Amazing
Our safari was so perfectly organized and our tour guide Joseph was the best one ! We went on camping and had the chance to eat all of Tito’s food, which was a feast each day ! Communication before the safari was very well done too and 2 nights in Arusha (before and after the safari ) is included too, as well as transfert from airports. We loved everything about this company and we would go again with them !

Chalema provided a tailored tour around the national parks and an amazing trek from the Empakaai crater to the lake Natron with a local Maasai guide. This was truly an amazing experience.
Our guide was very experienced with a great sens of humour. During the trek we were accompanied by a fantastic chef who cooked delicious food.
Chalema were also extremely flexible and were quick to adapt the itinerary when needed.
Joël, the owner was kind, and very professional. He responded very quickly to all of our requests and inquires prior to the tour. Joël and our tour guide speak fluent French which is a plus for French guests.

Experience of a Lifetime
Just got back to the United States from a private 16 day Tanzanian Safari with Lion King Adventures. Our guide for 14 of the 16 days was Gilbert. I cannot begin to speak highly enough about his knowledge and willingness to accommodate any requests we had along the way. We were treated like royalty from the moment we landed in Kilimanjaro to the day we left. Gilbert made sure they we were informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend others considering utilizing the services of Lion King.

Amazing experience!
We just came back from our 5 day / 4 night camping safari with suricata and it was just amazing! Our guide was very knowledgable and got us to see a looot of animals up close (thanks James!), we got plenty of nice food (thanks to Moussa) and were blessed with a great group in our car (max 6 people at a time).
About the camping: The tents were always built up for us which was super convenient and you get a thin matress that is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall, dont expect luxury but we really enjoyed it and would choose camping again, its a really cool experience to sleep in the wild. Dont forget to pack a warm fleece jacket as on Ngorongoro crater it gets pretty cold during the night.
About the lenght of your trip: If you are short on time, I would advice to book the 4 day / 3 nights tour as it gives enough time to enjoy the most amazing sights (serengeti and ngorongoro) and is still not too rushed.
About suricata: We are beyond happy with the service we got! Obviously there are cultural differences that you might need to get used to while traveling in Tanzania but the guys at suricata really go the extramile to make sure you have a good time while you are in & around Arusha, not only on the safari but also in the city itself. This morning one of them even organized breakfast for us as the hotel had run out of food eventhough we were there on time. We really appreciated also that the night before & after the Safari in Arusha were included in the price (we were staying at the Senator), and also the airport transfers. Really a great value for money. Thank you so much again!

Well organized and managed tour, we liked a lot.
We had 15 Day Best Birding and Classic Wildlife Safari in Uganda. It was very nice experience though not a very easy one. The gorilla ( especially this) and chimpanzee trekkings were quite challenging in physical sense. A porter was a must in gorilla trekking. We had a very professional and nice guide with us all the time and also the other guides in National Parks were very professional. They found us many birds and recognized them well.
We had nice mid-prize accommodation in the country yard in every place, not one in any town which was very good. The service and the stuff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. The food was good in most places. Only one member of our group was vegan and her food was not so good in every place.
Quite expensive but worth every euro. Thank you Maraka Safaris!

Kikitu for president
We had an amazing 5-Day Safari in Masai Mara, Naiwasha and Nakuru. Our Guide Kikitu knew a lot about all kind of animals and found them everywhere in the parks. We were amazad of Kikitus fun and still well organized attitude. We can really recommend to go on a Safari with him. The camps were basic but had all you need and was a cool adventure.

Great time, unforgatable experience
Kilimanjaro plus safari
Very good preperation of whole trip, very good conntact with office. Everything on time. Spacial thanks to our tour quide on kilimanjaro Elly, he made great atmosphere (of course with his two right hands Tomi and Jonhsonn, and the rest of his team - we will remember this to the end of live). Amazing Professional Imformative
I had an amazing 6 days on Safari with my Tour guide Evans. The intenirairy was followed to a tee. Evans made sure we were well informed on the animals profiles and answered every questions I had on the animals. The accommodations were great. We always had buffet style meals with tastes for all people. The lodges were also very comfortable that allowed you to relax at night at either the pool or bonfires. We also saw a leapord which is rare. The jeep was also very comfortable and made heavy terrain a breeze. I would highly recommend this tour to people wanting to get to the 3 Parks in a very effient and effortless manner. Altogether lifetime trip on safari I will not forget

Absolutely incredible experience
This was such a great experience. From pick up in Joburg to the morning safari, everyone we met was so great. We saw so many incredible animals, including all of the big 5. I will not forget this experience for a long time! Thanks all.
