The best travel agent I have never experienced...
We spent 3 weeks in Cape Town then NorthWest Botswana, a trip organized in close collaboration with Walter, from SafariOnline. I am a demanding customer for everything and especially for my travels and holidays and the advice, support, efficiency and kindness of Walter and team have met and exceeded my expectations. Firstly, this trip has been co-constructed with Walter and I was not proposed with a "one size fits all" option, as it is often the case. We had dozens of e-mails to finally end with the trip I wanted. This said, I am convinced that Walter is fully flexible and knows also to adapt to those who do not want to spend so much time in preparing their journey. Secondly, this trip had been initially planned to occur in april 2020 and was of course cancelled 1.5 months before departure because of Covid 19. Walter had us refunded of all what could be, and this was of course highly appreciable. And thirdly, the trip itself was memorable, with no place creating any disappointment. Walter's team was always reachable (we just needed this once, because of a hotel which did not find the room booking, which was sorted out within minutes).
So, communications, service, value for money, reliability and the tour itself were all outstanding; I warmly recommend SafariOnline to anyone who wants to visit Southen Africa, and I thank them very sincerely.

Professional, accommodating and passionate about the outdoor life
MOTE Travel made our trip an unforgettable experience. The itenerary was great, we stayed in 6 different camps, all of which each was unique in their own way. Activities incl Victoria Falls, game drives, sunset cruises (with cheese & wine) and we had enough time on our hands to do our own exploring. The food was EXCELLENT!!! Thank you Adriaan, Lydia, Bridgette and Steven, the Addams family rocks!

Had an amazing trip. Would recommend Frena adventures to everyone wanting a great experience either it be gorilla trekking or safari in Queen Elizabeth national park. I did both this year.
With Frena i got great service, easy communication and guide(s) with so much lokal knowledge that the car ride it self is very enjoyable. The trip was amazing and definitely worth the money.

Best tour experience to Sipi falls and Pain Upe Game reserve. Good time keeping, good planning, best accommodation selection and proper guide selection for tour places. I enjoyed the tour with my friends, I loved the fact that Mirama Hills Safaris cares so much about the safety and well-being of its clients above all, no taking risks in the name of tour experience. Everything was generally on point, surely I can't wait to have another tour experience this December with Mirama Hills Safaris. Among the best tour companies I know in Uganda so far.

Exceptional service!
From the very first conversation with Susan from Discover Africa I knew we were in great hands. The communication between Susan and myself was great considering I live on the other side of the world (Melbourne, Australia) and Susan was always quick to reply to any queries. The information provided from Discover Africa was second to none. This was a special trip for my mums 70th birthday and we were travelling as a large family group (8 adults, 12yo, 9yo) and Susan allayed any fears of travelling to South Africa.
The safari that Susan suggested for us was perfect. We stayed at Beck's Safari Lodge in the Karongwe Reserve and this was absolutely amazing. 5 nights, 4 full days of game spotting, relaxing, eating. This was truly a once in a life time experience for my family.
Susan also helped us with the 2nd part of the holiday in Cape Town. She booked all of our transfers and tours for the week and this was fabulous. We didn't have to worry about anything as it was perfectly planned.
I was in contact with Susan while in Sth Africa as we had some adverse weather and Susan was quick to rearrange some of the touring to different days so we could get the best out of our stay.
I cannot thank Susan enough for her efforts in making this holiday of a lifetime so so easy to book. As I said, right off the bat the communication was amazing and we had a great experience booking with Discover Africa.
