Truly Amazing
Our group had the most spectacular experience with Explorer Kenya. Our guide Simon was so experienced, pleasant and humorous. He knew exactly how the animals would behave to maximize our views. His knowledge of the wildlife was absolute perfection. We absolutely loved him. The entire outfit is a class act. We even saw the highly rare spotted zebra!!!
Would recommend Explorers Kenay to everyone who wants a magical experience.
Awesome Experience. The Team was excellent and the driver experienced. I enjoyed my safari very much
The Team including drivers communications skills was excellent. The coordination was super. I received personalised service which I didn't expect and this really made my safari memorable. Britex team met my expectations and exceeded with lots of complementaries and surprises. The safari was indeed one that I will remember in a long time. The adventure was good and I loved every bit.

A beautiful experience, well organized, and priced well
Before the trip we contacted several safari companies, recommended online, by email, and although all seemed very professional I felt Romeo was the most frank and knowledgeable, plus the price was very good. After many emails and a Skype call we were set on a 7 day safari.
We were picked from the Kilimanjaro airport and brought to the Arusha office where we met Romeo in person and it was a pleasure, he was also very patient while we organized a few things in Arusha and explained to us again what will happen during our safari.
On the following day our driver Amos picked us up and we went the Manyara NP. Amos is a super good driver and animal spotter, he also has a good sense of humor and has a very good knowledge of animals, we enjoyed spending the week with him.
All the places we slept in surprised me by how much better they were than I had expected by choosing the medium comfort level.
I will give here very short reviews and tips of the hotels and parks we went to:
Manyara NP: Awesome as a first day, less impressive if you come after the other parks, no big cats, but lots of monkeys, birds and elephants.
Hunting with the Hadzabe bushman people near lake Eyasi: Great experience, beautiful baobab landscape, fun to go by foot.
Datoga blacksmith people: Somewhat interesting but not a highlight at all.
Central Serengeti: Amazing, even though we had occasional rain during our stay. This is the real safari, I wish we could have just gone 7 days to the Serengeti.
Ngorongoro NP: Amazing park as well, small, but has everything. Highly recommended.
Tarangire NP: Has plenty of elephants but not much more. Not recommended when the rain starts, the animals go missing. Should be much better during the proper dry season.
Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge: Beautiful place, good food, ok lunch box, really recommended.
Ngorongoro Farm House Lodge: Our favorite place, glad we stayed there more than one night, beautiful farm, great rooms, great food, good lunchbox.
Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp: Amazing location, very good luxury tents, good dinner, ok breakfast but the worst lunchbox. A few minor issues with electricity and hot water, and also a slight inconvenience when it rains to go from your tent to the dinner/wifi tent.
Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge: Least favorite place, great view of the crater, but not a very pleasant hotel with annoying staff and a basic room. Best lunchbox though.
Some small cons were:
Although the safari car was the same as all the other safari cars there were some issues with the window and door and two flat tires. Gladly Amos handled it extremely well.
Our time at the Ngorongoro NP was too short, from 7am till 1pm, I believe it could have been managed somewhat better, at least maybe eat the lunchbox later. So unfortunately we didn't see the Rhino.
The lunchbox on the first day we payed extra to the company and it was not good, and too expensive for what it was, better would have been to take it from the Arusha hotel.
All in all I highly recommend Safari Multiways and would not hesitate to go with them again.

Trip ran like clockwork from start to finish a first class service and product.
We were collected from the hotel in zanzibar and taken to the airport. Flights were on time and landed in selous game park. Stayed at lake Manze lodges. The accommodation and food was beyond expectation. The game drives and water safaris were excellent along with the Bush breakfast. A fantastic trip.

A not so good experience. What was promised and communicated on mail and whatsapp, was not delivered
The communication with George was very good via email and whatsapp. The itinerary that we both agreed on was not followed. As soon as the balance of the payment was done before the journey, things were changed randomly. I had specifically asked George to start with a night at Nakuru and then 3 nights at Mara. The plan was reversed without being informed. After 2 nights in Mara, we were informed that we would be heading out to Nakuru and Naivasha for a day each. I had to put my foot down and show them the itinerary which clearly said 3 nights at Mara. The driver obliged and put us into another van. In 5 days, we changed 3 vans and drivers which was a put off. Also, the camps and lodges I had specifically asked for and agreed upon by them, was changed. Although luckily, we ended up being in a good camp. Unfortunately the lodge at Nakuru was pathetic, to say the least.
The safari itself was a fantastic experience. Maasai mara has to be seen to be believed. The sheer vastness of land exclusively for animals is something that blew us away. Will surely make it a once a year affair.

Well Planned Holiday
I called and explained that I was planning a lifetime safari trip to Tanzania . After discussing dates , budget and expectations we agreed on a itinerary visiting four parks in Northern circuit and then finishing up with a few days relaxing in Zanzibar .
Planning was done almost a year in advance and we had lots of time to wait . Paying deposits through online and final payment were smooth and after getting closer to departure I was sent all my confirmed documents and final itinerary.
From the moment I cleared customs in Kilimanjaro
International Airport until being dropped off for my return trip to America , I was always well taken care of. Escorts and drivers were all on time and spoke English well . My itinerary had been well organized and went off without a hitch . I would not hesitated to recommend Jaribu Africa Adventures to anyone .
