Wonderful safari trip in Kenya
I had a fantastic 7-day safari trip in Kenya! Very well organized and easy contact, and I would highly recommend Bison.
Maggie is incredibly responsible, replying messages and questions almost instantly, which made the planning process so smooth and stress-free. Other companies I contacted always spent 1-2 days to reply my message, which made me speechless.

Despite of a lot of change of plans, we really enjoyed our two day safari to Tarangire and Ngorongor
Good communication and kind personal. They didn’t have a jeep available from their own company duo to low season, so we joined another tour operator. The guide was kind but is english was not very good. It was a bit chaotic with picking up people from different lodges. But the food and accommodation was good and we got lucky in the Ngorongoro crater with a lion and a lion.

Went for our honeymoon trip. 12 nights between Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar.
Dorah was absolutely incredible in helping us plan our trip. Such a thoughtful and sweet woman. She helped me find the best rates and value for our accommodations, and she did not miss one time! No matter how many times I wanted to change something or ask for more info she delivered in such a timely manner. Her communication before and during the trip to ensure everything went smoothly was amazing.
Moses was our guide through Kenya… he gets 11 out of 10 stars rating. His knowledge of the wildlife, where to find them, what were the best times to go on game drives to find wildlife was perfect. He was extremely nice, humble, personable, funny, and respectful. He made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He made us feel right at home. He ensured everything was planned out perfectly with the lodges we were staying at, ensuring our lunch was set up, our breakfast times were arranged, and itinerary was smooth with our extra planned activities. He kept track of the animals we had seen to ensure we saw all the big 5. He also noted what animals we were really wanted to see and made sure his efforts were focused on our experience and he definitely delivered.
If you want to be treated like family, receive good advice on what to do (not a company who just wants to take your money), and have experienced guides that know where to go. You found the right company.

Incredible & memorable experience thanks to Big Apes Africa!
I have (sadly) returned home after the most amazing 5 day tour of Uganda with brilliant guide Ben from Big Apes Africa.
I truly can’t fault them. A professional company, maintaining great communication during the planning stage and who patiently accommodated all my requests and changes. Bella and Peter were great to deal with, always prompt in their responses.
When in Uganda, my guide Ben did everything in his power to ensure my Ugandan experience was beyond anything I could imagine - up close and personal with the gorillas and chimps, tree climbing lions, elephants, zebras, water buffalo, hippos, lions, warthogs and a million bird species - you name it, I saw it!
Ben was always punctual, so informative and knowledgeable about the bird and animal life and he personalised the sites and info to my interests. I also learnt so much about Uganda and the wonderful people and he was so patient with me wanting to stop for numerous stunning scenery photos!
The boat ride was really amazing for the abundance of wildlife but Queen Elizabeth NP was also a highlight. The accommodation was great, particularly at Lake Bunyonyi which was so special and a wonderful relaxing start to the week, along with Enshama Game Lodge where meeting ‘John’, the visiting wild elephant was a highlight!
Ben was great - always courteous, friendly and was excellent company on the long drives, so accomodating and always patient in answering my many questions!.
I am beyond grateful to BAA and especially Ben, for ensuring that I had the most memorable and incredible experience that surpassed all expectations. Thank you 🙏🏼 ☺️

Poor reliability
Our safari was full of beautiful sights and incredible memories, BUT it was also overshadowed by the POOR RELIABILITY of Safari 360’s vehicles. The only reason we managed to enjoy the experience at all was thanks to our driver and guide who was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and always gave 110% to keep us safe and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down three separate times during our trip. The first breakdown happened just outside a Maasai village, and our guide impressively managed to fix it on his own. The second was as we left Serengeti. The third and worst breakdown happened in the middle of nowhere, on the road through the jungle to our accommodation. We were completely stranded until the next morning, when the company finally sent another vehicle. Despite the major disruption to our itinerary, Safari 360 accepted only a 10% of refund, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
To be clear: our guide did everything humanly possible in all three situations. His quick thinking, calm approach, and commitment to his guests were remarkable, and he deserves the highest praise. But as much as we appreciate him, the company itself failed us. Safari 360 seriously needs to maintain their vehicles properly and take responsibility for their clients’ experiences.

Unforgettable Family Safari in Tanzania!
We’re a family with two young boys (6, and 8) and we booked the 8-Day Comfort Honeymoon Safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater + 3 days in Zanzibar). The whole experience was absolutely amazing!
Our guide, Adrian, was fantastic — very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made sure we saw as many animals as possible and always took great care of our safety and comfort, even preparing our lunches every day. The safari was full of incredible wildlife moments, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
After the safari, we spent three relaxing days in Zanzibar — the perfect way to end the trip. What impressed us most is that the whole adventure was organized less than a week before our departure, yet African Bovine Adventure planned every detail perfectly.
An awesome experience we’ll never forget — highly recommended!
