being attentive about all our requests. Thanks to him, we were able to see every animal in its natural habitat and we couldn’t be happier to witness this great experience ! He was always trying to find animals so we can have the best shots and to be the closest to the animals. We were able to see lions, cheetahs, group of elephants coming by our car and I think we were really lucky to have him as he was always trying to get us the best food ever ! Thank you so much for this experience, it was amazing, I recommend anyone doing this safari with Ezekiel !

All promises kept.
The tour started with the pick up at the hotel in Johannesburg, the driver was exactly on time. We did 4 game drives and saw various animals. The Lodge was also located inside the park, and service and food were excellent. There was also the possibility to renr binoculars. Thanks a lot to the guide Sunny who did his best to provide us with the best experience.

Perfect
I traveled with Pride Nature Safaris again this year. I had taken a solo trip with them a month earlier, and had such an amazing time, I brought my young adult sons back with me for a second trip. Both trips were absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend Pride Nature Safaris highly enough. I trust them completely and am recommending them to everyone I know. We were so well taken care of the entire time - from the moment we were met at the airport in Entebbe to the excellent choice of accommodations, the super fun and exciting wildlife and cultural excursions, our fabulous and fun driver/guide, to the delicious meals…I can’t say enough good things about this company. They know Uganda. They know travelers. They know how to put together the perfect trip. Can’t wait to go back and take more of their trips.

Tanzania was great, Can not recommend them for Kenya.
It was a great time in Serengeti and entire Tanzania, The crew in Tanzania took really good care of us, If i need to review just Tanzania I can give 5/5 rating.
In Kenya we did our game drives with one of their partner company and Not a good experience.
