Outstanding, professional and stress-free
Just WOW, I cannot thank Smile With Us enough. We went on a 2 day safari trip to Nyerere National Park and it was an experience my wife and I will never forget. I must give a massive shout out to Maarufu our tour guide. He was just incredible, he knew the area like the back of his hand and he is so knowledgeable. When we come back to Africa for another safari (because we have to come back it was that good). We will not be using any other provider only Smile With Us.

Knowledgeable and funny guide! Good guide makes a good trip.
The tour to tarangire national park with Omar, our guide, was excellent. He was on time and very engaging. He is from a place close to Tarangire so he had many stories about different animals. It was very fun to learn about it. He told us about honey badgers, snakes etc, things we never saw. We also had great luck. I thought we will see mostly elephants, zebras, impalas and wildebeast but we saw a lot more animals than expected. Saw cheetahs feeding and also leopards sleeping on the baobab trees. I highly recommend this forest just because of the trees and the landscape. It is amazing to see the ancient prehistoric baobab trees. He even got us the fruit to eat because i asked if it is edible! Tasted a bit like tamerind.. very nice day all in all. Also liked that we went in a group and not private, it makes the day more fun. Comparing it to our previous experience of a different safari just 2 of us and with a relatively quiet guide.

Amazing tour and trip; highly recommend it
We spent 3 days in Sabi Sand using Kruger Safari Co. as the organizing tour company based in Jo-burg. We had a fantastic experience! The company is very communicative throughout the process (and we are based in the US and booked the tour in advance). The rides were punctual. The safari lodge (Umkumbe) was amazing. The safari is an incredible experience that we absolutely recommend to anyone. Overall a great experience!

The tour was fantastic, also the guides who try to show us the more they can. And the Lodge is very charming and confortable. Food is delicious and all the staff very helpfull. The swimming pool is very nice. Hope to come back soon !

Responsive, prompt and efficient service from Rishen of Moafrika.
Rishen from MoAfrika responded to our enquiry on Capetown and Kruger within 24 hours. He was quick to send me details of tours and locations and built out our tour plan for both locations. We went ahead with three proposed tours in Cape Town and our 5days 4 nights stay at Kruger was also through Moafrika at Katekani and Tremisana lodges. Throughout our trip Rishen ensured we were always attended to and informed us of the plans/timings of pick up and drops. He was always available and responded quickly, also coordinated with his local team counterparts to ensure all was as planned.
The guides for our tours were excellent, the lodges we stayed at were really good, the quality of food at the lodges and the overall experience throughout our 12 day trip was superb. Thank you Moafrika and Rishen for making our holiday memorable.

Perfect experience
Amazing experience, we were welcomed in the best possible way. Our guide Jeff was incredible, thanks to him we were able to see all the animals of the Safaris from really close. He was also very responsive to our needs and took the time to answer all of our questions.

We took the tour of 2 days Masai Mara and 1 Day Lake Nakuru and everything went wonderful. The whole trip was better than it was describe when booked. The organization of schedule, food, trips, was perfect. The most wonderful thing was our guide Jeff. His company makes this safari trip unforgetable. Our drivers Max and Mandela were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable—providing great info about the wildlife and the Tanzanian culture and answering all our questions. Reliable & helpful, with superb customer service -- you truly are in good hands.
This is the best travel/tour agency we have ever used. Titus contacted us via WhatsApp shortly after we inquired about booking a safari in order to ascertain what kind of experience we wanted, and soon thereafter provided us with several options. After we chose our itinerary, he booked two different safari camps for us and arranged all our domestic transportation from Nairobi to the camps, as well as to the coast where we spent a few beach days at the end. Everything he arranged was great.
What really sets this agency apart, though, is Titus' outstanding communication and willingness to help with anything you need. We peppered him with a number of questions while we were preparing for our trip, and he always responded promptly with precise and helpful information. And he really went above and beyond to help us while we were in Kenya. As it turned out, our son unfortunately experienced a medical emergency and needed to visit the hospital shortly before we departed. Titus came to the hospital himself -- in the middle of the night -- to make sure we were receiving proper treatment, and arranged a hotel room for us at the last minute so we had a place to stay after we missed our flight. He drove us from the hospital to the hotel himself, and kept checking in to make sure we were fine until we reached home. He did all of this even though our tour with Morindat had technically ended and he had no further obligation towards us. We had simply called him in a panic in the middle of the night, waking him up, and he immediately helped. He is a good man. Needless to say, we are very thankful and we cannot recommend Morindat highly enough. Thank you, Titus!
