We did a 7-day safari with lappet faced safaris for our honeymoon in August 2022. From the initial contact, Francisco was incredibly helpful in customizing the trip based on our desires. For example, we wanted to travel to Northern Serengeti to see the river crossing, and to ensure we didn't loose a day for travel, Francisco arranged a flight out of Lobo airport. Lappet faced safaris was the only tour provider who was willing to arrange this. The accommodations were also incredible.
The safari itself was a once in a lifetime experience! Our guide, Noel, made us feel very welcome, he was incredibly kind and SO SO knowledgeable (about wildlife and Tanzania's history etc). He did everything he could to ensure we had the best experience possible and that we saw so much amazing wildlife. We went to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Central & Northern Serengeti. We saw the big 5 (including two sightings of a black rhino), 10 cheetahs, and >5000 wildebeests crossing the Mara river.
Absolutely unforgettable experience! We highly recommend lappet faced safaris!

Really friendly and funny team! They pick you up and drop off wherever you are. Be ready to hear funny stories and eat good food during your journey. We manage to see all the animals! It’s a experience that I would love to repeat and I recommend 100%

Amazing 10-Day Safari through Beautiful Uganda
We did the 10 day Pearl of Africa Tour in November 2022 and enjoyed every second of it. We visited both Murchison Falls NP, as well as Queen Elizabeth National Park, did the Chimp and the Gorilla Trekking.
The communication with Hedmond beforehand was wonderful and he always answered us promptly.
Our guide Benon made it a memory to last and we can highly recommend him to show you beautiful Uganda.
He took great care of us and let us have a lot of time with the animals we encountered. We felt safe and very welcome during our entire stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Amazing safari experience in Serengeti and Ngorongoro
I had an amazing safari experience with Suricata travels. They offered among the best prices we found, and they were really helpful with everything - they answered all our questions, helped us when we arrived in Arusha and offered us lodging.
During the safari we had "Rocky" as a guide and "Musse" as a chef (I don't quite know how to spell their names) , and they did an excellent job! Rocky made sure we were having a good time, and took us around Serengeti and Ngorongoro and to the camps. He was always ready to give us interesting information about the different animlas of the parks. We ended up seeing plenty of lions, giraffes, cheetas, leopards, elephants, flamingos, hippos and many many more animals!
Musse cooked great food, and most dishes somehow tasted familiar, even though I had them for the first time, so he certainly knows how to cook for people from all over the world!
I can recommend Suricata Travels to anyone looking for a safari experience. They will make sure to give you an experience you won't forget!

Very professional
We had a 3 days tour. We went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. We stayed for 2 nights at Octagon lodge.
The trip was very well organised. The guides we had, James and Ezekiel, were great and always making sure we were ok and comfortable. They were also very patient - we travelled with our 2 kids (5y old and 2 y old).
The 3 parks we visited were really nice and different. James and Ezekiel provided a lot of additiona information during the trip.
The lodge was also very nice and conveniently located. The room was big and clean, the breakfast and dinner were very good. the lunch box was also good.
Before travelling we had a few email exchange with the tour operator to agree the itinerary and they were always very professional and quick in their answers. Everything went well and we would definitely recommend Tanzania Roadside!

Upendo and Frank were amazing! They kept me safe and cared that I wo'nt feel alone but feel good.
I trecked Meru Mountain with them. It was great adventure and the best in my life. Through all the way- Upendo and Anderson the managers took care of me.. before and after the treck- Upendo came and stayed with me for a long time, even though I didnt exept this. Because I traveled alone this compeny made sure I would feel happy and that everithing I asked for- I'll get. My guide at Meru- Frank, was the best! He bacame my friend, tought me a lot, nade me lough and allways took care of me. He made my trip to be fun but also ecxited.Frank brought with him a lot of sense of humor and a big heart, and I thank for him about all that.
So I anjoyed with Afritime Tours a lot and recomend to all to go only with them!

Amazing experience in Kilimanjaro region
We've done a full day activity with the guide Mr T and I can just say we had a perfect day. We started with a walk from the Materuni village to the waterfall, a beautiful trail surrounded by bananas tree and coffee farms. Then we went back to the village where we saw how the locals produce coffee and we could try ourselves, and in the end we would drink the fresh coffee they just toasted and roasted. They also cooked an amazing lunch using the local ingredients and it was so tasty! We finished the day in the Hot springs, a beautiful place to have a swim and refresh after a long day. Mr T was very helpful all the time, he is very nice, calm and know a lot about the region. I highly recommend the activity and him as a guide.

Excellent Safari Experience
Excellent experience with Lion King Adventures from the moment we requested a quote to the airport drop off. Gilbert was our guide and was amazing at spotting animals and getting us to the perfect spot to view them and take pictures. His knowledge of all of the animals was mind blowing. Our accommodations were all excellent. Thank you Gilbert and Lion King adventures for an awesome trip!

Knowledgeable and fun!
Wonderful company! I did a 5 day safari with them and it was an all around great experience. Loreta and company arranged everything from airport pick up to airport drop off. My safari guide Freddie is a gem. Not only did he know so much from 20 years experience, he has a great personality and caters to what you want to do. My only advice is do not cheap out on accommodations as it is well worth the money and take a good camera for the safari.
