Poor quality and lack of professionalism

-They did not comply with the established itinerary.
The car did not work well and that was the reason they didn’t
take us to the north of Serengeti to see the migration. We ask for compensation visiting another places or returning a part of the money, but they refused.
-Three days driving the same roads…
-We felt ripped off and it ended my dream of a real safari.

Very Accommodating and Knowledgeable
Before planning this trip we did not know what to expect when traveling to Africa for the first time. Phil was very helpful in helping us understand the components of our safari and the prices associated with each component. Phil was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and helped us plan our safari to what we specifically wanted to see. During our safari, our guide Alais Laizer was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, birds, plants, and trees and helped us understand what we were looking at. Also when visiting Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, and the Ngorongoro Crater, Alais knew the history behind the formation of these parks and how it affected the different tribes living in the area such as the Massai. Overall Alais Laizer was an amazing guide and his knowledge and warm personality made our first African Safari memorable. The only negative about this trip was one of the lodges (Fig Tree Lodge) which had an infestation of bugs in the bathroom and uncomfortable beds. Other than the other accommodations were great especially the tented camps which we loved. Overall I would recommend Furaha Tours to anyone wanting to go to their first Safari in Tanzania as they quickly respond to any questions you have, have amazing guides, and can help you plan your trip exactly how you want to.

A Dream Come True
Thank you very much EBS for allowing me to reach my lifelong dream to see gorillas in their natural habitat.
Even though my only goal for the vacation was to see gorillas, I was stunned by the amount of beautiful animals and places we saw across Uganda and Rwanda with EBS. From lions to beautiful waterfalls.
A special thank you goes our to Shafiq, our tour guide who offered us pleasant company and a great Safari experience. Thank you Shafiq and everybody at EBS. You made my dream come true.

Do not hesitate to book with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions. The service and value were excellent. We planned a private 8-day Luxury Safari/Zanzibar beach holiday for 4 and EVERYTHING was perfect. They are so organized and have everything down to a science. Our Safari guide Justin was simply the best with an eye for spotting the "BIG CATS" He made our safari memorable and was so much fun to safari with. We saw everything including the Big 5! OMG the Cheetahs! From the beginning Paul was a great communicator answering all our questions (and we had a lot) while planning our adventure. He was quick to respond and was accommodating making changes to our itinerary, especially when the airline moves your flights. The people of Tanzania were so friendly and so accommodating. Beginning to end: Amazing Trip. 11 day's Masai Mara & Serengeti: And in late July we added Equator. Just 2 of us, my husband and I.

My husband has a problem with his eyes and all 3 of them hold my husband's hand & guide him. And also guide me and my husband getting in & out of the van. Let me tell you they go out of their way to help you. ( we thank you for all the help)
All the details on transportation, hotel, bush camp tent, and for our vegetarian diet was taken care of.

I visited over all the way from qatar during my birthday end of June and trust me I didn't regret a bit. The experience I had was worth the visit from the good services and the cool environment everything was superb I can't wait to revisit December holidays.

I can't imagine a better trip!
Dismas is the most wonderful tour planner and guide out there. From the very beginning of the planning process, he made sure to make our itinerary customized to our family (we took our 6 and 9 year old sons and my 66 year old father) and that we were happy with every detail. Communication was always prompt, even when Dismas was on safari - we never waited more than 8 hours for a response; that's impressive considering there’s a seven hour time difference. Our tour included a visit to Kilimanjaro, Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Manyara & Zanzibar and each one seemed to get better somehow. Three guys helped us during our trip, Dismas, Morinyo and Said. Said was our driver for most part and he made sure we saw every animal possible and always positioned us in the best places for viewing and kept us on a schedule so we packed it all in. He sang to us and took really good care of our boys. We miss him!
We started talking to Dismas at African Ambition Tours last summer in preparation for an August 2022 trip. Unfortunately, due to passport issues, we had to cancel at the last minute. Dismas did everything in his power to help us get everything moved without losing any money. Even with this planning snag, African Ambition Tours was more affordable in comparison to others. I assure you, if you book a trip through African Ambitions you will NOT be disappointed. We wish we were still there!
