Words are not enough to describe the quality of TravelLife Africa Safaris :)
5/5

Initially, we had made arrangements with another tour operator in Kenya for our 1-week Safari, who due to “technical” problems (at least that’s what we’ve read in other people reviews) never showed up to pick us from the airport.

Therefore, when we arrived in Kenya we had nowhere to go and for sure we didn’t have a Safari. Thankfully people in Kenya are truly helpful, good and polite so when we landed in Jomo Kenyatta airport we found David the owner of TravelLife Africa Safaris. He spent the time to really listened to our misfortune and he genuinely made everything he could to help us out. He made all the necessary arrangements (and imagine all this with zero time notice) to live our Safari Experience exactly as we had imagined it and planned it in the beginning. He went above and beyond to show us, the magnificent Kenya and the good nature of Kenyan people. One thing I was really impressed was that even that we book literary the last minute in the airport upon our arrival, he didn’t took advantage of us and our misfortune but instead he made all of our arrangements at a very competitive price.

To those people that are going to visit Kenya, look no further. David and TravelLife Safaris is the place to go. Ask fo Denwa (our driver) who will guide you around all the wonders of Kenya (he is a magnificent driver and person

Wonderful Safari Experience
5/5

Safari tour with KingTomondo was great! Me and my younger sister enjoyed a lot. We are really thanks to our driver Daniel. He guided us really well and he drived safely. When I first made a reservation, I communicated by e-mail. And they replied quickly and friendly. KingTomondo's private tour is really nice! It's customized and you could select many things like accommodations and national park where you want to visit. Have a safari tour with KingTomondo! You won't regret at all!

Chris R. at Safari Partners was able to capture the essence of what we wanted out of our first trip to Africa. He exceeded our expectations in the quality of the places at which we stayed and the adventures we had. Great fun!

Wonderful one day tour of Nairobi National Park
5/5

My one day tour with Peter to Nairobi National Park was a wonderful experience. Before booking the tour, I was unsure of when I could start the tour because of my layover flight time, but Peter reassured me it could start whenever I was ready after my flight arrived. I was also unsure of how much time would be enough to really enjoy the park, but Peter reassured me we could stay until I was satisfied. He was true to his word. After arriving on my morning flight, Peter was waiting to pick me up at the airport. He then drove to a mall so I could purchase some snacks. We then headed to Nairobi National Park and he drove us around until the park closed, and he tried his best to let me see as much wildlife as possible. We saw many interesting creatures, including giraffes, white and black rhinos, ostriches, zebras, buffalo, hippos, and impalas. Some were quite close and that was really special. You can never be guaranteed to see all of the park's creatures, but I saw many, and I wasnt upset about missing the elusives, like big cats. We were accompanied by his co-worker Edward, and both of them helped me to learn more about Kenya's wildlife and Kenyan life. Peter is very professional and cares about protecting the park. At the end of the tour, I had hoped to also see Kibera, as Peter had said we could probably include this at the end of the tour. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time, but I'll have to save that for another time. Thank you, Peter! ☺️

If you want to see animals without crowds, Mikumi National Park, Tanzania, is the place to go.
5/5

Mikumi National Park is a unique experience that puts you directly in touch with nature and its rules. We traveled with Tanzania Horizon Safaris. They were fabulous, everything arranged, so all we had to do was sit back in our 4x4 safari jeep and enjoy the scenery. Our driver and guide, Said picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time (7 AM). The drive from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi took about 6 hours due to traffic upon leaving the city. He was nice and friendly, very well documented and he gave us a lot of information about Tanzania. I can't even describe the incredible beauty and how serene this place is. There was an amazing variety of animals and birds there: wildebeests, impalas, buffalo, impalas, elephant, zebras, lions, giraffe, hippos and even crocodiles. We slept at "Vamos", a brilliant lodge in the buffer zone of Mikumi and I have to say that accommodation was above our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and even had a balcony. Also, the food was really great. Big thanks to Elizabeth from Tanzania Horizon Safaris who is kind and courteous. She went well beyond our expectations to ensure we had the best time in our safari, for a once in a lifetime experience.
The weather was gorgeous and the overall experience was fantastic, definitely worth a visit!

Tsavo East & Taita Hills Wild Life Sanctuary
5/5

The Safari was truly amazing! We were always without words, being impressed by the power of nature and its beauty.
We booked a full 3 days trips with KingTomondo and they exceeded our expectations in each areas.

Booking phase: We chose them because (1) they are fast in communication (usually they answer emails in 30'), (2) provided a clear pricing with specific indication of all items and we could pay in full via bank account without cash, (3) the price was really good for the experience compared to other offers

Safari: During the safari, we were picked up in Watamu by our driver and then dropped by in our next destination in Diani without extra cost.
We spent 3 days with the opportunity to see all the big five animals, and many else (cheetah; antilopes; orchids..) in multiple occasions in a breathless scenarios. We had a vehicle all for us the whole time and both the two accommodation in the lodges were awesome for place, budget and stay.

I would suggest KingTomondo to everyone for they reliability in booking an awesome and unforgettable trip!
We would like to book Masai Mara with them next year as well!

Great Safari
5/5

Excellent Safari through the Ngorongoro and Serengeti that my partner and I enjoyed for a week. Emanuel was a great organizer of the trip and was aware of us from the arrival to the airport until the end of the trip. I highly recommend the experience of camping on the safari and sleeping in nature surrounded by animals, it is an incomparable feeling!

Amazing Safari and unfortgettable hike up Mt Meru
5/5

We can highly recommend John and his company Royal Tiger Tours to organize your adventures in Tanzania. It is a local company, owned by a local and profits generated remain in the country.

We arranged aiport transfers, hotel overnights in Arusha, 4 day safari (Serengeti, Ngorongo, Tarangire) and Mt Meru hike with John and it was a perfect experience.

Mt. Meru trekking:
We went 3Days2Nights. Our guides, porters and chef were amazing and we really appreciated their calmness and experience. Everything was well organized. Especially on peak day (quite tough, to be honest), our guide Philbert was really supportive and great in motivating us to keep on pushing. In addion, they decided that next to the guide also a porter would come up with us, so that in case only one of us two would be able to reach the peak we would get the chance, while the other person would have a guide to return savely - this was great service (however, we were lucky to not need it :))
Generally, the huts, paths, etc. are the same for every tour company, however, the food and friendliness of the people was outstanding and we felt very comfortable with this setup.

Safari (Serengeti, Ngorongo Crater, Tarangiere):
As with the trekking, also the safari was perfectly organized and an unforgettable experience! In particular, our guide/driver Esron (Ezron?) was a real expert with lots of experience and good stories to share. With his help we were able to spot many animals, including the big5. It felt generally very safe and reliable. Can also highly recommend (even though its the budget option) to opt for sleeping in tents within the national parks (w/o fence). Tents and equipment is good standard and we were able to hear a lot of wildlife around us during night - definetely a special feeling!
From our experience, Serengeti and Ngorongo Crater were amazing! Tarangire was very good, too, however as this was our last day after a few long days before, it felt not as impressive as the other 2. This is however not to say its not worth a visit. Maybe its more impressive if the tour were to start in Tarangire and then would went on to the other 2.

One minor thing I would propose to change for John: We really liked the concept that there is no plastic bottles allowed during the Mt Meru trekking / Arusha Nationalpark. This could be applied for the safari as well, e.g. having a big water gallon (20 liters or so) in the car rather than small bottles - this would leave less potential of trash ending-up in the park.

Thank you and your colleagues again for a great time!!
Cheers
