The communication was excellent. They were quick to answer any questions and made sure we got where we had to go and had everything we needed. The whole experience was smooth from the incredible pick up and tour guide from Johannesburg to the game drives in Pilanesberg. We had a short two day safari trip and saw so much for an excellent price. This being our first time in South Africa, we knew we wanted to experience a great safari and that was exactly what we got.

I traveled to Kenya with my 10-year-old son, visiting Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Hell's Gate, and Amboseli. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Hell's Gate was a major highlight for us—the nature is spectacular, and learning from the local Maasai guides was deeply inspiring. Our driver, Daniel was very friendly, hardworking, and took good care of us.
To be completely objective, I must mention the vehicle's reliability. Our car broke down twice on the way to Lake Nakuru. However, the drivers on the road they helped to resolve the situation.
Overall, it was a very memorable and valuable trip. The service and communication were good, but I highly recommend the company strictly inspects their vehicles before long journeys. With better-maintained cars, this would be a perfect 5-star experience.

Genes is fun, caring and professional.
My sister and I hiked Kilimanjaro with Genes. He and his crew were fun, kind and professional. We had an authentic experience and felt very safe the entire trek. Everything went off without a hitch. We got to see gorillas, chimps, lions, elephants, baboons, hippos, water buck, springbok, buffalo, warthogs, crocodiles and more! The places we stayed were perfect and the service was out of this world. The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all were really delicious. As a professional photographer, I had the opportunity to capture everything I was looking to photograph! Also, our guide Muhwezi Shever got us everywhere we needed to be on time and has a ton of information on anything you think of asking!

Yasin was the best tour guide and made it an unforgettable experience for me!! He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to go above and beyond. He was very accommodating to the many stops we needed for snacks and pictures! He also brought us a speaker to play music on the drive from nairobi which was so fun. The best operator we could possible choose!!
Everything was perfect, starting from booking, Iddy was very helpful, generosity if every Samora member, to our guide Emmanuel, very responsible with respect to animals, no chasing for the best picture.. always cautious. The food we had everyday was amazing and special thanks to our STOMACH ENGINEER:).
We love the accommodation and the whole approach to us. I would definitely recommend Samora and if we ever come again, we know who to choose!
