Raymond was really nice and friendly with us ! I will start again with him, no hesitation.
Our tour operator, Raymond, was great, he tried his best to show us all the animals from the top 5 (rhinoceros, lion, leopard, hippopotame and buffalo). Plus, he’s a good driver.
If you are overthinking about the good value of the trip, stop it, and do it, it was amazing, you have to try !
Service is perfect, whether it is for food, comfort or driving.

Reached out to Pauline at very short notice for a 5 days holiday for my family of 4 and she did not disappoint!
Perfect choice of resort for us and a very well put together package with a good balance of relaxation and exploration. What I love about Pauline is she hears you, understands your requirements and builds a package that's tailored for you! I have a toddler (he was 2 at the time) and she not only gave us a resort with excellent facilities for kids but also liaised with the airline to inform them we'd bring a car seat on board the plane which made our trip smooth (usually I have to explain to airlines on this!) She suggested excursions that are off the beaten path such as the amazing bike tour we went on with my husband, made for a beautiful morning experience for us as a couple (while our son and nanny played at the kids' club)....everyone got a proper vacation out of this trip.
I referred two friends to Pauline for a Mara safari and they too had nothing but good things to say!

Enthusiastic and Friendly
Hamza provided my hotel transfers and a full day private tour in-between .
Pick up was on the North of Zanzibar (including my luggage).
Our first stop was a Spice Plantation. Hamza walked me through the Spice Plantation privately along with a local guide. They provided a wealth of informative information as well as being entertaining. On a side note, it may be wise to bring cash to the plantation to purchase various items - No ATM available or Credit Cards taken.
After the Spice Plantation we drove to Stone Town where we caught a private boat to Prison Island. I am not sure what I expected to see on the island, but it was not the Tortoises. They were a pleasant surprise. Feeding and touching them was a blast!
Then we returned back to Stone Town for our walking tour. We covered so many interesting stops in Stone Town. I would have never been able to see so much without Hamza’s excellent guidance and commentary. After walking through a maze of interesting streets, we ended in the market. What a joy to walk around the market with the locals while feeling perfectly safe in Hamza’s care.
We then took off to my resort north of Stone Town. The traffic getting there was a mess - but never did Hamza show any frustration. We would get to the resort safe and sound no matter how long the delay.
I highly recommend Hamza to take you on a tour of Zanzibar.
His warm personality and shared knowledge will give you a most memorable day I am sure.

We booked our South Africa tours with Pembury Tours starting End of December up to 4th of Jan, our Tour Operator Kerry Riree did a fantastic job and tailor-made our points of interest for the trip, she provided much detailed information about the kind of activities we are interested and also suggested a few places that proved to be simply fantastic and memorable. The planning and logistics were so precise like clockwork and best part of all was that we were being contacted by Kerry at every point after reaching a new destination, just to ensure that we were safe and also to reconfirm that everything went as planned and that we did not have any problems. She ensured that we were booked in the best accommodation and managed the two safari tours….. We had a memorable trip to South Africa and I would like to take this opportunity to express a big “Thank You” to Kerry and Pembury Tours for their fantastic service and will surely book our next trip through them very soon.

We had a wonderful experience! Red Africa Safaris delivered everything what promised and more! The guides (Jaco and Keegan) were amazing. The program itself was adjusted to our needs, the operator was flexible and thoughtful! It was our first time in South Africa and Kruger Park, thus we did a lot of preparational work and we're glad we chose Red Africa Safaris. If we'll come back - we'll definitely chose those guys again.

Our tour guide Andrew is really good at what he does.
The word that comes to mind when I think of our safari experience is incredible.
Lennox perfectly coordinated all communications leading up to the safari experience without a glitch. Our safari tour guide and driver (Andrew) was amazing. Andrew is friendly, energetic, fun, down to earth, flexible, a great driver and extremely knowledgeable about the Maasai Mara area. He made it his personal vendetta to ensure we saw all the big 5 and boy did he deliver. By the end of our 3 day safari tour, we saw 4 of the big 5 among many other amazing animals.
Just a side note, the all wheel drives are used for the safari game drives for a reason. Be prepared for a proper off-roading experience

I recommend Azas safaris Uganda, I booked a trip with Azas , since i was lone. I requested Prisca to help me join a group. The trip was amazing,
I could say the accommodation was good, food was good, our guide Christopher was good and a good driver.
Prisca always communicated to me in time and always updated me how far my bookings for the trip was going. I liked chimpanzee trekking and bigodi community in kibale where experienced how that community lives.
Late we headed direct to bwindi and we did an amazing gorilla trekking, we were lucky to have seen more than one family of gorillas, they have a great history and amazing to watch,
I highly recommend Azas safirs Uganda for its tremendous work towards hosting us in Uganda.

Excellent Customer Experience
Amazing safari, nice people, and great drivers!
We had a 7-day excursion in a Landcruiser. Ayubu served as our tour guide. He referred to me as The Big Boss. Giraffes are our favorite animals. We saw a lot! Ayubu knows everything about animals. We had a lot of fun, and he became a friend of mine. Tanzania was the nicest vacation I've ever had.
