Fast, professional and as a person who did this the first time they gave me lots of comfort.
I was on a business trip in Kampala, thus I wanted to extend to a short safari. I found EAJS, through the Safari Tours website, it was my first time in Africa and I’ve been unfortunately scammed at other parts of the world before, so I wanted to be sure I find something totally legit. From the first communications with Ruth via email until the last moment with my tourguide Ronnie it was 10/10!. Ruth is very professional and fast responding to emails, finances were settled super correctly( I was even able to pay in EUR the second half of my settlement on site). And Ronnie, well he is like Uganda which is the Pearl of Africa; Ronnie is the Pearl of Safaris. Great talker, funny, he gives you more information than Wikipedia on animals, surroundings and the country itself. He is the Man! Thank you once again to both of them to make my 2 day safari unforgettable even as a single person.

We have 3-days safari with Crater Explorer. This was amazing journey. Emanuel met us in the Arusha airport and took us to the nice hotel in the centre of Arusha.
In the morning the driver took us from the hotel and we went to Serengeti. The road was really tough but our experienced driver did his best to take us on time. We had some stops for lunch and restrooms so the trip was not very hard.
We had two nights in camps: one in Serengeti and one in Ngorongoro. The driver and the chief did their best for keeping us happy, well-fed and well-sleep. In Ngorongoro zebras walked near the tents and in Serengeti - marabu and mongooses!
We have seen all the big 5: even the rhino, which is really hard to see! And leopard eating on the tree, lions with their prey, cheetah, elephants and hippos with their babies and so much more.
Everything was organised well, the food was delicious and the experience was really breathtaking! Thanks a lot.

it has been an amazing experience. we had a 8 days safari tour, from tarangire national park to the north of serengeti. everything went great and as planned, our guide Frederick has been such a great teacher about wildlife and tanzanian enviroment, and our chef James have cooked such a delicious dishes.
we saw so many animals, hunting scenes included. we slept in tents in public campings, that has been a great experience, included sleeping with a group of lions around the camping. 100% recomended.

We had a safari tour with Stanley as guide through Masai Mara, Nakuro and Amboseli with Jockey Tours. Stanley was very knowledgable, respectfull and always keen to help. His depth of knowledge was impressive, ensuring that every question we had about the wildlife and ecosystem was answered comprehensively. Not only did he consistently strive to show us every possible animal, but he also had a keen eye for finding the perfect spot and angle for photos. We were able to see lions, cheetah, rginos, hippos, leopard basically all of the animals. We truly appreciated the effort he put into organizing an outstanding itinerary that flowed seamlessly from one activity to the next.
The only slight hiccup in our otherwise perfect journey was the visit to the Masai village. At $20 USD per person, we felt the experience did not offer the value expected. That being said, this minor setback paled in comparison to the overall excellence of our safari trip. Our guide's dedication and expertise were commendable, and we would highly recommend him to any traveler seeking an unforgettable safari experience.

The agency, especially our guide Stanley was reliable, helpful, knowledgable and enterntaining.
Before our trip to Kenya we’d done research and Jocky was the best válíš for money. We chose moderate accommodation standard and it was amazing in all locations. What we appreciated the most was our incredible senior guide Stanley, who was trying to deliver the highest quality experience to us during the whole 6 days. As so we were able to see everything we wanted.

Good communication with the sales team when booking the trip. After some clarification it was clear what to expect and they delivered what was promised. All in all I am happy with my experience.
Some improvement could be done during the trip to clearly communicate who is the guide, what is the schedule, and information in general was a bit lacking.
I had a great time and experience at Masai Mara and I am very happy with the trip overall.
