My husband and I had a wonderful time experiencing the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with the 3 day all-inclusive package. From pick-up to drop-off, the Telly Africa team ensured we had a very smooth and comfortable experience and all their staff was very professional and kind. We got to see the beauty, history, and culture of the region guided by a very knowledgeable guide (Aron) who had decades of experience and a great eye for spotting really hard to find wildlife. All our accommodations and food were fantastic and a true example of luxury and hospitality in Africa. We highly recommend working with Telly Africa Safaris especially because you will be supporting a Tanzanian-owned and operated small business.

Amazing office staff and tour guide
First, I'd love to say thank you to Alex who always kept in touch with me from the beginning and always be ready to answer my doubts. As it was my first time safari tour, his assistance helped me a lot and made me feel at ease.
Sencond, our tour guide Moses was amazing and I'm really glad that I could join his team. Whenever he sees animals, he always explains about animals. Not even animals, when we were on the way to camp, he told us about towns we passed by. He was always happy, guided us with joy. Always nice to other tour guides, staffs..
And his driving skill was great. He's definitely a skilled professional guide with a long experience. Thank you Moses.
I saw many lions, their hunting, cheetahs, and many other animals.
Staying at The Lenchada Camp Safari was okay. It was not so comfortable that there's no light after 7am and also the hot water system should be improved. And some tents were old and the zippers of the entrance was broken and baboons could come inside anytime and that happened to me.
Tents are also should be improved. I won't stay here again.

Well organized great tour company.
Our Safari was amazing! Each day we saw something different and special. Our guide Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He was always able to get us into positions for great photos without feeling that we were harassing the animals. The lodges and hotel we stayed at were great and we had great all around service. The entire trip was well organized and went as planned. A great value for the price we paid. We would not hesitate in recommending Jocky Tours. A huge " Asante sana " to our wonderful guide Joseph.

Trusted agency for awesome safari
I was a solo woman traveller, so was cautious to have a good agency. Even if I chose a budget safari option, I was greatly taken care of by Super Eagle and Richard. He is a very nice and caring man and he is also always at your disposal to make sure your journey is smooth, enjoyable and comfortable.
We had a great time on the safari, 4x4 mini van, saw all the big five in the Masai Mara, went on to Lake Nakuru and Lake Navaisha then Amboseli for 6 days.
Our driver Clinton was awesome, new everyone and had some real skills to game drive ! He was always focused on the radio, was among the first one to spot the black Rhino and the first one to spot a group of 5 big lions. Crazy fabulous.
Accommodation was basic, which is normal for a budget option safari but always friendly and accommodating.
We stayed at Minti Mingi, Citymax hotel and Nyati Camp (who upgraded us on our oat night for no reason !)
Only thing I would wish to upgrade a bit is the food that was a bit the same all the time and really basic. Nyati Camp made a real effort and it was appreciated. Restaurants on the road were basic and could be improved.
When back in Nairobi, I had a meeting at my hotel with Richard, as he wanted to debrief and have my feeling on everything about the safari. It’s the first time an agency did that. I even got a farewell present from Richard, which I never expected and was very thoughtful of him.
Overall, I had a great and safe time. Richard and Super Eagle and Clinton can definitely be trusted and I will come back again with my family and will definitely book through Richard again.

Great experience
We did a Day safari-tour to the Selous game reserve from Zanzibar. Everything was good organized except at the airport ( there was a lot of chaos) but the safarit itself was a great experience. The tour guide was very kind and explained everything well. The lunch in the bush was very tastefull.

A very friendly experience
This is was my first Safari experience and must say it was amazing! Sam, the tour guide, was super friendly and we talk all the way there. The communication and the service were exceptional. They answered all my questions very fast and clarifying any doubts. The Safari itself was incredible! I was lucky enough to be the only guest that day in the tour so I got the chance to stop and enjoy every single moment in Lake Mburo National Park. I recommend this safari experience 100%
