"Wilderness light" almost close enough to touch
Round trip was in comfortable minibuses for 10 people. Aquila is a wonderful place if you want to experience the Big 5 in the wild for the first time. Of course it’s not the real wilderness, but it gives you a taste of real safaris. I enjoyed the ride through the grounds in a small group. Our companion Charlie gave us interesting insights into the animal world and guided us very well. Time flew by and I was in a completely different world all day long.

Great Maasai Mara Big five safari experience.
It was a memorable safari with Bison Safaris .Booking process was very easy as Maggie helped us out with all the questions that we had. Our driver Guide James was very experienced and knew where to spot all the Big 5 of the Masai Mara and a very friendly driver .Top class service at the camp with great food .Interns of value for money we can comfortably give it a thumbs up. We recommend anyone wishing to book a safari to Kenya to book via Bison Safaris and you wont be disappointed at all. Thank you Bison team and see you in August 2023 for Migration as we agreed.

They provide exceptional value for money, go above and beyond European standard of services.
First of all, when I decided to go on a safari trip and wanted to find a reliable tour operator, the problem was to choose one because there were too many of them. So I started reading reviews and the phrase, value for money, caught my eye. And really, if I evaluate what we saw, it seems unbelievable. In my case, it was a little more complicated, because I am a celiac and that was not a problem either. I communicated with Sam, who is such a willing and attentive man. I changed the dates of safari, but it was not a problem for Sam at all. Overall, Sam's helpfulness and willingness to fulfill clients'wishes is far above the level of services in Europe. For example, after the safari, we went to the sea. Sam bought us tickets for the bus, had them delivered to the camp where we were, arranged for us to be brought to the pick-up point and put us on the bus. What shocked me the most was that Sam with the bus driver arranged this pick-up point somewhere in between Nairobi and Mombasa, at a petrol station outside the bus stop. No agency would do such a service for me, since it was no longer a part of the safari. One of the agency's rules is to make sure the client is taken care of and safe. I already know that I want to see the Serengeti park and I will again go only with this agency. They also do safaris in neighbouring countries. In terms of accommodation, we were given three price options, from which we chose. It was the same with the choice of parks for our safari. They are incredibly flexible and try to adapt to the client in everything. If you go on safari, ask for Felix as your driver. Only on safari can you understand what a skilled driver is. The routes in the parks are bumpy, full of holes, ruts and rocks. Who hasn't been yet has no idea. Felix brilliantly managed all the maneuvers with the car, he drives without any navigation, even in the dark when we were moving to Amboseli Park, we didn't get lost in that wasteland. If he damaged the car from below or hang the car on some rock, it would definitely spoil the whole program. By the end of the safari, I already had faith in him like superman and I admired him how he managed everything. When observing animals in parks, the drivers cooperate and tell each other by radio where and what animals are found. Every evening at the camp, Felix had the whole car washed inside and out, which was very good because of the dust. He also was a guide, every day he told us our program, approximate times and a lot of details that only local people know. Thanks to Felix, the safari was memorable and exceptional.

Once in a lifetime experience and excellent support.
To visit Kenya was always my dream and to explore the wildlife was always on my list. My plan was to visit Masai Mara Game Reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park. Thankfully I got in touch with Isabellah and Jared they both guided me in visa process and it was my first visit to Kenya so from Nairobi Airport they picked me and then took me to Masai Mara Game Reserve. The accommodation and food was excellent at the lodge and those game drives were excellent it was amazing to see the animals so closely. After Masai Mara Game Reserve we went to visit Nakuru National Park and to see Rhinoceros was definitely the best thing. I was very happy with visit to Masai Mara Game Reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park so I recommend everyone to visit both the places and go with Salina Wild Adventures as they are experienced and excellent in planning such wonderful trips.

A 5-star experience from start to finish!
When visiting Tanzania this fall, we were lucky enough to go on a safari in the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. Seeing animals close in their natural habitat that we would normally only see in National Geographic—from baby Cheetahs, a lion pride with cubs to a pool with hundreds of hippos—is hard to describe. Team Guide Africa did a great job of organizing the perfect safari for my husband and I, making sure it was an incredible experience from start to finish. A huge shout out to our guide, Michael— his understanding of the animals and love for what he does made this trip the unforgettable experience it was. If you ever want to spend 4 days out in the Serengeti, Michael is the person you want to do it with!

Isa is knowledgeable and extremely attentative to the needs and desires of his clients.
This adventure was postponed twice due to covid. It is remarkable that Isa was able to keep both the company together and fully honor his commitment to me.
That said this is the best adventure tour I have ever been on. We saw everything that I desired safely and for a camping tour with comfort and style. Good. Simple food, well planned safari drives, and a command of the habits of the many species made for amazing photography and a remarkable two weeks.

Amazing safari experience!
Me and my family (wife and kids 13 and 10 yo) travelled with Soul of Tanzania and spent four days in Ngorongoro, central Serengeti and Lake Manyara. We had an amazing few days with our guide Gabriel, who was very knowledgeable, a good communicator and great at spotting rare wildlife. We saw nine leopards and three cheetahs in Serengeti for example, which is above and beyond anything we have experienced at other African safaris. Our top experience was a balloon safari over Serengeti at sunrise. If you get the opportunity, I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful Botswana!
I am a South African and visited Botswana for the first time in October 2022. Botswana had been on my bucket list for over a decade and now, I wish I had visited sooner! It is a beautiful country, their people are kind and helpful, fluent in English and easy to converse with. I visited three Kwando Safaris camps and loved each camp. The camps are unfenced and the wildlife experience is second to none - elephants walking through camp, buffalos, warthogs, antelope, amazing birdlife and more. The most beautiful scenery and landscapes - perfect for photography! The animal life is abundant, and in the private concessions, game viewing isn't crowded, it's private and perfect. You're often/ always the only safari vehicle at any one sighting. The experience was personal, exceeded my wildest expectations. Safari drives, mokoro on the rivers, fishing, motor boats in the Delta - all spectacular.
Food and drinks are endless, sunsets are magnificent (you HAVE to see an African sunset!), afternoons are long and lazy. Each camp having a swimming pool, lovely to laze at (with the passing elephant every so often!).
Bear in mind, that October is known to be Botswana's warmest month, with little to no rain (waiting for the November rains, which cools the ground). The days were hot - about 40 dgs C, but it cooled down relatively at night. I still loved it - I love African heat! The Delta was dry, and so was the bushveld, making it easier to find animals. But due to the dryness, sand and bushveld fires, the atmosphere was hazy (but you don't really notice this, unless you're processing protos and hope for a crystal clear environment).
I felt safe all of the time, from landing at Maun airport to my journey back home.
My suggestion: Botswana must be on your bucket list, visit it! You won't regret it, it's a magical experience from start to finish. I can't wait to go back!!!

'Budget' felt like luxury
We had a fantastic 4 day safari in Masai Mara. There was no shortage of wildlife - elephants, rhino, giraffe, leopards, zebra, lions, antelope, gazelle, hippos... And we were able to get quite close, too, for some great shots. I definitely recommend paying a little extra for a Landcruiser if you can. We went with Unscripted Safaris and Alex, the driver/guide, was brilliant. Knowledgeable, calm, organised and friendly. It made all the difference. The 'budget' safari felt quite luxurious so don't feel you need to splurge on extras. We could not be happier with the experience.
