We have Just returned from &beyond sossusvlei in Namibia and Atzaro camp in Botswana. We have had the most amazing experiences at two totally different locations. Both lodges and activities were 5 star and I’d highly recommend. We have travelled extensively in Africa and I’d put this as one of our best trips.
Main memories include, climbing ‘Big Daddy’, cave paintings, petrified dunes , the stars and planets at night with an astrologer and incredible sundowners at Sossusvlei. At Atzaro just about every animal and more that we could have ever hoped to see even porcupines and honey badgers not to mention leopard, a family of lions and wild dogs. I miss the night sounds.
Definitely planning to go back soon.

We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Kenya with Meektrails, and we couldn’t be happier! We chose Meektrails because it’s locally owned, and it turned out to be the best decision.
We did a 7-day safari across four different parks, and our guide (and now friend!) Joseph made the experience truly exceptional. The country, the tour, and Joseph himself exceeded every expectation we had. He was like a walking encyclopedia—patiently answering all our questions and sharing fascinating facts about every animal we encountered. Joseph was incredibly respectful of the wildlife, always keeping a comfortable distance so we could enjoy each sighting without disturbing the animals.
I was traveling with my mom, and we both felt very safe throughout the entire trip. We fell in love with the country, and we will definitely be back—and when we do, we’ll absolutely contact Meektrails again.
From the moment we arrived, the Meektrails team took great care of us. They picked us up at the airport, brought us to our hotel in Nairobi on our first night, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The hotels they chose were wonderful, and the staff treated us so well that it was genuinely hard to leave!
A huge shout-out to Diana at the office—she was amazing. She supported us throughout the entire trip and was impressively quick at handling last-minute changes. When our schedule shifted in Nairobi, she still managed to arrange fantastic last-minute city tours for us.

I was traveling to South Africa on a solo trip and I knew right away I wanted to do a safari. I had visited Kenya just months earlier and through a friend who lives there was fortunate enough to get a guided safari tour. I wanted someone who would take care of all the details like in Kenya. Leigh-Ann and Safari.com didn't disappoint. They listened and were able to book me at the Shalati Kruger an luxurious resort which is very popular. From that first phone call I didn't have to lift a finger. Leigh-Ann kept me informed every step of the way, commuincating through both email and WhatsApp. I had my flights booked, and accomdation secured well in advanced. She even checked me in and secured my boarding passes. I didn't have to think and that was a blessing. I highly recommedn their top tier service.

Unforgettable experience - very well organized!
In November I did a three days solo safari with Valverde Safaris to National Park Queen Elizabeth in Uganda. They picked me up in Entebbe, did a game drive in Ishasha, stayed overnight in Embogo lodge, next day we did 2 game drives furthermore North, including a boat trip at Kazinga Channel and stayed overnight in the Bush Lodge. Next day another early gamedrive. It was soooo beautiful!! The scenery was fabulous, we saw lots of animals including 3 lions and a leopard! My guide and driver Julius was very safe and pleasant and the Toyota Landcruiser of good quality. The lodges had good atmosphere with nice food. it was an unforgettable experience with good value for money.

Had a great day trip to Wanchi Crater from Addis Ababa yesterday with Ethio Land Top Tours. The crater is an amazing place with stunning views and it’s very peaceful. You don’t want to miss seeing this area and scenery.
Both the guide Gebiru and driver Kenaw, were very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and looked after me throughout the day. They went over an above to ensure I enjoyed the trip and that where possible, the itinerary suited my preference for what I wanted to see and do. Thanks!

A simply perfect safari in Tanzania
Our safari in Tanzania was an unforgettable experience, far beyond our expectations. Everything was perfectly organized, with the right pace and an itinerary that allowed us to fully enjoy the magic of the country. We explored Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, each with its own unique charme. A special thank-you goes to our driver/guide, who was absolutely outstanding: professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife. He could read tracks, anticipate animal movements, find hidden sightings and always place us in the perfect spot for photos.
His driving was impeccable—smooth, safe, confident and always respectful of nature. The safari wouldn’t have been the same without him. The tented camps were wonderful: clean, comfortable, surrounded by nature and with surprisingly good food. Falling asleep to the sounds of the savannah is something we’ll never forget. At all times we felt safe, cared for and completely immersed in the experience.
Highly recommended. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Almighty Kili, and especially Benny and his team, were incredible from Machame Gate to Uhuru Peak. They all contributed to making this adventure a success.
