Friendly, correct and flexible!
We did a one day safari, which meant many hours on the road (pretty exhausting, nevertheless a great opportunity to experience the towns/rural areas as well as the surrounding nature on the way!) as well as beautiful encounters in the national park, as nature did not disappoint!
The drive from Dar es Salaam was way longer than announced, which leads to the one aspect that could be improved - providing snacks and/or previously communicating that the included lunch ain't enough for what in the end were ~20h altogether would be great!
Other than that the communication regarding the booking etc. was easy and correct, the pick up punctual.
We have felt very safe despite the crazy traffic and we've been making stops whenever we've expressed needing one! A much appreciated flexibility!
The value for money was decent, we'd wish for a bit more input regarding the animals but in the aftermath it seems that our initiative was asked for, sth our tired brains missed - so if you wanna know more - ask! :)
The tour in the park was great, we were being given enough time to enjoy whatever has caught our eye so we've enjoyed every minute of it and it felt very satisfying!
All in all an enriching experience we are thankful for and would recommend!

Good and Reliable Company
Me and my Friend went on a nine day trip in Kenya that started in Nairobi. It was supposed to be 8 days but because we had an extra day at the end of the trip, Mr. Benson suggested we make it nine days safari.
We visited Samburu, ol Pejeta sweetwaters, lake nakuru, lake naivasha and masai mara. We had a really great time. Our driver Paul was very great, good communication and knowledgeable about all the areas and the animals. Mr. Benson is a very nice guy, very helpful and quick to response. The land transport were organized and the hotels were more than we expected. The lodges were comfortable and beautiful.
If i go back to Kenya, i would not doubt in booking my safari again with Banok Safaris

Amazing Safari to Amboseli
Trevaron Tours really came through for us. We had an amazing experience on this safari to Amboseli National Park. Hannah did a great job communicating all the relevant details, planning the itinerary and helping us get the trip booked.
Our guide Samson was the perfect guy for the job. He knows how to find all the animals in the farthest ends of the parks, including the rare ones like the leopard and black rhino. He would drive nonstop for many hours to make sure we saw as many amazing animals as possible. We came up close to the animals in the park and the adrenaline was one to fathom.
Samson also taught us a lot about the diverse cultures and way of living in Kenya. He also shared several stories about his many years as a guide. His sense of humour is one to crave for.
Great trip, thank you Trevaron Tours for this amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience
We did a 3 night/2 day private safari with Mufasa Tours and Travels. It was a unique experience, we can only recommend it.
Peter, our driver, was great! We have always felt safe with him, he has been doing this job for more than 10 years, it was felt! Thanks to him for everything!
Polly, with whom we exchanged e-mails, was always very available and attentive to any questions. She sent us all the necessary information beforehand.
Our accommodation was the Zebra Plain, a beautiful wilderness lodge. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
We saw a lot of animals (except the rhinoceros which was shy).
It is an unforgettable experience!

Great tour operator for discovering Uganda, the pearl of Africa, book with them without hesitation
First, we wanted to visit Rwanda mainly for mountain Gorillas , but we change our mind when we saw the price of the permit !!!
And then , the opportunity became Uganda ,half the price !
We were not disapointed at all ! The country is so beautiful , with landscapes changing colors from the green of the mountains, the yellow of the savanah, the blue of the numerous lakes, and the lodges always situated in beautiful places with breathtaking views.
With our guide Balam , that i have to say is an important part of the success of our journey , we saw all the animals we do not know that we could see, in different national parks, the big five, lions on the trees, leopards, chimpanzés , so many beautiful coloured birds singing the whole day, amazing sunrises and sunsets, and so good vegetarian food and fruits
People of Uganda is so welcoming and i have to say that we love all the kids we met
We visited many countries in Africa , made so many safaris ,saw many animals, but we do not imagine all Uganda has to offer !!!
And last but not least, the encounter with mountain gorillas, the main reason of coming to Uganda, the pearl of Africa ,was so amazing, uncredible, that we will never forget it !

The best tour provider in Africa
This is our fourth time using Wild Wings Safaris to book our trip to Africa and we wouldn't use any other provider. The office team have fantastic knowledge and provided us with a range of options to tailor the holiday to our needs. The communication is fantastic and any question i had they could provide an answer. We stayed in Cape Town and then did a 5 day Kruger Safari with Wild wings. The safari itself was delivered by Wild Wings and they delivered an amazing experience. They are unique be providing the transfer from Johannesburg, providing catering for 4 nights with some amazing local food and delivering amazing game drives. Our guide Nicky has such an in-depth knowledge of the park and was flexible to tailor the drives for my wife who was pregnant. Every experience with Wild Wings is amazing, delivering amazing value for money - we did over 10 hours of game drives a day. I couldn't think of a better partner to tailor and deliver a perfect African holiday.

Excellent service and safari from Bencia
After a lot of research on safaris to Masai Mara and lake Nakuru I chose Bencia because they offered great value for money, they (Alfred) were very responsive and answered all my queries promptly and in detail. Susan from the team escorted and assisted us with purchasing a Sim card whilst our guide George escorted us to an ATM as requested before we departed. We opted for the luxury accommodation option which was great and the tour itself was amazing. George made us feel very comfortable in the vehicle and drove safely. He was punctual, reliable and knowledgeable about a lot of the animals we saw, trying his best to take us to areas where we could see lions, cheetah, etc. I would highly recommend Alfred and his team at Bencia.

I have unforgettable memories of the safari organized by Benson. From the friendly welcome from the airport, then a big thank you to Frank, our pleasant and careful driver.
