We took a private safari tour in Tanzania and were very satisfied with the experience and organization.
Special thanks to our Italian guide Nelson, our driver Joel, and our chef Prospar, all professional, kind, and always available. Nelson was an excellent guide in Italian, knowledgeable, and passionate. Joel took us to see all the animals we hoped to see, demonstrating his great experience, while Prospar won us over with his cuisine: even at the campsite, he prepared truly excellent dishes.
We had some unexpected issues, including a car problem, which was resolved quickly without us missing a day of safari. Even the issue of camping towels, which we hadn't been told we needed to bring, was resolved by the agency purchasing them for us before departure. We really appreciated their ability to quickly find solutions.
Overall, the itinerary was well-organized. The only thing I'd improve on was the day at Ngorongoro: we started from a point quite far from the crater entrance and wasted a lot of time on the journey, leaving us with little time inside the crater.
The only other small complaint concerns the car: compared to the other jeeps we saw during the safari, ours was dirtier and didn't look like it had been washed before departure or during the safari.
The overnight stays were overall good, except for one very basic one, due to the fact that we had chosen the budget package. One of the campsites, however, was truly beautiful.
Overall, it was a positive experience, with a few areas that could be improved: the team's helpfulness and professionalism were the best thing.

Easy communication
An excellent agency for the Kilimanjaro climb; communication via email in English was prompt, and the welcome at the agency on the day of departure was great. The two guides (Ramashani and Toeydi) were perfect—highly experienced and attentive to our needs. The porters and the cook gave us the best possible chance of reaching the summit.

Everything perfect
My experience with Asili Explorer was wonderful. We went on a four-day group safari, including one night in a lodge and two nights in a tent at a campsite. Everything went smoothly with the organization; Joe picked us up at the airport and they dropped us off even with our flight delayed. The safari was wonderful, and we did it at the most economical option possible. I highly recommend them; they're incredibly professional and helpful.

THE BEST
I had the amazing opportunity of partaking in a two day safari at the Ngorongoro Crater and the Tarangire National Park. We started our amazing experience by getting picked up from our hotel in Arusha and after a smooth two hour drive we arrived at the fig tree lodge and it is genuinely something out of a fairytale as the rooms were amazing, the place is stunning and the service is efficient (you could even buy souvenirs there). First day at the crater we were woken up by an amazing breakfast to fuel us up as we woke up around 6am and it was so worth it! We spotted most of the animals apart from the cat family which we ended up seeing on the second day at the Tarangire park. Both days we were given a delicious lunch (don’t be scared to go for seconds) and it was genuinely an amazing experience which I recommend and has to be done once in your lifetime. I would like to thank Ben which was our driver on the second day, he was so welcoming, given us plenty of fun facts and his high experience helped us spot so many animals.

Well organised & phenomenal experience for our honeymoon
We knew we wanted to do Safari for our honeymoon the question was who with, how do you pick them, are they are scam?
Prior to booking with Telly we looked at many safari operators, many had issues with communication, response time, price and trust worthiness.
Telly stood out from the rest by being excellent at all of the above.
They provided a clear, initial itinerary in a timely manner, responded very quickly to our questions and alterations, with a good price and built trust in the process.
They organised our transport to and from the airport, our internal flights (we flew from Zanzibar to Tanzania and back), booked all our accommodation and provided us with a private guide called Justin who was exceptional.
We did 5 days, North Serengeti, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire national park. All brilliant and with Justin’s knowledge, sense of humour and superb driving - it will be an experience we will remember for the rest of our days.

My family and I have spent 5 interesting, relaxing and exciting days in Masai Mara. Organisation by Jane (Axis Safari) has been perfect, always clear and punctual, everything was according to the plan and Soroi private wings Bush Camp even exceeded our expectations. Our guide Collin Sempele is very, very well informed about wild animals habitat, kenyan culture, and extremely generous with the time spent in game. He pays a lot of attention to everyone’s needs and knows how to behave with different characters. I strongly recommend him.

We had the pleasure of having Richard as our driver guide for five safaris over the course of a week in Kenya, and we could not have asked for a better one. Unfortunately we booked the tour through another Kenyan agency, so our first referent and guide was another person whom we do not recommend.
Speaking about Richard, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He was excellent at spotting animals while always treating them and their environment with the utmost respect. He is also extremely knowledgeable about animals and the national parks, and his off-road driving skills are outstanding. He was always smiling, friendly, patient, and available, and he was more than willing to start early whenever needed to make the most of our safari days.
We also had the same jeep for the entire week. It broke down a couple of times, but Richard was incredibly resourceful and immediately used his contacts and skills to get everything sorted out. His driving was confident and sometimes sporty, but always safe, which made us feel comfortable throughout the trip.
The only thing we were sorry about was that, since we were travelling with another agent who from another agency and did not really seem to fit in with him, we unfortunately did not get to interact directly with Richard as much as we would have liked. In fact, after spending the week with him, we would have preferred to have Richard as our only guide — he really is the best!
We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for an excellent safari guide in Kenya. He made our experience truly special, and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and contacts.
